Oh man, I will never go anywhere else. I came here bc where I was going was having a hard time w the hombre nail design I wanted. I showed Crystal what I wanted, and she said, “Yes, I can do it”, and did exactly what I wanted. She was super friendly, talked to me about the color to make sure I got what I wanted, and she knocked it out. I’m so happy with them! And with her. She’s definitely the only person I’ll be going to for my nails from here on out.

The only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars is I wish they had more employees, the wait was quite long but it was worth it. they did a professional job on my teenagers nails teenagers nails it was her 1st time and they were very gentle with her hands and were patient. It was exactly what she wanted and I feel that the price was reasonableI will definitely keep going back !

Love this place! Of course I have my fave techs who do a fantastic job, but if you sit down with any of them, youll get good results. Its hard to predict when theyre not busy. I usually go every two weeks on a Sunday and it works for me. I get the Deluxe Pedi w/regular polish and dips for my nails. Friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend in the NE.

After 75$ before tip this is the outcome of a gel pedicure. I was was leaving town immediately after this and was out of state most if July. I had called and spoke to Ben and he said theres nothing we can do expect give me a discount the next time I come back. There is no way I will ever go back here. Also, the lady was in a hurry, she knew that she messed up the toe nails and should have fixed it. She was going from person to persona and left me there for some time. Its a shame, and these people here are not experienced at all. The gel on the toe came off and how embarrassing when I was on vacation showing my toes all month. Shame on this business. Shame on the poor customer service, and manager if it is Ben along with the lack of experience they all have. Do not spend your $ on anything gel here. They have no experience with this type of service..

Had a great experience. Tried the jelly pedicure this time and was a nice change. With particular visit, it was busy and I believe they could have spent a little more time on the pedicure.

First time here. Decided to do basic pedi to try this place out. Had me waiting for about 15 mins on chair.$27 for basic pedi which includes scrub and hot stone massage. Whole pedi service was over in 10 mins. Never had I had such fast poor service. Lady was non attentive.Never going back again.

Extremely over priced paid $95 dollars yesterday for basic. I said I didn’t want gel atleast 7 times they pushed it on me .. and I could not be more dissatisfied with the attitudes and work for the price. Won’t come again and do not recommend.

Got my nails done with Victoria or Vicky, she was super nice just like everyone else there and did an amazing job!! she asked during each step if I was happy with them if not she would fix them. very attentive and super nice and the price was great!! $35 for this and I LOVE THEM!! SO WORTH IT!!

I made an appointment, even came early and waited over an hour. Customers came in after I got there And they sat everyone else after me and they were getting some of the same services. The worst!!

If I could give no stars I would. Unsanitary the tools looked used and then he used them on another client after my pedi. Did the deluxe pedi and the whole process wasn’t done. Paid and they forgot I was even there knowing I had wet paint and closed toe shoes. Very disappointing and disgusting place. The guy was coughing and using no gloves.

I went back and I told myself if she’s my nail tech I will speak up. What do you know I walk in and she runs to me like she’s never had a client. I told her I need a fill and wanted them painted. Well she did my fill didn’t match the acrylic to the color she used previous and I told her to stop that it don’t match!!! I even pointed it out as she just looked at me ignored what I said and started talking to her co workers. I had her do a gel polish and there were air bubbles. I believe in second chances!! Well that was a big mistake I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Amazing atmosphere and experience! Not sure why the negative reviews, I received a gel pedicure and manicure and both turned out perfectly! The pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever received. The salon is very clean and smells so fresh, not filled with nail fumes which is very refreshing for a change. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I went on Thursday to get a pedi and full set. The guy that did my pedi was awesome. However I when I got my full set it went down hill. I asked to get a design that was on the manuquin hand. The lady that did my nails was rude. She didn’t even do my nails like I wanted. She didn’t know what she was doing. My nails looked as if they needed a fill and she called it ombré. I will never go back again

My experience today was amazing! The facility is very clean and welcoming. Everyone was very accomondating and kind. I had a pedicure and eye brow waxing. I dont have a single complaint. I will definitely be back!!

