I’ve always brought my little girl here and she loves it! She feels like a princess! It’s super clean! I don’t know why other reviews say it’s not clean. I’m OCD about cleanliness and it was great! Deff doing birthday party here!! Sylvia the owner is amazing!

Let me start off by saying that my baby enjoyed her experience and Im glad she did. The young lady who serviced her was friendly towards her and entertained her many questions. This is why Im hesitant to write a review, but I also know that my daughter doesnt know any better.As the paying parent, Im underwhelmed and disappointed. The idea of a kiddie salon is fantastic! This is a miss, unfortunately, but it has potential. First, the place needs to be cleaned... deep cleaned and decluttered. Maybe even a fresh coat of paint. There are used rags on the back of the sink, spray bottles sitting on the the bench near the pedicure station and its just not.... fresh. Yeah, its pink, but its not very inviting.Next, the selection of nail polishes are poor. This salon is catered to children, but it lacks variety. Where are the cotton candy pink, flamingo pink, pearly pink, light pink, rose pink, pink lemonade, ballet pink? Where are the variety of glitters? Different shades of purple? Wheres the rainbow of colors? Theres not much to pick from. In addition, the polishes that are available are old and on their last legs. The young lady that serviced us had to really scoop to get the glitter out.As for the manicures, pedicures and facials - the quality is poor. Its not an actual manicure. Its simply just painting toes and finger nails. The young lady didnt push back her cuticles on her toes. Since shed been wearing sandals, a little dirt had collected under her toe nails - she didnt take any tool to clean under it. She rubbed her feet with a sugar scrub. I guess thats what makes it different from just nail polish. The facial... Sorry, but thats a joke. There was a bowl of a brown mask - pre- mixed - on the sink that she applied to my daughters face. She wiped it off after the Mani/pedi. Thats it. Thats the facial. I wish Id paid more attention to where this bowl was coming from and asked had the brush been used on someone previously.For $39, I expected more. I expected it to be clean and fancy. I expected an entire wall of nail polishes. I expected an actual manicure, an actual pedicure and an actual facial. This was disappointing, to say the least.

My girls loved the experience. Both ladies were courteous and very friendly! We recommend!!

I like to support local. Really thought my 10 year old and her friend would enjoy this experience. They complained lady was rough, and was hearing her friends voice memo instead of making their experience memorable. I paid 80 dollars for a mani that looks like a 4 year did.

My girls loved it but its a small place that only 2 ladies were taking care of the girls and they started running late with appointments

We absolutely LOVED this spa!! My daughter had such a wonderful time and was completely pampered! They were so patient and professional. The salon was also really clean. I highly recommend this salon for all the little girls. Such a sweet little place! Everything is absolutely adorable. We will be going back soon!

Took my daughter in for a haircut only without knowing they also did manicures and pedicures, we didn’t have appointment for that but Sylvia was very kind to squeeze my daughter in their busy schedule! My daughter was beyond happy with her totally spoiled day! Thank you Annita and Sylvia 💕🙌🏻

We had 2 Gift Certificates from this place, coupons expired during the pandemic they were not open to make any exceptions. Definitely not recommending this place!

For being a spa whose clients are young children youd think theyd show more interest in making the experience for these girls memorable. With the exception of one individual none of the other workers were even engaging in conversation with the girls there. It was like they were in a hurry to get people in and out instead id providing exceptional service especially considering how much these parents are paying.

Scheduled an appointment well in advance the day before via Facebook. Communication as to when my daughter’s appointment time was, was very poor. I requested an appointment (that was approved by Annita) at 12:45, was then told she wasn’t available until “1;16”...time was unclear. I stated I would arrive at 1:15. Up on arriving at 1:00, we weren’t told where to check in so we sat with others and waited our turn. Everyone that was there before us was taken in for their cut, as well as others that came after us that went to the back of the salon. It’s very frustrating to wait 30+ minutes when you have a scheduled/confirmed appointment, to never be greeted or told how to check in, and to be passed up in line by others who clearly knew the routine and arrived after us. We walked out....massive WASTE of time. Very unprofessional business environment and will be going somewhere else, unfortunately.

