I have been coming to Herbal Nails for NINE years now! I absolutely love this place. IMPECCABLE customer service and the only place I’ve ever been comfortable walking into and getting eyebrows/nails done with any available nail technician. They ALL do amazing work! The only people I trust with my eyebrows!!! 5 stars, all across the board. :)

New technicians take long. They do not polish correctly. I told techinitian she had left polish on muy cuticle and replied yes did not attemp to correct polish is uneven . Not satisfied at all

Not at all what I asked for. Didn’t get the shape or color right. I asked for a simple ombré and square nails. The color doesn’t blend right together and it’s more or a coffin shape. I don’t recommend this place at all. Oh also they charged me $70 for a short set of nails with 2 small diamonds.

No professional whatsoever. They were busy today and a lady who had been waiting for about an hour was asked to sit on the pedi chair, then walks in two women and the worker asked her to get up and wait again so they can sit together like what?! She spoke Spanish mostly so maybe that’s why she didn’t say anything, little after she walked out. I felt so bad for her, so unprofessional.

The nails were done decently but the workers were very rude and rushed on my nails and didnt even tell me how long to dry them. i wouldnt recommend if your picky on your nails.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they ripped off all my skin 🤬😖🤧 a young girl who looked like a teenager did them so who’s to say she’s even licensed to be giving services. I don’t recommend this place! RUN!!!

Paid for a pedicure that I was supposed to get more of a massage out of as I asked which one gives a longer massage. Sadly to say, she was sweet, nails were painted well, but.....the massage was barely given. I wanted to relax and well...felt like when the hot stones were out, it was a quick 15 seconds on each leg and done.

I called ahead to make an appointment. A gentleman took my name to set it. When i got there, I signed in and added I had an appointment, it was ignored. Folks were called by order. So from a customer service aspect thats what the 4stars are for.As for my nails, the pedicurist had great manners and friendly. the manicures was quiet and worked diligent. Great job!! I look forward to going again

Its so relaxing. The little mini massage that they give you when they prep you to do your pedicure and manicure its so relaxing. its nice. Go and definitely give this place a try they have many different types of colors to choose from including fake and gel. Will continue going here myself.

Place could use some new deco. Pedicure here is great i have returned for the quality of work and the awesome massage with the cooling lotion. A friend recommend this place to me and I would certainly recommend to anyone for pedicures.

This was my first time and I got an herbal spa pedicure (I chose rosemary and peppermint but there are manynother combinations). Due to it being mothers day it was pretty busy but I only had to wait a short time. Every employee I interacted with was patient and kind. The woman working with me was kind, attentive and made sure I was satisfied with each step. Very happy with the outcome. No more callouses and the polish was perfectly done. I will definitely be going back.

This is the BEST nail salon I have been to in El paso. Their service is on point. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is awesome!! Full sets, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, I go here for it all. The herbal pedicures are to die for. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this place deserves one.

Girl doing my nails was rude. She cut me 4x & then on top of that I was charged almost $80 for simple nails that didnt even last me a week. Never went back. Never will.

I got a pedicure here for the first time the other day with my good friend. After scraping my feet, the lady dipped the scraper in the water and put it back. No sanitizing or anything! The pedicure itself was nothing to brag about and only lasted about 15-20 mins. Not to be picky, but I even had nail polish on my skin on multiple toes. I thanked the lady that did my nails and she walked off somewhere (didnt see her again). I had finished before my friend so we were talking for a bit and then I got an important phone call. I walked over to the desk and sat down in a chair right next to the desk so I could finish my call. The guy at the desk kept saying something to me and when I looked up he said Are you gonna pay??. I found this to be extremely rude because I was in the middle of my phone call and I was clearly not trying to run out of the place without paying. Not to mention I was obviously still waiting for my friend who I came in with. I will definitely not be going back.

I visited this nail salon on a saturday around 2 p.m, so I knew it would be very busy. I was a walk-in. It took about 30 minutes to be seated. Once I was in the chair I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for them to start working on my nails. My fill-in was perfect and exactly what I wanted. However, the nail technician that did my nails was not friendly at all. She ignored most of my questions and never even smiled or said hello. I would definitely come back to this nail salon because the other employees seemed nice and I liked the environment. I just would not let the particular lady who did my nails do them again.