This is the best salon I have ever been to. My seven year old daughter and I got our nails done. They handled her so well! The girl doing her nails did amazing. She made sure the nails were completely dry before letting my daughter go. I absolutely love how mine came out. We will definitely be going back.

Did not like getting my nails done by the men there. He did not do a good job, he kept on saying they looked nice and tried to make it seem he was taking his time but my nails are different sizes and they are not even painted right. And he even started changing his price on me while doing my nails.

Amazing place Im very satisfied. The price is reasonable I purchased the deluxe pedicure it was 35 dollars and it included the basic package and a wax treatment. The service was friendly and hot stones were also included. Definitely recommend and will come back.

My first visit. Joanne, the manager, greeted me at door, and was very courteous.I requested the #2 Hot Stone Deluxe Pedicure. Michael did an outstanding job. The massage and paraffin wax was soothing. The young lady who did my gel manicure nails was very professional and made my nails sparkle. I received a frequent user card granting a $4 coupon for the next visit. I am definitely returning.

My nails looked very nice the day they were done. I got the dip powder. But the very next day it completely came off of one finger. Unfortunately I was out of town so I couldn’t get it fixed. I noticed that my hair was getting stuck between the nail and color, and sure enough, 2 days later, the color completely came off of a second finger. 2 days after that, another finger, and then a a fourth. I went to another salon prior to Northeast Nail Spa and the color lasted 3 1/2 weeks! So one day is unacceptable! I’ll never go back. I spend way too much money for that to happen.

The gentleman that just did my nails was HORRIBLE. I asked for the DELUXE PEDICURE AND MANICURE. I always do that for I love the hot stone and I got nothing but rushed out of there. No talking to me like all your other employees. Never since I started there have I been treated so rudely or that bad. Not getting what I wanted was bad enough but to be IGNORED and acted as if I did not matter. I am a very good tipper, BUT when rushed out of there is not a good thing NOR a good representation for your company. I even went early when there were hardly anyone. I was like the 6th person..today was just HORRIBLE and I wish I never went. Have a Blessed day

Save your money and time and go elsewhere. The older male technician who worked on my nails seemed very inexperienced and impatient. I showed him a picture of the nail color and shape I had in mind. It was not complicated - no design or embellishments (i.e. rhinestones/gems). A few nails were crooked so I requested them to be fixed. Then he claims the salon doesn’t have the nail color I want and proceeds to paint it with something completely off. I brought up my concerns to the owner (I believe) who told me to come back the next day to get it fixed. I paid (without tipping) and plan to return tomorrow. I’ll reconsider my rating of the salon based on the owner’s commitment.

The girl who did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. The person who did my manicure did okay. So, I called the next day, when I called the person told me to come first thing when they opened to have them repainted. When I came back in the morning to fix them, the wait was a little bit long, but the young lady who fixed my nails did a beautiful job!!!! I would come back to see her specifically!

Didnt get the attention expected. Leg and foot massage was 10-12 seconds each leg. The technician tried to accommodate me and a person 10 chairs away....who does that. Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Theres a reason their average rating is so poor.

So glad to have such a great nail spot so close! There are a few other shops nearby, but this one is clean, spacious, and always ready to serve you. They open just 30 minutes earlier than most others as well, which is really nice when my morning schedule allows. I go in for pedis and eyebrow wax; theyll always offer you more services but theyve never pushed me. The technician always does a great job with good results. Makes me want to go more often than I should!

My sister and I got our nails done and both got pedicures done here last Monday.The pedicure was very rushed and the lady who was doing mine had an appointment that came in and was very distracted and rushed completely.Then my sister got dip nail polish done on her nails and as of today all of the polish has come off except for one nail. My sister has been getting her nails done for years (not at this location.) and has never had this happened she always has to get the polish soaked off.I myself got gel polish which normally stays on and it is now chipping. I too have always had to get my gel polish soaked off.The whole session was completely rushed and was not relaxing at all.We will not be going back to this location.

