The pedicure was GREAT. No one was in there so not rushed. But that manicure, Yikes! Maybe its just not what Im accustomed to but she popped my acrylic nails of literally (and they didnt come off easily). It was so painful I thought my natural nail was going to come off with it, but the massage was good at the end. Looks good but that hurt... and for those prices!

I went in as a walk in on a Friday evening with Tina. She did a great job. I left happy. The best part for me was that she literally only took 30 minutes to do acrylic french nail set on me!! I went in with nothing on my natural nails by the way. If you are someone who likes to get in and out fast, Tina is your girl!!! You can tell she is very well experienced and does a beautiful job.

Not the worst but $50 !and not all nails were smooth there was a few specs of powder that got stuck inbetween gel coats.

I had a great experience here. They are friendly, they will tell you what you need for your nails. I had an old nail, it looks bad but they fixed it as a new one. I will come back here.

DONT GO HERE. Unprofessional staff. Does not care for your comfort even if it means tearing acrylic from your nail and damaging your natural nails to the point where your nail cracks.

Drove to four other nail salons that claimed to be open for business, but were in fact closed. Came to this nail salon who was able to take me right away. I got a dip manicure and was expecting a mediocre job; they did my nails very well and I am pleased with the outcome! Will definitely be coming back and referred many friends. Thanks!

Not sure if it’s just me, but does anyone else think they overcharge? They do a great job but I went in for a pedicure and was told the cost was $35(basic pedicure) but ended up paying $50 not including tip. Didn’t ask them why $50 because I felt I was being rushed 😓

To keep it simple: save your money and go somewhere else. The nail techs were rude and worked through my services so quickly, they didn’t even take the time to properly shape my nails. The prices are overcharged for the quality of work provided. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I called in advance to see if there was any way they can take me in and they told me to come in at 2. They have me wait about an hour until I got my pedicure, after my pedicure I was there waiting to get my fill for 30 minutes. The lady who did my fill fixed a broken nail and the nail was not shaped right, came out thick and bumpy. Then I wanted a design and they had me wait another 30 minutes. I was there for almost 4 hours. :((

I am someone who doesnt get nails service done regularly however today I had a great experience at LA Nail Spa. The employees were very nice and considerate since I do have a disability. The pedicure was done perfectly as well as my nail set! Plus while I was getting a pedicure service I will enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountains!! I will definitely be going back! Thank you LA nails for making my birthday memorable.

I made an appointment of 3 and we still had to wait. They left my sister in between her session to go start a pedicure. They didn’t get the shape she wanted correct. It seems like they just wanted to get people in and be all over the place.

Tried to get my nails done today before going in to work they say they open at 10 and no one was there doors were closed decided to wait but 17 mins is to long to wait and I have other things to do. So disappointed

Had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. My nails and pedicure came out awesome too and just like I wanted. Ill definitely come back.

Be careful when coming to this place these people will heist you, my friend got an upgraded pedicure I supposedly got a basic n was not happy w his service left my feet as dry as they came in and let him know, he obviously did not like that, he jacked me at the register and charged me an extra 15$ for the massage chair no one charges for the massage chair. My friend didnt even get charged for it or her upgraded pedicure. I beleive it was just cuz he got called out on his poor job. Be warned.

Went in today for my first time, great place everyone was accommodating. The place was clean. The workers were very nice. They did their work with Precision and efficiency!

Got full done. Within a week two just fell off. Started listing from edge . Went in twice to get them fixed . Got ignored both when calling and in person. Got my nails fixed but will never go again . Their quality has changed . Poor product quality as well. Cheap nails, will be looking for new nail tech

Me and my friend both went to get our nails done both our our acrylic nails were very bubbly and thick and both of our fake nails curved up. It looked like wasn’t really touching my real nail, like it was going to fall off. I would of said something If I saw but the lady was going so fast that I didn’t get to see. I’m very disappointed and I wish I could of got them fix but I was leaving out of town the next day.

Went to this place a while back and had a very nice experience, but this time was different got my nails did by different people going back and forth all rushed, my pedicure was poorly done got home with looking at my pedi had my feet looking probably the same or worse before going, nail polish all over my toes. Very disappointed for the price and looked like i didnt get a pedi

I went here for the first time, I liked the lady that did my manicure she did a good job. The lady that did my pedicure (a much older woman) cut the side of my toe, I got this pedi Sunday (June 7th). It immediately hurt after she cut it and it still hurts now even after 3 days and the side is swollen.Would return for a manicure but not a pedi.

