I love it here! Bring my daughters and its always been a good experience with them! Never had to complain of my pedi or full set!

I went with the intention of getting a full set. I been there before and service had been pretty good but after today i wont be back. I went in signed in. A lady came in right after me. She was quickly asked what she was there for and attended right away. Ok so i blew it off. I was signed in theyll tend to me soon. A few others came in and still they tended to them and the manager sat them down. 45 min later i just stood up and left. I was never acknowledged.

I was so disappointed with how poor the service was. Water for my pedicure was cold, no heat or bubbles, and no massage remote for chair. No scrub for feet or legs, just some oil rubbed all over and very quick. Never again will I return there.

I kindly asked the owner to fix my white tip on my pinky and said it was fine to her liking I asked to take it off before she shaped and asked me if I wanted to SHAPE THEM MYSELF. Obviously I said no and every time I looked at my nails while she continued to finish he kept asking really irritated if I was ok.

Ive been coming here for more than a year, Ive been so loyal to this business because it never disappoints me!! My nails are ALWAYS so beautiful and they always last longer than a month. THIS IS my favorite nail place hands down🤍 Its always so clean and the owner is always so nice and professional! Totally recommended❤️

Whenever I want my nails done I come to fancy nails. I have been coming here for years and have always had an amazing experience with a variety of techs. I always get what I ask for and they do quality work. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Especially now during the pandemic all the stations have plexiglass and are socially distanced which ensures customer safety.

First time took my mom and daughter they loved it!!!! So did I very clean and courteous and professional nails are beautiful and pedicure looks great ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We called to see if they take walk ins. They said yes, I asked if it was busy... they said no.. We walked in... 15 minutes later they sat us on a pedi chair. Then they moved us 10 minutes later because someone came in before us then told us there is an hour wait. My daughter already had her feet soaking in the water and everything. Very unprofessional.

Do NOT come here. Paid $80 for 2 pedicures, polish was bumpy got cut, didn’t not clean my feet right. I could hear one lady be extremely rude to two young girls that were trying to figure out what to get on their nails. It made me so uncomfortable and furious that business owners could treat people that way.

I had wanted to give them a second chance to come but after today I will never come again. They charge $5 for everything they want to add or take off your nails. Aside from that they have all the nail colors available to pick but when you get to part that they will paint your nails, they say they dont have the color and they tell you to pick another color but yet they never offer to help you look and pick a similar color of what you want. The owner doesnt even address the clients concern and she hears me disappointed but yet she doesnt say anything and to top it all off they say well you need to pay for a job that wasnt even complete. I wouldnt recommend this place.

As a former customer things have definitely changed since the last time I visited this place. After months of not wearing nails I decided to return and get a French nail set. As they worked on my nails I noticed something odd about the whole set. All my nails were different sizes. Ive worn nails for years so I am fully aware every finger is not the same size, so I addressed my concern with the nail tech and told him my nails were uneven. His response was no there not thats the way they suppose to look as I disagreed the owner Lilly came over and tried to justify her employers work. She got upset and continuously told me I was wrong and that I didnt understand the whole process. Lilly told me they would redo my nails BUT continued to argue and raise her voice at me asking me what exactly did I want. She acted as if I didnt understand what nails were suppose to look like. As a former customer I expected to get a full set done NOT to walk out of there with uneven nails looking like a joke. I am very disappointed In my experience and would definitely recommend the owner to begin using professionalism with her customers and not treat her customers as if they dont know what service they are asking for. I am fully aware customers are NOT always right BUT when I pay for a service I do expect good quality work NOT trashy service. I am never going there again.

My cousin had appointment at 1pm. I went to door to ask about procedure. They told me to have my cousin wait outside till 1pm. 30 mins later they said she cant have appointment cuz I coughed which was not true. Racist people. Will contact bbb

Ugly job in only 25 minutes I got a pedicure. The nail polish is not even on one of my feet. It was so quick so the lady didnt do it right . I think it was the owner. Never come back here

Moderately priced but even the none asian girls dont speak english ...to get a good job done you have to go with owner but shes hardly ever there have to call for appointment if youre lucky and she answers

Got a pedicure about a week ago here, the woman cut my toenails so short and slanted. I left with my nail beds feeling super sensitive. Now my toes are sore and swollen as the nail is growing back. We let the owner know and they just told me that they’d do the pedicure next time I came back.. I am not coming back.

I was sitting there for at 30 min I got there at 4:30 and at 5 the girl tells me that can’t attend me because they close at 6 and outside they put a sign that the store closes at 6:30. Really? Like if you don’t want my business just tell me and I will go else where. Bad service. Never coming back.

I always had a particular way I wanted my nails and no one ever got my shape right or have them with good quality. Linda was my nail tech, who for the first time did my nails exactly how I wanted them!!!! The place has such a great atmosphere and she made my experience a great one! I will def be back to see Linda as my new & only nail tech here! I highly recommend this girl! ❤

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the nails I’ve gotten are great, I request Belen when I go. However every time I walk in she looks at me like she doesn’t remember who I am and she is very very quiet and cold. The WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS. If you come to this salon make sure that you don’t have time sensitive plans. On the Saturday before Easter I was here for 4 HOURS! The only reason i didn’t leave was because they had already unpolished my toe nails and I was sitting in the pedicure chair, I also had already been waiting to get my nails filled, but there were people fighting about who was first. They have ZERO organization but i gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was Easter weekend and i figured they were busier than usual. I came back 3 weeks later (5/10/19)for a fill. They close at 8pm i showed up at about 7:15 thinking it wouldn’t be as busy, there was about 8 customers inside and After waiting 40 MINUTES a lady who walked in AFTER me and my sister lied and said she was there before us, she looked a little entitled and bratty so I told lily’s husband that we had signed in when we got there but they don’t know who to handle conflict between customers and have zero organization to avoid this problem. Again I gave the salon the benefit of the doubt because they can’t control customers comments and attitudes. I went in today (5/13/19), arrived at about 1:30 there was 3 PEOPLE IN THE SALON and 5 employees. I sat and waited patiently for a fill, an hour and fifteen minutes later, at 2:45 I had yet to be seated or given an update on the wait time. Then I took my daughter to the restroom and my sister was in the waiting area I walked out to see that the technician had seated a customer that walked in AFTER my sister and I. I just about lost it, this is the absolute WORST SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my life! I’m upset that they have NO REGARD for people’s time. And expect you to wait hours whether they have 30 people in the salon or 3. I’ve had a good experience with the owner and the nail tech but I won’t be coming back because of the gross mismanagement of time and lack of customer service. Bummer because they really do beautiful nails if you have 3 plus hours to wait around for them.

If you get your nails done by the owner lily then you get an excellent job done. Anyone else, beware. The other Asian lady there does horrible work, if you tell her to fix something, shell refuse and is very, extremely rude to both customers and other employees.

I come here every other week for a pedi and I love it so much, the service is amazing but please take note that I only ever get my toes done with Li, shes amazing and I love the pedicures she does.

I got a dip powder manicure and was very displeased. The male person who did my nails was horrible at his job. Way too thin and I had asked for square shape nails. Can’t even begin to describe the nail shape I got. Also, I got these specs of dark dots on my nails. I only wanted a solid color