After a horrible experience at Fox Nails, Northeast Nails went above and beyond and gave me one of the best nail experience. No exaggeration they are clean, professional, and attentive nail technicians. I had Chi and she was very attentive and did a phenomenal job. They have the new nail dipping powder as well I gave that a try for the first time and I’m in love! Will definitely be returning again and again while here in El Paso!

I asked to get a certain pedicure package and the individual was very pushy and wanted me to get the one she wanted. Even though I repeated several times which one I selected, she decided for me without me knowing and charged me for it. When I noticed she was doing extra, I again told her the package I wanted and ignored me and said which one she was going to do. That is very upsetting to me. She did a mediocre job by the way.

Pedicures aren’t worth it unless your buying the luxury one. If you don’t they get done w you fast and push you back out. You won’t get any pressure on a massage at all. After walking all day to come here for some relief was a joke. At least my toes are painted nicely 😏

Girl doing my nails was nice.... however the nails I paid $50 were a simple solid color. The gel had bubbles in almost every nail. The nails were super thin. I’m sure when I wipe my ass they will break. I usually go to the nail bar but this place was closer to home... I paid way more here on nails I’m certain will break within days, than if I had drove across town. And she left nail glue all over my fingers and palm.

Completely overpriced! I went in for a pedicure and a new acrylic set. Pedicure was $27 and $15 (a bit much) for gel color. The tech tried to up sell me the deluxe pedicure, and when I respectfully declined, got a very rushed hot stone massage, not to mention she just laid the hot towel over my feet and legs without checking the temperature. When I mentioned it was burning my legs she yanked the towel and said I was done. When I went to get my new acrylic set, the tech asked if I wanted Ombre, which I asked how much more. She said sixteen more. I made sure I heard right, and said $16? She said yes, and I agreed since gel color is already is an extra $15. Come to pay, Ombre was NOT $!6 but now $60!!! When I clarified that the tech had said $16, the manager said it has always been $60. I will definitely not recommend going to this place. If you go, be prepared to be over-charged and possibly charged for services you did not receive. I will never go back.

Great nail spa! A little pricy but Ive never had any complaints about my nails. They took great care of my daughter and I.

Scheduled appointment for 3 of us to get the exact same service (nex gen or dipping powder). I covered the bill for the 3 of us. Two were charged $50 and one charged $45. WE HAD EXACTLY THE SAME THING? The point of going together is to chit chat while having our nails done. That didnt happen either since they separated us. To add the cherry on top. Instead of getting our nails dipped 3X with the nail powder which is what every other high end places do. This salon uses a cheap white powder to substitute the colored powder for the first couple of dips. Once the color powder was put our nails then looked thick and lumpy. And the absolute best part both my daughter-in-law and I have the wrong color. With using the dipping powder the true color of the nails do not show until the clear top coat is put on which is 45 minutes into the whole process and one of the last steps. Wont be going back. HUGE waste since I now have to get my nails done over.

The staff was very friendly and very attentive. I changed my mind several times on what service I wanted and my technician was not only very patient with me but was also very helpful and even showed me the color that I was considering before he applied it to my nails.

I called before hand to verify walk-in status and the Miss who answered was very helpful. When walking in half of the work is done already due to a well furnished room. Chandlers and a beautiful Mirror made you feel like a million bucks. They have a wide assortment of services to offer from childrens nail services, waxing, massages, facials and obviously the extensive services for nails acrylic or otherwise. I got a deluxe Pedi today and I am beyond happy with quality of service. I am very much looking forward to returning for any future spa needs.

I’ve gone there for over a year and it’s always been clean with a very nice ambience and friendly staff. I think Kim and Chi are the best! I have been very disappointed the last 2 times, I’ve gone for a full set, I have ended up with Chayla or Shayla, she is new, few months or so. She is rude and rushes you, in trying to make conversation with her - to break the ackwardness of being extremely quiet, I made a comment about how fast she was😳! She ignored me so I said you are good and fast 👍🏽 Just in case they thought I meant as a complaint. She then, started filing my nails ridiculously slow and asked me, if that was better for me? Yikes!!! I told her fast was a good thing but from that point on, she did not say a word to me or even look at me until tip time, very awkward. 😳🤭😉 I tipped her $10 but I was pretty upset.

