I would give 0 stars if i could this i a TERRIBLE place please please dont go here, i went in Saturday afternoon for nails i showed them an image of what i wanted and they said they could do it, I trusted the person who did them as he was putting the acrylic it looked Chunky & i nicely let him know that didnt like them chunky he got mad and said that they look like that because they are LONG and he was just complaining in general because i chose to get them long, long story short he finishes and i pay at the end i let him know i dont like them to give me back my money he refuses and grabs my hand and cuts my nails all mad .... this is bad service ever since they got the new owners

This was just a wonderful experience. went in to get a fill, pedicure and wax. I was pleased with everything. Everyone was incredibly friendly and after leaving I got compliments on my nails at the two places I stopped. I will be returning!

Take my daughter to get her nails done, and they did horrible job,

February 13th I walked in... February 22nd my nail fell to prove all my nails have air bubbles... and to pay $50 for this?? Dont worry yall lost a customer, never going back there.. didnt get her name but a lady did my nails.. didnt speak a single word to me but yet, was very rough with my nails..

This nail shop has new owners and This is a nasty over priced dirty shop. Loud and uncomfortable. I did my nail of full set with lady owner on SATURDAY THEN TODAY my nail fall of 5 nail and I did paid my nails for $ 50 then outcomes that I lose my 5 nail. They treat customers badly and especially the old man talking bully with customers. Don’t ever come to do your nail at this nail shop but on pedicure side you can ask for young man with tattoos on his arm to do it for you

It was not very good. The man was very nice and honest with his limits but the lady who works with him was very rude, broke through skin and didnt (fully) know what she was doing. I feel bad writing this review because I think they are a struggling business.

This place is amazing! I found my nail heaven. Everyone was smiling and extremely pleasant. The atmosphere is calming and clean. You will not want to leave! I got pink and white over my nails and an awesome pedicure. This is the best pedicure I have gotten in years.

Ive been going to this salon for a few months now. The polish on my toes lasts 3-4 weeks easily, no chipping at all. They have a callus treatment that I was a little skeptical of, but I think it has helped. Always gentle and very eager to make sure you are comfortable.

This place has the greatest collection of polish and gel colors that I have ever seen. I am really impressed. Last time Johnny worked on my nails. He did a great job, really love it. Highly recommend to set appointment with Johnny for nails and pedicure.

This is a nasty over priced dirty shop. Loud and uncomfortable. I will never go back. If they do not open new set of equipment in front of you they are not cleaning your tools. Asked how much tip I was leaving and filled in for meTacky loud shop.

Got there at 9:15, they open up at 9:30 so Id be in and out, took the guy 1.5 to do a regular polish pedicure, was there first and left last, the women that went in before me were gone, hands and toes done within an 1.5hr still had to wait for someone to become available to finish my hands. Theyve lost a loyal customer.....

Love, love, love! I got my nails done with creative nails and they went above my expectations! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did a great job. I highly recommend creative nails.

I took my sister here based off of all the great reviews I read online. The two men who were giving us our spa pedicures were completely silent. Didnt greet us hardly and never spoke except to ask a quick question regarding our nails. We both wanted their spa pedicure package. My sisters guy gave her a long, amazing massage and scrubbed her feet for close to 10 minutes to get off dead skin. When I asked my guy why I wasnt getting what she was, he said my skin was too thin and he didnt want to make me cry. What? I get a pedicure once a month and have never once had a technician not perform a foot scrub on me let alone think it would hurt me. Add salt to the wound, the massage is supposed to be six minutes, he spent not even a minute on each foot/leg. My guy is already painting a design on my toes wjhile my sisters guy just finally finished scrubbing and is about to get her massage. I am highly disappointed and will not be coming back when there are so many places to choose from in this city.

Well.... Tony did not do what i asked period. Nails are bumpy and uneven. NOT a cofin shapeJust an awkward weird shape. Everyone says they are ugly. And recomend to visit their nail techs. Sadly the worst 50 dollars spent. Not just.money i have to go dump n then dish up to get them fixed. Very disappointed.

Just did a full set less than a week ago and they are awful. Nails were not leveled, mishapened, and she purposely made my nails pulled away from my cuticles thinking this woud make me come in for a fill sooner... Clearly I went else where... This place used to be great. I have no idea who is runing it now that the quality of work has gone so far down. Will never return to this place again. I shouldve walked out when she kept stopping to text on her phone...

Quickest and worst $30 pedicure ever. The young lady cut my toe nails so short that I cant even where shoes because it hurts and my feet are still rough. I will never go to this place again.

Im still going in there. The service is good service but in the nail salon has 1 person name Wendy; She talk active, and she always keep asking me Do you want do that and this and .......... She treat me and other customers badly and she always keep making me angry. This is advise for the boss of the nail shop

Ive been going here for years now and have had some weird experiences with the staff arguing. Once a girl got yelled at while doing my nails and left in tears and another staff member finished. Another time they fired an employee while I was there and she hit the lady on the head while she was doing my nails. However, I always love how my nails come out and they always last! They have so many gel colors to choose from. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Im not going to say the worst but definitely not a good experience. The guy who did my nails charged me extra for the shape of my nails which is just ridiculous. He also embarrassed this poor girl who came in to just ask a question & was yelling at her & to top off started talking bad about her to customers after she left. My fiancé got a pedicure & his feet feel so rough, its like they did nothing at all. I dont recommend.

Im disappointed in this salon and Tony today.. I walked in he said it would be 15 minutes after 35 minutes of waiting which is okay to wait a little longer a white man walks in orders a manicure immediately gets sit down and attended to while Im just sitting there and he knows Ive been there waiting for 35 minutes . I told him that I was first and i told him that I would go to another salon and all he did was take a look at me and said okay sure Im very disappointed in his service and his actions and I will no longer go to his salon.. i was not the only person that had arrived before this man... im not sure if ge was been racist or intimidated by the man.. or does he tip better i. Not sure but its not fair... the fact that he is a great nail tec doesnt give him the right to disrespect the time of his clients

Most horrible experience. My nails were aching afterwards. And for the price?! Ridiculous. And my nails fell within a day or two, to top it off my nails look like press on nails from Walmart. Extremely disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this place!

Bad nail shop and waist my money to coming

Worst experience ever!! I went on 4th of July to get a full set of nails & pedi the girl did ok with my nails but the poor guy that tried to do my pedicure seemed very new and between both things it took 3 hours I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave. Owner walked in before I left and tried finishing up my pedicure and only did a touch up. Worst service and I still had to schedule another pedicure because the work they did was lousy. If you are going to open on a holiday be prepared or dont open. I do not recommend this place there are hundreds of nail places find one with better service and better quality. DO NOT USE THIS NAIL PLACE!
