The owner was very attentive and took care of me super fast. I went in for some nails and came out with nails and a pedicure. Very happy with outcome and the price is great. I will definitely be back!

I had originally got my nails done at Lees nails on the west, which are the white nails. Ben fixed my nails without even replacing the acrylic at Jersey. Theyre the best birthday gift I got for myself. This is my new go to nail salon.

They entire staff was so friendly and attentive!! They take walk ins and we came in while they were really busy but they had us in chairs within 15 minutes, everyone is working really well and quickly! One of the staff is going to offer you candy and crackers and water or soda - just take it, they are so sweet like grandparents they won’t take no for an answer so you’re there holding a bunch of snacks - take your purse 😅! It was a great place and we did 1 pedicure & 2 gel manicures for $90, great deal.

My first time here and I loved the place. I went in for a fill. The place is by my work and after I spent almost 3 hours at a nail salon on the east side for a new mediocre set I was hesitant to continue having acrylic nails. I was seen as soon as I walked in. The nail technician was very thorough and detailed to make sure the shape and the form of my nails was even. Every employee in the salon were very friendly and kind. I will be returning even if I have to drive from my home on the east side.

It was my first time at this place and I chose it based on other reviews. I was not disappointed I was greeted and seated right away and since they were very busy the manager took me a bottles water and some snacks while I waited. The wait time was a little long because they have a lot of people but it is worth it everyone is very nice and I was so happy with my nails.

The owners of this place are the most grateful, humble and kid people I have ever met. They greet everyone very respectfully and give you cookies, candy, and water. They’re very professional with their work and have always done great with my nails. They have a wide variety of colors, acrylics and designs. After I pay they always give me a hand lotion. Don’t doubt in coming, you will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed in this place. Went for a pedicure and asked for regular polish and didnt let me stay until it dried so my toes messed up, I called and was told to go at 11am the next day to get toes fixed. Had to wait 40 min and to top it off they applied the wrong color, I will never go here again. Snacks and water do not make up for bad service...

Do not come to this place, if you do don’t let the guys do the work they don’t do it right, uneven and very very BAD. I had to wait they don’t have enough staff. The man there is very rude and he holds you with a lot of force he is very rough. I came back because the job was not done correctly but they wanted to charge me more for a better job. Do not even bother to come to this place.

I spent four hours at Jersey Nails doing my pedi and full set. They truly made me feel like a celebrity with their vip treatment. 😍My people there work really long hours but they always have a smile on their face and make sure you are feeling comfortable. They also give you snacks and water while you wait.Once we were done, I even got a take home lotion 🧴They’re located on Montana and Chelsea 🥰

I really needed a pedicure ...first of the season...and after calling around felt this place had the best price and good enough reviews so i would give it a try... let me tell you the nail tech tammy worked miracles...felt like 10 lbs of grime was scrubbed/ sanded off and i got the callous remover since i wear sandals daily its a must... the foot and calf massage was nice too...i will definitely recommend and come back

It was my first time there. My sister made the appointment for the 2 of us. My daughter came along at the last minute and they accominated us. We all had our nails done. They did a fantastic job! They were very nice and very professional. Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely my favorite place to get mani/pedis. They have great hospitality by providing you with snack crackers, mini chocolate, and water. The staff is cutious and hard working team. But they do leave the pedi tub over fill often.

Sophie is so sweet and all the girls are so friendly. I think If you want to get your nails done great ask for Sophie may be a long wait but its well worth it. She is pretty much the nail guru here! My daughters and I were serviced here for the first time and will definitely return! We all got mani pedis and it was 4 of us total. She gave my girls drinks and candy and was so nice to us. Only bad thing is that I had a bad reaction to the wax she used for my eyebrows which I didnt go back about. But other than that we will be back! I loved our nails too btw😉

Queenly...I could be misspelling or mispronouncing it but hey she knows who she is, she dug the soul out of the corner of my toes. I have ingrowns for those of you who dont know what Im talking about. She dug and dug, I kept singing, dig, dig, dig a tunnel you know from Timon, anyways she did good. They are friendly,customer service is on point. Ill be back you should go too especially if youre reading this. Just do it!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are obviously under staffed. One lady was working on two women at the same time and had a gentlemen start my pedicure. The man didn’t even know how to cute my nails. I literally didn’t even finish my nails. I paid and left. Don’t waste your money.

