It varies on who cuts hair. Some employees cut hair decently well but some of them have no business cutting hair. You should really just go to a barber shop instead and spend the extra 5 dollars.

Love love love my haircut and color. Cindy is a true master of her craft. Very professional and explained every step. Further more she is super creative and did everything she could to reach my desired look. In fact went above and beyond my expectations. Highly reccomend her for anything hair related.

My sister in law went to Loris to get her eyebrows waxed and this is what she walks out with this nasty burn on her eyebrow myself and my mom took her back to get her money back she didnt want to give the money back so my mom told her that she was calling the cops then and only then did Lori give bach my sisters money.

Totally messed up the cut on my kids dads son. It’s not that hard. It was the lady who owns the store as well and she argued with the kids dad. She took her money and was just rude. The haircuts had to be fixed at another shop.

I had come before and they do real good nails... I came in today, they close in 2 hours... No people waiting or anything... They ask what i need and i say nails... So she decides they are done for the day...!!!

Nail techs are rude, and are selective of who they want to do nails on. They sit quite waiting for the others to say theyll take you. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere.

Very rude staff. Spend your money somewhere else where people are actually nice and willing to work.

They are rude in there. I tried to cancel a nail appointment they gave me a disconnected number so i called the salon. I got attitude from a lady who doesnt know english and she told me that shed let them know that the number was disconnected and i can call back later to try to cancel again. Then i made a hair appointment on a Tuesday for Friday morning. I get to the salon its packed at 9 am with only one lady working and its not the lady who was supposed to do my hair. When i asked if she was coming in she said she doesnt work on Fridays, but yet she scheduled me on a Friday at 9 am. I was furious and walked out.

Nope, nope, nope go somewhere else. I got a pedicure my feet started to itch when I put them in the water, they have a very limited selection of polish colors no OPI cheap dollar store stuff and most of them are old, dried up, or empty. My toe nails are still jagged and not cut evenly. Never again, lesson learned. 25 dollars for possibly getting foot fungus and dollar store polish yay!

Do NOT go to this place! They will butcher your hair, expect you to pay and laugh. Worst experience of my life! Save your money, your hair and go to another place.

People were very rude when we got there, the lady at the front desk was on the Phone the Whole time, we were waiting, felt like we were waiting for a Long time, Unsanitary Nail Stations, lady that only spoke Spanish was yelling at me the whole time I was looking at Nail Polish, Spanish lady only spent 30 minutes on my nails and charged me $30.00 for my nails.

Good work, but sometimes you have to wait a long time because there is not enough people working!!
