Horrible nail job!!! Asked to please fix nail and the guy said that he couldn’t.

The owner is super rude I asked if I can have my nails shorter and he started clipping them off saying if I didnt like it I can go somewhere else. I just wanted them shorter no need for all of that.

The service was absolutely terrible I regret getting my service there the owner was very rude .

I along with many members of my family, and friends have been going here for over 5 years. They have always had the most outstanding service. I am VERY picky and once even had them redo my nails cause I didnt like the shine. They redid it and apologized and handled everything with such grace and kindness. This place is truly a gem I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much Ben and Angela I can tell you really put all your pride into what you do, and it shows!

I came to this nail salon today based on the reviews. So many great reviews. Yet, I had a totally different experience than what was described. The salon is very clean, and it looks like they are very professional. But the lady that did my pedicure today was beyond rude, prejudice, and brash. She gave me a hard time about wanting to file my nails shorter. Then when I told what color I wanted, she asked if it matched my skin color????? IM PAYING FOR IT!! WHY DO YOU CARE WHAT COLOR I GET!!!!!!!!!One of the workers even apologized about the service!!! Nail businesses don’t realize that there are sooooooo many more places to go. Your not the only business in town.

The techs are great and professional. I left very happy and I will be returning. They also have a great selection of colors. Actually, DT Nails have inspired me to finally start getting professional help in my quest for great nails.

I had a great experience here. They are new and they have a lot of competition in the neighborhood but they beat all their competitors. The girl in the front was awesome. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

My fave place! the male nail tech is super friendly, nice, and funny! He only uses gel powder on gel nails with tips, because it wont ruin your natural nails or make them yellow. Prices are reasonable

They use too much glue and they had terrible service. They even gave us more than what we asked for forcefully without asking us.

I went to ask how much it was to CUT MY fingerNAIL CUTICLES, only, and they said $15... what a rip off. I paid $6 somewhere else AND THAT WAS WITH THE TIP INCLUDED! And I just went there because I got my eyebrows done and I didn’t have to drive anywhere just walk to it. But no thank you.

Nails done extremely horrible. My acrilic nails were done in a poor manner. They were so thin and broke on the first day of getting them. The product they used wasnt even gel it was normal nail polish and the painting was undone and uneven. There was bumps and even a hair in the end result.

So I went today and the most that bothered me is that that on the price bored it said $25 and they charged me $45 so what was the extra $20 for !?the nails were nice there was some air bubbles but you can’t real see them unless you pay close attention but other than that the were very kind and polite and gentle while doing the nails

A little wait but well worth it for my pedi. $40 gelish.

I was going to any nail salons in the El Paso area for a year before I found this place. And lets not forget all of wonderful service there ( include massage as well )! You guys thank you for not rushing w/th me. Thank you for all you do to please your clients.
