Isaiah ruined my hair. Was rude the entire time. Didn’t even finish everything I needed done because he was too busy doing other clients at the same time. If you can’t handle it then maybe you shouldn’t do hair. That simple. AND overcharged me????? He’s extremely stuck up. Just because you’re a hairdresser doesn’t mean you’re a good one, no need to be stuck up and rude. Terrible service. I’m making sure no one I know goes here.

My husband tried to gift me a Brazilian Blowout while they were running a special on them. They told him it would be $150. I have EXTREMELY thick hair and was told I would need double the amount of chemical/product. So my total came out to $486. I asked what happened and the MANAGER explained to me they had to charge me double because I had thick hair and that the stylist spent 4 hours on my hair. I asked if they charged by the hour and the manager responded “no but it took a lot of work and most people who come to this salon do not ask about prices”I think my jaw hit the floor!!! I was nothing but polite and courteous and to be told that was shocking!!! HORRIBLE that they allow this person to run this business. Seriously do not recommend this place. ZERO STARS. I have now been told that no matter how thick your hair is, there is only one amount of product that can be used soI got scammed.

ZERO STARS! I got a facial with one new and young--Esthetician. It was so expensive and she did not know what she was doing. I broke out so bad, and I am still breaking out. I have keep medications and serums to fix the damage she caused. I know go to Biometrix clinic spa or Azul Med Spa, NEVER AGAIN MIX! You are supposed to help my skin, not mess it up! I wouldnt recommend this place if you want a clear complexion.

The facial and Esthetician made me my skin break out worse than Ive seen in years. I am still recovering from it. Spending more money on fixing it now. I would not recommend getting a facial, go to registered RN or Plastic Surgeons office instead. Did not ask about my skin type and just put all kind of stuff on me, without even knowing my allergies or skin type. So unprofessional

The owner, Luz is amazing with her treatments and customer care! She isn’t just about giving you product or treatment. She cares and examines your overall wellness. She truly cares about what she does and the lives she effects! I just started going to her and already see a change in my skin because I’m changing my habits and my mindset.

I had called and they specified was going to be $50 but they ended up charging 125 very very bad service they didnt cut professionally. I ended up going somewhere else to fix the bad cutting of my hair very dissapointed

I had an amazing first time experience getting a glow facial with Alexis! She has now made my skin feel so much smoother and softer. I’m so glad I found her to make me feel like I have so much confidence in my skin! She’s such a goddess!

So I spent $180.00 on 10 little halfway done highlights and a haircut that wasnt even what I requested.. I had to get someone else to fix and leave my hair exactly done as I wanted when I was told it couldnt be done in one sitting. What a waste of time and money... dont let 5 stars fool you thinking all stylists are great there

She asked exactly what I was looking into with improving my skin for my personal facial. By the end of my facial i felt the difference immediately and now my face is glowing ✨✨✨

I got eyelash extensions from Kayla. She was very patient with me. I was so relaxed during the session I kept dozing off! Im in love with my new lashes & the confidence boost Kayla has given me. Shes so lovely! I cant wait to visit again!

I have been going to Brian for at least two years now; when I first moved to El Paso I had no one to trust with my blonde hair AND that didn’t overcharge. Brian was probably the 3rd person I tried out for my color, and I’ve never looked back. I will follow Brian anywhere he moves, and trust no one else with my hair. He’s amazing at color, cuts, extensions, treatments, and is great to his clients. I have people ask me all the time about my hair, and am proud to recommend him to everyone.

Sylvia is awesome! She cut my babys hair, and yesterday she cut mine. She listened to what I wanted and she delivered! My only criticism is the temperature of the salon, it was super cold. Other than that I will definitely be back.

I had a bad experience at my first and only visit with this salon. I would NEVER trust anyone with my hair that has bad customer service. Kept me waiting too long. Took other customers who were even late before me. Basically, I dont car how good your salon looks, if you dont value customers then you are not worth the wait or the money. Wont be going back

For all your facial needs definitely set up an appointment with Alexis! I struggle with persistent acne & have been one of her clients for only a few weeks but I’ve already seen so much improvement in my skin! this girl really does know what she’s doing! especially when it comes to treating acne!

I love this place. I only go there becausey my stylist Becky is there. If she ever moved I would follow her like I have in the past 10+ yrs.The Mix Salon used to have an added bonus when the bar upstairs would play nice with them. It was pretty cool I could go there for a weekend cut and sip on a GnT. Beets the experience supercuts would give.This isnt Mix Salons fault which is why I am not dinging any stars. You can read my other reivew about the rooftop bar or used to be called the view.My stylist still gives great service and I will continue to go back to Mix Salon due to it looking nice looking and I like it.

DONT COME HERE!!! If I could give this salon ZERO STARS I would! I have gotten my Mircobead extensions and eyelash extensions done before my wedding it was out of the country. 2 days after I got my extensions and got to my destination they turned into DREAD LOCKS! I was frantic and upset the day before my wedding I tried to detangel my extensions but my SCALP STARTED TO BLEED. With minutes it turned to dreadlocks again. IT RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!!! My EYELASH EXTENSIONS FELL OUT IN LESS THAN A WEEK!! When I complained they said they would set me up with a senior lash technician. I came in for a complimentary service from my last She left me alone in the room for 45 minutes! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!

I went their because heard it was a good place it was the complete opposite!!mind you I have never gone to get a manicure or pedicure but I have to say this was a rather expensive first experience . The ladys at the front desk were rude I walked up there told them how my husband made an appointment for me the two women at the desk laugh in my face then when I went to take a seat they laugh as I walked away . and the hair cut was bad, i heard others complaining too.never again. they didnt speak good english.

As far as the actual salon goes, its much like atypical higher end salon. Kinda hisptery, and very hospitable. The highlight of the salon, was my stylist, Iliana. She is totally amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone. She is very detailed, a perfectionist, and professional to the t. I had a terrible color (by a not so fantastic stylist, thats for another review) and she not only fixed it, she made it look awesome. Not only am I going back for my regular regrowth/trims; Im getting the Brazilian blowout next month.