I went there 3 weeks ago, I broke a nail 3 days later, went in to have it fixed and had to pay $5. Thought within the first week they would honor their work, plus I feel the prices are too high for the work. Went to another salon to get a fill, and I had fungus. I wont ever go back. This was my experience.

Made an appointment with their online booking which was easy to do. (Ive booked appointments with other salons like this and it worked out fine.) I received a text message confirming my date and time. Showed up to my appointment and no one was there. Called the number given to me in the text confirmation & they told me that they arent open yet and that I could wait for 45 minutes until they get there. Waste of my time and morning. Now I know to just call next time, if I decide to come back.

This is my 3rd time coming here. The first two times my nails were fantastic. No chips cracks or anything. As a matter of fact when they grew out the second time they were to ok 5hick to even cut with clippers. This time they didnt even last 12 hours. The only things Ive done this evening is cook dinner and go to Sams. Im supposed to have an important event tomorrow and 4/10 nails are wrecked.

I went about a week and half ago as a walk in. They took me in right away which was great. However, I am giving 2 stars because I was charged $65 dollars for what seemed to me to be simple acrylic ombre nails with glitter, which seemed overpriced to me ( I know the website says 45 and up, But $20 dollars more was not what I was expecting). I have had a similar set before and was charged 40 dollars at another nail salon. Overall design was nice, but nails were a bit too thick for me and some were lumpy and not filed properly.

I’ve visited this place several times and let me tell you I hate it even more every single time. Workers In there are extremely rude & ignorant. I will definitely never go there again. This last time the guy that did my nails got extremelyMad because I did not want gel & he kept pushing it. When I kept saying no he started throwing my hand and rushing through service. He made the nails soooo thick and asked to make them thinner. he was being extremely rough & kept talking to his coworkers a language I of course did not know. He then went in to buff the nail and since he was being so rough he hit my nail going up so hard, it broke and he “tried fixing it” by filing it instead of redoing it & then blamed me because I wanted them thinner. When he was the one being harsh.. I literally paid & didn’t tip because of how ugly he was handling my hands I left so mad! I literally bit off my nails on the way home I hated them. He did the pinkies and thumbs sooooo short and the rest of my fingers where way longer.

Lady who did my nails was texting on the phone the whole time. She was not paying attention since she was texting and put oil on my nails before she wiped the gel so they were not shiny. She had to fix them. Extremely rude to be glued to a phone the whole time. Nails came out decent except for one finger on the bottom. Lets see how they hold up or if they start to lift. I gave her my card and said how much and she ran my card before she told me a price or anything at the end of the service so I had to ask her again the price. She probably did not even pay attention when I asked her the price the first time. She was in complete la la land trance because of being on the phone. NOT COMING BACK. 50 dollars for a new set and gel polish...... Disappointed. She said new set 25 plus 15 gel color so thats 40. So what? 10 dollars for my nails to be cut coffin style ? What was an extra 10 dollars? Ridiculous. I just left without a word. Crooked place.

Had nails, toes and eyebrows done. Pedicure was 70 because of gel; tech was hasty. Nails are simple clear gel, cut short; tech missed one nail and was reluctant to paint it. She said it was dull because of lotion, 35 for fill, never again there. Eyebrows were ok, I prefer another salon.

Three days ago I went for a refill it was ok. But I went back cus one nail broke and one of the ladys fixed my nail and I didnt see the result after. I was showing my nail to my boyfriend and the nail she fixed was so wide and ugly. I went to foxy nails and the girls there she wanted $30.00 dollars just to fix that nail.

This place was absolute garbage and worst money I’ve ever spent I was charged for services I didn’t receive after I was told I wouldn’t be charged one of the workers started yelling at me for asking for at least a discount since I wasn’t provided with the complete services I was paying for he then proceeded to be rude and talk in his language about me and tell other customers about me and point at me with such hate and pettiness! I left so shocked and embarrassed more for them than myself im so amazed at the level of humiliating service.