Got my daughters hair cut here (just a trim) ended up taking a long time and was completely uneven. seemed like it was the first time the hairdresser had ever cut hair. Havent tried other services, do not recommend for child haircut. Hairdresser was nice.

I just had my daughters birthday party there. They did a good job with the girls but it was supposed to be a PRIVATE PARTY from 11-1pm. When I arrived there was someone already there and they didnt leave until 11:45 plus people were walking in before my party was over. I made it clear i was upset and they really didnt do anything about it. Not booking party there ever again.

Despite others bad experiences, I am glad I took my daughters here. It was my 3 year olds birthday and my 2 girls loved it! My husband and I super approve and will be taking our kids back in the future!

The place is totally cute, I took my daughter and her bestfriend to get the mani, pedi, and fun hairstyle. When it came to doing the hair they complained that her friend had a lot of hair and it was already curly. If i am paying for a hairstyle I feel it doeant matter if the child had a lot of hair or not.

I took may son for his first hair cut Annita did a great job she is great with kids.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE FOR A HAIRCUT!!!! TOOK MY DAUGHTER AND THE GIRL MESSED UP HER HAIR. EVEN SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AS CUTTING MY DAUGHTERS BANGS. THEY WERE LEFT UNEVEN. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Took my daughter and friends for her birthday and was very disappointed. The staff was unfriendly. The girls hairstylists did all three girls hair the same not to mention the birthday girls hair ended up looking like a birds nest. They covered it up with a ton of hairspray and color. The entire feel wasnt fun for the girls. Not to mention the price.

I took my daughter there and she was done in half hour. Barely put the chocolate mask on her face. The pedi and mani was just a very quick soak and nail polish. My daughter didnt really enjoy it and for that half hour was about $50. I brought her here to see howd she like it because I wanted to do a birthday party there, but I will never go back there again!

Ehhh it was ok. Was lead to believe that this was a nice cute kid friendly salon to go to. When i got there the lady at the desk was rude i told her my name and she looked like i had bothered her or something. As i looked around this place is a very very tiny kid party place. I should have walked out then. The lady that i had she was very friendly and nice. But. . . . . I went Im for a color and cut and i left with basically the same color as I came in and no hair cut off. I wanted a trim so when she said so like two inches i yelled OH NO! so maybe that scarred her. My husband was very upset that i paid $65 for this service and left with what i came Im with. A box would have been more satisfying than this. But if yr having a lil girl party this place does look fun!

Y daughter to get her haircut and did an ugly hair cut, i had to take her to Lolis and Mike kids spa to get it fix. i rather keep going to Lolis and Mike on zaragoza they do a better job there.

This place was super unprofessional. They showed up 20 mins late to open the doors for us and then the ladies there were not very kid friendly . This place should be called “totally waste of time “ .

Lleve a mis 2 hijas a un spa party, el personal es muy poco profesional, para trabajar con niñas no tenian nada de pasiencia, tenian muy mala cara. El lugar muy sucio, mis hijas anduvieron descalsas para no estropiar El pedicure y terminaron con la planta del pie super negros, a una de mis hijas no le hicieron bien el pedicure, solo le mojaron los pies, le cortaron las uñas y se las pintaron fue todo, no le pusieron el exfoliante. Cuando las peinaron la persona no les pregunto que peinado querian las niñas solo empezo a risarles el pelo y ya, deverian de tener fotos de peinados para que las niñas puedan escoger alguno. El peine que utilizo no esta sanitizado tenia cabellos y sucio. Tambien al ponerles la mascarilla de chocolate uso solamente un bowl para todas las niñas, al limpiarles la mascarilla utilizaron la misma toalla para limpiar a las niñas, nada limpio. No tienen suficientes esmaltes, por lo tanto no hay variedad para hacerles un manicure o pedicure siendo un lugar para niñas deverian de tener gran variedad de colores llamativos para las niñas, para no ser economico les falta muchisimo mas.
