Horrible place first and last time. The guy there did not know how to make ombre nails did a horrible work.

I love this salon. Owners are extremely nice all the technicians are super sweet. Ask for sky if you want the best pedicure not to mention he takes out in-grown nails with delicacy and no pain! 10/10

Nikki is great! I was going to a nearby salon and the service i was receiving was horrible. my friendtold me about Nikki and Sky at Elite and from the moment I walked in they treated me so well and did a great job!

I set up an appointment with Niki for 12 pm and still waiting after an hour. One of the other technicians removed the color for her. Otherwise, I would have left. What is the purpose of having an appointment? Came here because she was highly recommended. First and last time here.

The owners are polite and welcoming. Sky does a great job with my mani and pedi. I came from another place across the street tht gave me horrible service. I love it here. Not going anywhere else

EXTREAMLY CLEAN!!! The owners Husband and wife make sure you are pampered and get what you want they are really good at everything PILAR was the girl that did my pedi and omg she is so good with customers!! She made sure my nails wore good and scrub n scrub till death skin was off!!!! Recommend 100%

If I could give them no stars I would. Granted they’re nice people WAY TOO PRICY. I showed a picture a while ago of nice short and sweet almond shaped nails, green at that and I went to choose a color and was talked out of my color selection for a bright colored green. Weeks past I go back thinking the other lady who did mine was better than the other one, never managed to file my nails, never bothered to push back, cut or trim my nails. Today marks 5 days since I’ve been there to get them done and ALL MY NAILS FELL OFF. There was a lot of lifting on the sides and they were poorly filed. The acrylic was literally glued to my nail past my natural nail stuck to my finger. I tried naturally soaking them off and the acrylic stuck to my mail so bad the corner of my mail came off bleeding. . They’re clumpy, poorly painted and I’m fed up. If I could go back and get my money I would. I paid $50 for nails that should have lasted me at least a month. Not to mention, I saw designs on nails that looked painted on and turns out they just use stickers 🙄. Absolutely do not recommend at all.

First time I went here was for my kids to get pedi/mani. Customer service was great except the service delivery part. Their nails were peeling off on the first day(even though it was gel, typically should last upto 2 weeks). Anyway, I gave them the benefit of doubt since they were highly recommended and went back to get my mani/pedi. Again, Customer service was ok except for delivery part. My pedi was wack, and for manicure, I literally soaked my hands in a bowl of water only!! Nothing extra was done. Then my nails looked awful from what I wanted(the owner offered to fix it but I was just done since I got gel and wasnt about to have my nails scraped again so soon). Anyways, definitely will not be going back.

I literally went today at around 3 pm to get a manicure. I was well attended and I had no problem with the staff because the lady that did my nails was very nice to me but this is the way in which she left them. I truly do not recommend this place for the quality purposes. It was also a little dirty.

Ask for Bambi for your nails. Ask for Emily in advance for the best Brazilian wax.

This place has new owners and is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional!!! Disinfects the building professionally weekly. Definitely recommended and I’m picky as far as my nails. 😊

This place has new owners and new nail techs and the new ppl have brought this place so much life!!!! I’ve been coming here since 2016 and you can definitely tell the difference!!! I love this place!! It is so much fun!!! They keep the customer entertained and offer water and snacks at all times!!! I love it!!!!

NAILS ARE OVER PRICED AND THEY FELL OFF WITHIN A WEEK. I went in to get an acrylic nails set and within 1 WEEK my nails began to break in half. I payed $55 for a basic one color set. The acrylic has these wired black dots all over it and I got a bunch of cuts on my fingers from one of the ladies. My sister went with me and within 20 mins they were done with her set and they gave her the incorrect color and they refused to fix it. And she got a really bad cut on her ring finger.

Very nice job on my mani and pedi gel nails. Feel new again!

Meh service and somehow attitudeI wanted a new set of just NATURAL nails they wanted to put white on them. I said I wanted skin colors Powder (Pinkish, natural, neutral skin color) . She made a face and insisted on white.Ended up getting just a black set even tho they had tons and tons of different color powders 🙄The way they shape the acrylics make my nails look fat it’s weird.. probably bigger number of my actual nail size? also the color is coming off after one day.

Went to get a full set and I had a reference pic of what I wanted,it was a ombre. Got something completely different. Not happy at all. And Ive been there before and I liked how they did my nails before thats why I chose to go today but completely regret it.

I was the only one there from 5:45 to closing time. Yes she was friendly and nice. Where this place failed is how she over priced me 85$ for just gel on my toes and nails. Nothing fancy no diamonds no Special crazy color. And they add there own tip in. Its not my 1st time getting nails with gel for both my hands and feet the most Ive ever paid in my life.

Very disappointed. I went in looking for a new nail place and this is definitely not it. The lady that did my nails was not professional. Watching something on her tablet. She would take phone calls and was not interacting with me. I asked her if this was her first time and if she was watching tutorials. This place is uncomfortable, dirty and unwelcoming. Do not recommend!!!

Ive been coming in for years now. The owners are amazing people and the customer service is always exceptional. They all do a great job on my mani/pedis and sets. They are friendly and professional. It is a clean and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Elite Nail & Spa.

