The staff is very sweet and polite, but unfortunately the tech i got did not know what she was doing. I think they need to refine her skills a bit more or simply have her as a receptionist if she just learning. She soaked my nails forever and her work and technique was overall just horrendous just bad she filed them down all wrong & my nails were completely misshapen. It seems like they’re understaffed & unprepared. My gel bubbled up was uneven and bumpy, she got nail dust all over my hands and i had dust and gunk left under my nails and for the pedicure she left all the sugar scrub on my legs all dried and full of powder as well it was hard to capture in the photo. Like i said the staff is nice don’t get me wrong but the nail tech i got was definitely not fit at all to do manicure or pedicure it was the worst job i’ve ever had done i wouldn’t recommend getting the girl i got at least i paid way too much for a terrible job i won’t be going back sadly.

Sophie is amazing at her work! She did a dip powder nail set and left them looking really pretty and clean. I also got a pedicure by another one of the workers and she was great too! They all took their time to do a beautiful job. I have gone there two times and will definitely continue to do so :)

First time here and LAST! I got charged $50 for a simple full coffin set. Idk if its just me but I think thats an outrageous price for this type of work done. Before making my appointment w them I looked at their Facebook page to see about pricing. It said $35!!.... Of course I asked why so much, the girl told me maybe cause it was gel !!!! WTF😡😡

We called ahead to see if due to Covid still they required appointments or walk-ins. From answering the phone to us leaving the staff was polite and welcoming. My mom and I got manicures & pedicures, and loved the service, quality and were very relaxed. Will definitely be back soon.

First girl doing my nails messed them up, she lasted almost 2 hours then the ladie called sophie came to fix my nails... and honestly im embarrassed to show my nails to friends and family, im moving out of state and its just bad...

Very sweet polite staff, but they don’t know what they’re doing. I think they’re just opening up & they are missing essential tools like the acrylic nail cutter. Lady chopped off the acrylics with a reg small nail cutter & I was horrified. She filed them down all wrong “coffin” & misshapen. You can tell they’re understaffed & unprepared to run a business. I called ahead & stopped by because manager said “No wait” that was a lie. Then as I was getting my nails done, I witnessed people calling or stopping by & again manager kept saying “No wait, pick your color” when there’s clearly going to be a wait. People kept walking out. Lucky them, I stayed $50 for fills/gel color, no design just reg painted nails. Gel bubbled up something I have never experienced, top layer peeled off & I got polish all over my hands as if it was still wet two days later

Good service but I had booked an appointment for a certain time and was asked to return in one hour. Evidently people in El Paso cant keep their own appointment so it set me back.

Overall good experience. The place was clean, the owner is very nice, reasonably priced and the young lady that did my pedicure did a good job. If there was one thing I would critique about my pedicure would be the polish job could be a bit better. I would go back and try them again in the future.

Such a great experience, especially after all the let downs from other nail salons on the east side. The owner was super friendly, the salon was clean and my nails look great. Will definitely be going back.

Not only did my nails come out amazing but it was affordable and I had a great time.

Bad communication. Called in advance to ask if they take in walkins let them know I would be coming in 10minutes just to drive out and get here and they tell me that I should come back in an hour. Should’ve just told me on the phone it was busy.

Beautiful work! sophie is phenomenal with everything she does - from lashes to nails! cleanliness and layout of the place is to a T :) always looking forward to my next visit. 🤍