I was so happy with how my nails turned out. First time customer and will definitely be returning.

The women that work here are super nice and welcoming however I got a military full set and my nails were cracked and shaped unevenly. I get gel pedicures and the woman who did my pedicure put about 8 layers of the white polish and 4 of the clear. 2 weeks later my polish was peeling off. Gel toes usually last about 4 weeks. I paid 100$ for everything and I was so disappointed bc it wasn’t at all worth that.

First time here and all I can say is WOW! Loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the store. I had Tom and he was amazing. The pedicure was heaven and so relaxing and the manicure was top notch. I highly recommend this place... You will not be disappointed. 😊

Walk in said hello no one spoke back nor ask me what I wanted to get. So I signed in and sat down about 15 minutes later 2 others lady walk in ask for a pedicure was greeted and was told it a be about 15 more minutes. So I felt some kind of way and left. If they dont wanna give service to African American People just say that. Not going to hurt my feelings.

Beyond impressed with this salon!!! My goodness, the atmosphere is great, the girls are super friendly, the quality and love for what they do really shows! I walked in kind of late, with my expectations kind of low (have had some horrible service at other salons) requested a pedicure and full set, my pedicure was great, my nails had some tweaking that needed to be done because the first time I went my son was kind of all over the place, and we were kind of in a hurry but when I went back I got the same great treatment and my nails look amazing!!! I love that the workers aren’t speaking a foreign language so you don’t feel all awkward not knowing what they’re talking about. All in all this salon is worth the drive and the price is even reasonable! Will definitely be going back!!

I scheduled an appointment for 330 and told them I live a half hour away. I get to the salon and I’m told they just got a “rush” of people so they couldn’t fulfill AN APPOINTMENT. So I could come back later or come in the next day “any time”. Pointless to me and no customer service. You don’t take walk ins over appointments. That is the point of the appointment. Now I’m expected to come back tomorrow “any time” in HOPES there isn’t a rush. Ridiculous.

Yesterday it was my first time going in this salon I have a great experience with Avy she did my daughter nails excellent job she awesome I have been in so many different places but they don’t do a great job or talk to you but when it come with her she make the time fly fast and lively while getting my and my daughter nails

I love getting my nails and pedis here. I usually dont have a spot, I try to go to different salons every time but I have been consecutively coming here for months and I am always satisfied. Such great service and good quality of work here.

UPDATE (by your response). I have proofs, on my bank account, that I went several times because I paid with my debit card. I would never ever do false accusations, in fact I have witnesses of that day. It is not my fault if you as a manager do not have competent people in charge who inform you of the events that happened in your business. Im sorry for the bad review, but Im sorry I lost my two rings due to a lack of competitive way of work. I repeat what I’ve said, never again.I used to go every month to do my manicure and gel nails. The last day I went the girl told me to take off my wedding ring and my fiancé ring as usual so as not to damage it with the products that remove the nail polish. When the service ended I went home and upon arrival I realized that I had forgotten the two rings there. I returned in no more than five minutes and asked where my rings were. The manager told me that there was nothing there and he asked me for my phone number to call me when at the end of the day they will clean and collect everything. He was SUPER rude and mean.!They never called me. I asked them if they had cameras and they told me that they only did streaming no recording. I went back in person to the second day and the third day and the answer was the same, the rings were not there. The rings were never ever taken from me and it is true that I left them there. Although the manicure service is very cheap to me the nails came out very expensive, almost $ 5,000. NEVER AGAIN.

I don’t usually write reviews but you have to give credit where credit is due, I love this nail salon.Vana is amazing!! She takes her time with you to make sure she gives you exactly what you want.Vana is currently the only one that does acrylics there but the wait time has never been more than 10-15 mins, but the wait is worth it, you’ll leave happy.

They dont have experience doing NetGen nails. Their selection was very limited and when I showed the design I wanted they said it couldnt be done with NexGen, only acrylic, even though Ive gotten it done before in NexGen. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

Vana needs to learn about good customer service. I have been very loyal and always patient waiting and the one time I had to go back the day after I had just got them done, my gel was feeling and they looks like poor quality and she just brushed me off and said to come back during the week because she had other people wait for a long time. It was rude they way she came about it and I just walked off very disapointed. Never going back .