Excellent service

I wanted to love this nail salon as it had great reviews. Just moved to El Paso and Ive been getting gel polish done for the past few years. If applied properly it will last 2-3 weeks without a chip. I went 2 weeks ago, I got a really skinny guy (didnt catch his name) who rushed my nails through the curing process under the LED lights. I mean 20 seconds and hes telling me to switch hands. 3-4 days after, the polish was lifting from my nails and chipping. Today unfortunately I got the same guy and this time I refused when he once again started asking me to switch hands when theyd only been under the light 20 seconds. He is very rude and gets nasty when you tell him you want each layer to cure for the full 45 seconds. I also asked him to make sure he caps each nail with polish (so they wont chip) and he got all flustered. There wasnt anyone there waiting for him, do not know what his rush was. The other employees seem really really nice but I will not be returning. I gave him a $15 tip both times because Im not a jerk and wasnt asking for anything out of the ordinary.

The customer service is very bad. One lady left me 45 min soaking my nails (i had deep powder deep) then came back and said she put the wrong solution because my nails did not come off, then she put the right solution, left me again and went to do another customers nails, then after being there for 1 hour and my nails not coming out, I told her I was going to leave and she was rude. I would not recommend going there.

Pedicure was fine with no issues. Had a broken nail (powder dipped) that they said they could fix. Two guys attempted to fix and failed. Kept drilling away and finally tried to get another person to work on it. No thanks. And the second guy to work on it was just visiting, but he USED to work there. Very unprofessional. Steer clear. No Bueno!!

They are really nice, make conversation, nails are super pretty and they don’t take that long!

Walked in hoping for a great spa day instead had a nightmare.Rude man rushing my experience, his wife snoring on the pedicure chairs.He cut and burned me twice and was annoyed when I called him out. I will never go back even if it’s the last salon in El Paso.Sorry NOT sorry.

Terrible service I went for full set of nails of what I paid 35 dlls / no gelJust regular color.The guy was rude all the timeI went home like at 7pm and by 10 2 of my nails had already brokenI went the next day I told them I did do anything extreme for them to break so easily and all I got was a very rude and mean response.They were making fun of me in their own language I could tell. I went home and 1 week later another nail was broken, I went again and the same guy was upset because I did.O didnt go back because I wanted to but only because they had the color of the rest of my nails.Bad customer service, rude nail technician and they took for ever tooI had never had this problem before! At other places and this was my very first time there...

Love everyone at this salon. Everyone does a wonderful job and are always so nice. Id give it 10 stars if I could.

Extremely rude employee. An older woman did my pedicure and talked on the phone and was distracted the whole time. She then cut my cuticles and put them on my feet and made faces at me as to shame me for having them in the first place. Lady, thats my Im here! She didnt buff my feet or do anything worth the money. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

The technician was more interested in watching the soccer game. She made the gel too thick

Terrible, I went in and got gel done and the lady did a terrible job! I went back to get it fixed and she fought about her not being the one who did them. Then another person fixed them and once again here I am a week later with gel nails that are already chipping off! I would not recommend this facility if you are looking for good gel nails!!

Didnt do what we asked and didnt really pay any attention to us just the TV and his phone.

At first very friendly, i was a regular customer until my sister became a full time nail tech. When they found out i would have my sister do my nails. She told the nail tech that was doing my nails to do a terrible job, so i would complain and she could tell me to take my business else where. So i did and told everyone i knew not to go get their nails done here.

I went in to get an emergency pedicure, I live on the westside and have a regular pedicure place but under the circumstances I went here. I had 3 people do my pedi. The lady at the front desk was super nice and made sure i got what I wanted. The man there should not be working there very unprofessional has dirty finger nail and is very rude. I told him I wanted pink chrome on my nails and asked me 5 times what color and i kept pointing to the color. The lady doing my pedi not sure why they dont wear gloves!! she made me bleed because she was very aggressive and didnt wear gloves!!!! Would not recommend this place i will stick to my nail place on the westside even if I am on the eastside.

Apparently the older gentleman who does nails has a bad record. He got upset when I told him to remove the 1 nail color that I had chosen and for whatever reason it was not the correct one. Oh and he also said that next time for me to go with another nail tech because this was the 2nd time hes ruined my nails. He was mad because I told him to please remove it from the beginning and he stated not to worry that he would fix it and I said ok. HE WANTED TO PAINT OVER IT with the other color of gel that I had to choose! You do not do that. That is sloppy work and not professional at all. I was calm the whole time and just let it slide. I paid and I still tipped this man. I showed him the business card where they initial and it was too late to use it cause he had already ran my card. So he went to go talk to Anthony then came back and said NEXT TIME THEY ARE FREE. So I said ok, i thanked him and left. So i went back 2 wks later and the lady next to him helped me and did my nails. When she finished I washed my hands and walked out then I heard them say something so I went back and she was telling me that I didnt pay. Of course I didnt because the older gentleman said they were free and she said no they are $5 off and I said no because last time he was very rude and gave me really bad service. So I did not pay. I am never going back to this place. And yes Celest does nails and she does a wonderful job. To top it off one of my friends went to get her nails fixed (they are always breaking btw) and they were talking bad about me saying that I was lying!. THE WORSE NAIL PLACE EVER!

Horrible customer service... With no class. Older gentleman nail tech had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a salon. He got angry when I asked for my nails to be cut shorter after I had just told him I would like a very short sport cut nail set he also got very angry when I asked him to remove a polish that was very old and extremely clumpy he huffed and puffed like a child.

Their customer service has always been good. My mother, daughter and I have been going there for 4 years now and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Some friendly workers but the guy that did my nails made me not want to come back. Its very sloppy, my nails arent even, and it looks like they need a fill. Not going back.

They are ok but my person kept looking at her phone which got annoying but didn’t even ask what shape i wanted or anything and my friends person was rude and messed up her gel at the end and smelled like smoke but besides those it’s awesome.

When I am in El Paso, this is where I go. I wish I could bring them home with me!