Did I have to wait? No! However I wanted to! Well worth the 20-30 minute wait. The owner was very professional and met all my nail care needs! The other ladies were nice and the place was very relaxed and laid back, comfortable. First time going but definitely will be coming back every time I visit El Paso!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! I got some nails done 3 days ago and spent $40 for a set of acrylic nails. In those three days my nails have a cracked texture or have cracked indefinitely. One of the acrylic nails broke with my actual nail and now it hurts to even touch it. I believe they used some cheap material on my nails because when I get my nails done they usually last about 2 weeks!! I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this place and will not return. I recommend anybody to go anywhere else if you want to get the best out of your money and dont want cracked nails like mine in such a short period of time!!!!

The girl who did my nails was very unprofessional. Using her cellphone and taking calls. She charged me 40. However the first time I went I was charged 35. I wasnt going to argue since Im never going back. Such a shame too since she did a really good job. Oh well.

Walked in for a fill, after being told it was a ten minute wait, I waited over twenty minutes to be seen. The fill itself took two hours, I have never had a fill take so long before, the nailtech was insanely slow and did a mediocre job overall. My nails came out a little lumpy and uneven, also the salon itself was not very clean. Although the price wasn’t bad, I will definitely not be going back here.

Horrible if I could give it less stars I would. No matter what you do, do not go with Sophie, I kept asking her to straighten my nails as she was doing them and she would get mad that she would file them so hard on purpose. I got a simple matte set and she charged me 55, the nails were so lumpy and uneven. I was so unsatisfied with the service. The nails didn’t even last me that long, she didn’t even fill them right, by a couple days I already needed a fill because she obviously didn’t do them right. My nails are actually bleeding right now just as I took them off with the asetonin because of how hard she filed them. Do not Recommend this nail salon at all.

They got the job done. Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes before anyone got to us and they didn’t tell us but our toe-sies were already in the water soaking for a pedicure. So there wasn’t much we could do at that point. I would just make sure to ask how long it will take in advance.

Loved this place. Stopped in about a month ago to have my nails done for a Christmas party. Acrylic set came out wonderful. No chipping or breaking, high quality nails. Jenny is a wonderful artist, highly recommend this location since they do take their time with each of their clients. Im hopeful they will progress into a hair salon very soon. Very pleased with my experience.

Just had a nail repair here. The lady did a very good job. That nail lasted longer than any of the nails I had from a previous location. If in the area I will go back.

I don’t think they properly clean their implements (tools) and their foot tubs cause I got a pedicure here 2 months ago and I caught an infection in both my big toes. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and if you do, ask to see their license and ask them to clean and sanitize their implements in front of you before they use anything. This is how fungus and other stuff gets around from ppl who are careless about the health of others. Make sure they are properly cleaning everything.

Over priced for the work I had done. 45.00 not including the tip for a basic acrylic overlay on my natural nail. The very next day all of my nails started to crack and break off. And then there was the obviously greedy asian lady that was responsible for the mediocre work. Ummm... pass.

Waited for THREE hours and didnt get attended. owner treats workers very rudely along with customers, we were there at 2:30 and 5 other customers who were walk ins (as were we) were taken in before us. would not recommend, if you are going to spend money do it somewhere with good customer service.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star.Went in for a mani/pediA young man said he would do my pedicure.He was on the phone the whole time. He took forever to do my pedi, cut both of my big toes. Then after he says he doesn’t know how to do gel. Like are you kidding me?!So I sat there until someone who “knew” helped him. She did a horrible job. I didn’t even do my mani.I paid $37 for a horrible pedi. Horrible service. Do not go here.

I rated this nail salon because its new and clean, but thats about it. Not so great customer service. I waited 20 minutes and another customer walked in and they took that client. They accept walk ins so I was a little bothered. They then let me know it would be another half hour wait.... I will not ever come back here again. Walked out and went to another nail shop were I was greeted and sat with a nail tech right away.

Love this place. I am just visiting El Paso and I found the salon. The staff are very friendly and accomadating. I love the results. I recommend this salon if you are ever in El Paso.
