Went here because i was in serious need to get my nails done because my usual nail tech wasnt available well I tried this place out and ouch. The man hurt my nails he was extremely rough and didnt even care if he was hurting me. My cuticles were bleeding and i woke up with my index finger extremely swollen and red the next day. I would not recommend.

Honestly, I had a good experience. Seeing the reviews made me nervous and I almost decided to leave but I stayed. The man did a fast but good job and I had no issues.

Decided to get a manicure for the first time. Just sucks that it had to be here. There werent a lot of people but it was extremely rushed. Rough on the cuticles, sometimes didnt use proper tools (guy just used his nail to push them back, not sure if thats normal), slapped some paint on my nails and told me to wash my hands. I could tell it wasnt gonna look good, and it didnt. Polish was kinda off the grid. Took the paint off that same day. Sorry dawg, is a no for me.

I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and this by far was the worst experience. Customer service is poor, they are opinionated on what you should and should not get (gel/regular polish) and my painting job was unsatisfactory. Requested they fix it. It was unclean with gnats. Rushed through me and my family and was rude to my daughter. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I did not give the guy doing my nails a easy time, I kept moving on accident. He did appear to get annoyed though. Personally my nails where fine, I hot a simple design (just plain black with a Matt top coat) and they where great. My friend got hers done shorter (they where pale pink with a gloss coat) hers turned out horrible. Color was uneven and they where crooked. We got very very simple nails but where charged $95 in total the sign said $25+ and we definetly where not looking to pay that much. Overall god customer service, but bad nails and ridiculous prices.

I went with my friend to get a pedicure and the lady that did mine hurt my toe nail and didn’t know how to take out the ingrown and left my toe nail worse my big toe is infected and bleeding bad experience and won’t ever go back again also she left my nails all uneven and chipped not recommend

I went in right now for an eyebrow wax and I regret it so bad I should have just done them myself.. for one there’s all kinds of hairs that were missed, like a lot of hairs. You can barely tell that I even had them done. The only thing that gives away the fact that someone waxed them is the chunk of hair missing from the bottom of one of my brows that I will just have to fill in everyday before leaving the house. The customer service was honestly really good and the lady who did them was really sweet, but the end result was horrible. I didn’t notice when she told me to check them in the mirror, I just took a glance and said they were good but then my boyfriend looked at them when we left and he started telling me that they looked like a lot of hairs didn’t get waxed. I would just not go here for waxing.

She did horrible on my nails, then I told her I didn’t want to pay full price because shape was messed up and Polish was messed up . She didn’t even offer to fix them, took 5 dollars off of a $40 charge .

After spending 3 weeks being rough on my feet, I was in need of some pampering to my feet. I would say for the most part, they did a fantastic job. I would have like for the massage of my lower legs and feet to be longer. And was a little disappointed about how short it was as a whole. But the lady that took care of my callouses did wonders!

I went in today asking for a certain type of set that I saw online, gave them a picture reference and the owner and the manager kept going back-and-forth with the prices. They do not stick to their price range, which honestly works for me, because I can always say that I would check different prices with the salons in the mall, they will lower the price to the minimum just as long as you don’t leave. The man who did my nails got frustrated and didn’t even wait for me to tip him, he went straight to the back to smoke and had a bad attitude the whole time, but great nails though !

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever been went with my husband brother-in-law and mother-in-law and they made us laugh gave great services I would highly recommend to everyone!! Quality place with quality people

Omg stay away from this place worst place ever!!!! They are using old nail tips or old powder not sure but two of my nails snapped right off and on top of that they charged my card twice and wouldnt refund me anything!🤬and the old bald dude had such a nasty attitude not just towards me but towards this other lady that came in mad as hell because her mood color changing nails never changed color ! DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Read a lot of bad reviews but I went in because it was convenient. Best pedicure Ive ever had.

Took almost 3 hours to get a set of nails done. It wasnt busy. The first person couldnt do the nails requested so had to wait for a second nail tech to do them. That person did them backwards and had to redo the whole set. They didnt offer a discount or an apology for the trouble. Avoid this place.

The lady who did my nails was extremely rude! She got the acrylic nail stuck to my skin twice and yanked it off. She then got a glop of powder on one of nails and it dried up and again she tried to rip it off with salon scissors causing tremendous pain to my real nail! She was aggressive with pulling my arms towards her and at the end asked if I wanted lotion and just squirt it on my hand and got up and went to the check out desk while everyone else got their hands massaged with the lotion. I DO NOT recommend going here! Very unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. They also don’t charge you the correct prices, they increase to their liking! Never going back!

I want to start by saying I love the way my nails came out, HOWEVER, not for $60. They were so rude, and inattentive. The person doing my nails was playing poker on the phone, and taking phone calls while doing my nails. The lady who did my friends nails was even worse, and got mad at her for looking at them while she was working. Dont advertise one price and then substantially mark it up. It was outrageous.

Horrible place. DONT GO THERE. Nasty, unhealthy. We pay for the most expensive mani and pedi....they didnt do even half of what they promise....never again, nasty place

I just got my nails done yesterday and all the color of my nail is falling off it’s really not worth it for the price that I paid

They said it takes to long to get sculpture nails and the price went up they werent welcoming and they asked my sister to oay first before getting her nails done once i left they automatically thought she was gunna walk out never again will i go back

The gel wasnt as quality as I am accustomed to using. The nail artist had to redo my nails because the polish came off before i left. Not good.

Did my nails there. Have old nails polish. Had to go back twice. Besides they dont sterile their tools. Nevet going there no more

Terrible, Terrible service!!! I went in for a gel manicure expecting to pay more because of what I wanted. The nail tech and I agreed on one thing and then she did another. I asked her to fix it because it wasnt what I wanted. She did, however she did such a terrible job that I asked her to just take everything off. She did and kept asking me what color I wanted. I said I didnt want anything and I just wanted to go. They still charged me $15.00. For what????? For a nail file and some lotion. I will NEVER go back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! Not to mention they gave me fungus on 3 fingernails.

I showed them a picture of these pretty nails that I wanted and they gave me a design that was nothing close to what I gave them they also worked way too fast making my thumb crooked and they charged me $50 with no shape yeah I wouldn’t recommend it save your coin sis.

They do good work as far as acrylic nails but you have to wait for a while to get attended to. They only have a few technicians.

I love this place Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for about 1yr and half now, Jimmy always does a perfect job!!! If you have unmanageable eyebrows like me this is the place to go!!!

Terrible customer service. Called because they did a terrible job on my daughters nails and they said they would do them all over again for free. I went back wait about 40 mins then they did them. When I was leaving they tried charging me $50 and said oh u only get a $5 discount because of last time after they told me to go back to make up for last time for free. I waisted my time they denied what they had told me & called security on me as if I was in the wrong. I refused to pay they made my daughter sit back down and they cut off her nails and removed the polish. Totally humiliated my daughter and did us dirty! Greedy owner!
