I always come to Jason for my acrylic nails he always manages to do exactly what I want and I love my nails everytime. For pedicures I come with ISELA, super gentle, friendly perfect pedicures each time. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I have been coming here for over a year so I know what I normally pay. I went in to get a pedicure and manure with just plain clear nail polish. I had the dip nail polish prior so there was a small amount left on my nails. The pedicure I chose was $55 and a manicure there should have been about another thirty dollars. I was charged $105 dollars. I really didn’t even get a manicure, I just had him take off the leftover nail polish, file them and put one coat of clear nail polish. It wasn’t even gel. I normally pay $100 for dipped nail polish and pedicure. I won’t go back.

I come here every two weeks, Jason does an amazing job!! I always leave with perfect nails. And candy is amazing with pedicures

I came here wanting my nails done because I hadnt done it in years and was not feeling good. As soon as I walked in I was offered a seat and a drink. And now that I finished my nails I feel like $1,000,000. Lucy did amazing with the nail art and everyone was so sweet and complimented my nails! I am in love and will definitely come back!

My nail tech moved from one salon to this place.Very friendly, Jimmy has been my tech for 2+ years...accommodates my hand weirdness...screws in fingers and thumbs non operational...Clean place, numerous pedi chairs very new...Owner is a foxy chic, dressed to the nines...always greeting you...Prices good..A bit less Vietnamese and more English would be great...Jimmy is the best...

When in there to do my nails with the guy. A week after, nails were chipping so I went back to have them fix. The girl who was fixing them had to redo the clear coat of all the other nails and the owner came to check on what the employee was doing to me. She did a really good job fixing my nails but the owner wouldnt stop staring like if I or his employee were doing something wrong. I didnt like the way he was acting. I will probably not go back

I had gotten my nails done on Saturday. Had a broken nail on Monday, a male technician begrudgingly fixed it and didnt care to match the color. Then on Wednesday yet another broken nail. A Spanish speaking nail technician said come back next week. If the owners arent there dont expect any service. Material is probably old thats why the nails are breaking.

I went into lotus nails. Jason helped me did long beautiful ombre nails on me. Had a nice beverage as I got them done. Jason is the best nail technician ever. Really nice and sweet guy. Highly recommend. 10/10

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. Will not be returning. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough, almost as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. Two days later & my fingers are still very sore. Her phone kept buzzing & she kept checking her messages. The acrylic shape she did was nice, but I was surprised that they ask you to pay before polish is applied. That was a first. Once my nails were painted, she put another clear polish or gel over, but did a very sloppy job leaving my nails all lumpy looking. She then told me to go sit at the UV light table for 5 minutes to dry. At some point an officer came in & she was escorted out of the nail salon. After sitting for 10 minutes with my nails under the UV light, I decided to leave. On the drive home I started looking at my nails an how bad they looked. My whole nails werent painted, it already looked like I needed a fill. 30 minutes later, Im home & one nail looked messed up already & I realize that they werent dry yet. I was able to smear all the polish off. I ended up cleaning them off, filing & then repainting them. Also, I went in hoping to be in & out. This took almost an hour & a half. Never again.

After watching the Royal Wedding I wanted to get pampered as a royal and feel like a queen. I found that Lotus was newly opened and decided to give them a try. The place is new and clean, and everyone is very attentive. Jason was my pedicurist. He recommended Id get the Pearl Spa Pedicure which is the full blown package. It consists of a foot massage with therapeutic creams and salts. The massage was amazing! He also did a very good job with the pedicure. Next time you want to feel like a queen go for some TLC at Lotus, youll walk out feeling like royalty.

I am so in love with my nails! I went in for a full set and color but Jason convinced me to try ombré and I love it! The quality is perfect and it didn’t take long. I recommend this place with great service and prices. Don’t forget to ask for Jason!

Lotus Nails is the newest nail salon/spa near the crossroads. The place is clean, the people are friendly and the services are wonderful. Free frozen margaritas (with or without alcohol), wine, soft drinks and water and a hot neck pillow come with every service. Great value for the price and lots of colors to choose from.

Worse service ever the job they do on clients nails are by far the ugliest ever. If you are paying 45-50dlls for a natural non gel set you expect to get at least decent formed nails. Their nails tech (didn’t get his name but he’s full of tattoos) is rude, and talks over you, and when you ask a question he completely ignores you. Never returning to this place, I’m sure there’s other places that would appreciate my business!!!!!

Went to get a pedicure and was very disappointed with the service. The lady was nice but did a terrible job on my nails. Also if you are looking to getting something fast or during lunch. Definitely not the place it took her almost an hour and a half :(

I was greeted right away and did not have to wait. The gentleman that did my nails was curteous and offered options that would benefit me instead of just trying to upsell me. The service was quick and I loved my nails. I will definitely come back!

This place is really nice and lady that did my nails was also really nice. My only issue, which is a big one, is my dip color chipped within a few days. 4 of my 10 nails are chipped badly and it hasnt even been a week. Ive been getting dip for over a year at another salon, and only went here because of the location, its so close to my house but the quality is so bad Ill have to go back to other salon and have my nails redone. The other weird thing is instead of doing the final coat for the dip, she did a gel top coat and put my nails under the uv light, which Ive never had done before with dip...this could be the issue. Unfortunately I wont be returning which is sad because I really wanted this to be my new place.

The manager is so unprofessional and absolutely RUDE. I think this nail salon hires rude incopetant employees who have no people skills. The manager Jason is proof of that. I have contacted the BBB to notify other members of the horrendous mistreatment of clients. The corporate office has been notified. This is the WORST salon in the nation! DO NOT USE LOTUS NAILS located at 8041 N. Mesa in El Paso, Texas.

I did my nails recently and I will not be returning. The individual cut 4 of my fingers and failed to paint my nails entirely. I addressed these issues with him, especially when we continued to hurt me, but all he would say is sorry. I also attempted to notify the owner but to no avail. After leaving the establishment, I was forced to buy liquid bandaid to stop the bleeding. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I went a couple weeks ago to try it out, it was terrible the man was extremely rude, I asked for coffin shaped nails and he gave me oval, after repeatedly asking him to not round it off so much he continued to say “that’s not what coffin is, it’s like this” long story short I left with oval nails and cut fingers. I will never return and I advise you to find a different nail salon