I visited this salon for the first time because I saw some decent reviews but after paying $50 for ombre at this place is a joke. The tech was an older gentleman that didnt comprehend the concept of ombre. He didnt even cut the cuticle before and didnt buff them after he applied the powder. Just let me know you dont do that style... I would have waited for someone else if I had to... Really disappointed

I’ve never had my nails done before in my 25 years of living. I decided to treat myself and try it out. 2 stars because the end result looked nice, BUT they have ruined my experience of ever wanting to get my nails done again. I got sat in and seat that still had nail shavings on it from the previous person, the tools he was using had nail powder from previous people still on it. And he filed my nails down so far I felt the heat coming through my nailbed. My fingernails were bright red when he finished, but again I’ve never had my nails done so I didn’t realized this wasn’t supposed to happen. Longer story short, my nails weren’t filed all the way and kept catching my hair and clothes, and when I went to another place to get them removed my nails were so thin it felt like I didn’t have nails. They advised me not to go back to whoever attempted to do them in the first place. As my natural nails are are growing back you can clearly see the difference in thickness of my damaged nail that’s growing out and the new nail that’s growing in. The damaged nails bends back and forth without my nails being wet. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I looovveee the service and even if it is packed I dont mind waiting because its ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT. I dont go anywhere else. The service is quick and they do AWESOME PEDICURES. Very friendly and the prices are affordable. I would recommend this Nail Spa to anyone !!!

I had Tou, she did a very good job filling my nails and was pretty quick too. Used to go to Top Nails, but she did a much better job. Will come back again.

I took my mom for a pedicure. We had a wonderful experience. The ladies were so sweet. We got the herbal pedicures, which turned out to be a real spa experience. We left feeling great and the prices are very reasonable.

I got my nails done there for the first time on March 24. It is April 6 and 3 of my nails have already fallen!!!!, got charged $30 for nails that didnt even last. I also took my sister with me to get hair nails done, paid $30 too and 1 of her nails already fell. Aside from that I made the horrible mistake of getting my lip and eyebrows waxed there. My eyebrows where not as bad as my lip. My lip was severely burned from where the lady yanked the wax. I have a scar on my upper lip. It was a mistake to go there. I was first impressed because I was out of there in 1 hour. But now I know why they only care about the money not customer service. Go there only if you want cheap nails and a burned lip.

I got a gel manicure. My tech was very good. My nails look great. I am very pleased and will go again.

I loved this place, but their work quality has gone down. I got my nails done by the younger females and every single time they have messed them up. And when you tell then they are wrong or not straight they blame it on your finger. Do not get your nails done here or if you do get the older people to do them.

I have tried a few places in the NE, and this is my favorite. I go here regularly now. and always have a good experience. I always gets acrylics and a pedicure. The nails really last and always look good. The prices are good also.

I’ve always have been to this place but lately it’s like the job they do it’s forced towards costumers. As if they are forced to do a mani or a pedi, to my opinion it is a nail salon and that’s what someone goes in and pays for right? Not only did they give me terrible service but they seem to “talk” and what I mean by this is bad about someone there. Out of respect keep your mouth shut and do your job. I was there yesterday and Gaby is her name not only did she over charged me for a service that she has done before but she decided what manicure i was going to pay for then she had the audacity to laugh as if it where funny! I was really disappointed and upset and yet paid the price that I was charged. I just can’t believe how terrible this place has turned too.

Very bad experience got my nails done asked for square, got oval shaped and the nails started popping off 6 days later after paying $65. So I came back, bad mistake! they charged me 45$ cause they said I needed a fill and to fix 2 nails. On top of that they over charged my card. never coming back!!!!!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR APPEARANCE RUN FOR THE HILLS AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!I came in for a pedicure and to get my eye brows waxed. the pedi was fine, but the woman who did my eyebrows did not ask me anything about how I wanted them, and then just waxed half of my eyebrows off!!! the entire under side of my eyebrows are gone, they look like something awful from the 90s and when I told her I was unhappy she said Im doing my job. and as a professional that is what I chose to do.FIRST OF ALL- Im a cosmetologist. I can do your job too and you just messed up my entire face and then want to tell me you made that choice for me????? NEVER RETURNING HERE and I advise everyone else to avoid them too if you care about your appearance because they definitely dont.

Purchased herbal spa $35 package which is herbal w a facial herbal wrap. Also, purchased $30 nail manicure n $12 brow waxing.BC I was having my brows waxed, I asked Katie twice if Facial treatment was before or after waxing, She said before waxing. NEVER got face treatment but she ripped the hell out of my eye n lip area. Provided no soothing oil/ cream without my asking. My lip and eye areas were throbbing and swollen. Nightmare experience.If u go n have fair skin, stay away from her.I will not return. Even a fish died while I was there. I wanted to having a relaxing experience while waiting for my dog to get out of surgery. Awful experience !!!The one star is bc my nails look nice.

Horrible. Just 5 days ago I got gel polish and it started peeling off. I went ahead and just took it off myself, and it srsly came off so smooth. Which is no wonder why it started peeling off so soon. And I doubt they would do some sort of guarantee.I honestly wouldn’t recommend it.