The service was way too quick, rough, and not relaxing at all. I hate going to places like this, where they try to sell you more and if you say “no thank you” they get an attitude. Not worth spending my hard earned money on this type of treatment.

I’ve been here once, and I’m sorry to say I definitely won’t be back. Take it as you will, other people go here with great results. Several customers came in after me that seemed to be regulars.This is LONG. I want to be crystal clear with my complaints so others get the most info possible, and the salon has the opportunity to actually rectify their issues. Also, I know I have an “angry face”, and maybe my treatment was because I could have looked mean that day.Good- the layout is very nice. The arched blue ceiling and big front windows make the salon feel super open and airy. They have a zillion design options.That’s where the enchantment ends, though. Went I visited for a fill, I was one of two patrons. The manager was sitting in a pedicure chair with her shoes off. When she asked me how she could help me, I was confused as to why a customer would be asking me that until I figured out who she was. I don’t mind a relaxed attitude at all- especially as they weren’t busy; but as the shop got busier, she stayed in that spot and didn’t help the other nail techs at all. She kinda just continued to direct patrons toward other techs from her pedicure chair.Bad- When I sat down, the gentleman doing my fill didn’t ask me any questions regarding the service. He just started grinding away without a word. I admit ignorance- this is my first full set, and idk if thats typical. I had an almond shape that had grown out, and he never said a word to me about shape or length. I asked if he could take the length down a little bit to bring the nails back to the “original” length. He said “sure!” with a nod and a smile, then simply ground off the point. That’s not what I asked for. I didn’t say anything because I’m a chicken, and I also didn’t want to end up there all day. At this point, a client was seated next to me and another nail tech started working beside mine. He completely stopped paying any attention to his work. It was comically stereotypical. I felt like I was in a sit com. Every time a new customer came in, these two techs would lean in together and whisper about them. They were the antithesis of subtle as they would stare at the person and point at them while they spoke. It was awkward and insulting.His filing grew sloppy. My nails have jagged spots and aren’t uniform. He practically slopped the polish on. He put my hand under the lamp with polish on my skin. When I yelped, he asked a quick “are you okay ma’am?” in the middle of his conversation with his friend. Again I take responsibility for grinning and bearing it. I just wanted to be done, and I didn’t want to be one of their gossip subjects. I stayed cordial and didn’t complain. When he took my hand back for another coat, he noticed the gel baked onto my skin- and tried hard to scrape it off with his finger nail. Painful, and obviously never going to work. My finger is inflamed from the abuse.This happened multiple times.The Ugly- The gel started to(again with my cluelessness, sorry) fail? Just bubble and slide around. He blamed me for it. He became visibly frustrated with me, being extra rough with my hands, and slamming his tools around. He took the grinder back out and was extra careless this time, nicking my skin and pushing hard into my nail plate which AGAIN was really painful. Then he forced me to hold my hands under the UV light with my fingers bent and twisted, since it was my fault I was holding them wrong. I’ve never had that issue before. Curing lamps are designed with lights in a dome pattern to ensure each side of your nail is exposed- but I had to sit with my hands contorted to keep him happy. I have nerve damage in my wrists, which didn’t help.I won’t bore you with how unkempt the tools and workstations are, or how they couldn’t get my card to work, or how they called loudly to me, drawing attention from everyone to give me a weird lotion “present” when I had my hand on the door.I’m sad since they have a lot of good reviews and are close to me. But I can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone, and I certainly won’t be back.

Terrible experience. The ladies not only hurt my little sister’s nails by ripping and over-filing them, another worker made my mom’s french tips bubbly, overly thick, and excused the mistake by saying “If you put your arm far away you can’t see it!” All of that along with the rude side-talk cost $80. Went here because my other nail saloon hadn’t opened yet and decided to give this place a chance. Not a good choice! The girl who did my nails shaped two of them crooked and one nail did even look round. Went in to get a fill in got gel nail polish and the polish is chipping away already and one of my nails have already broken. I thought it was because I had my nails for a while but then my companions nail also broke. Will not be going back!
