This is my first time going here for my hair. I had a haircut with Dana and she was so nice. My haircut and blowout came out phenomenal. I would def go back with Dana!

Delilahs work is the best in the city. She is very knowledgeable about the science behind hair color, which makes her great at color correction. She takes care to ensure the quality of her work at all times. The salon is always clean and comfortable. I have always had a positive experience with her and have been recommending her as a hair artist for years.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ve gotten haircuts, extensions removal, color, blow drys, makeup & facials. Delilah and her team are amazing! Everyone is very friendly. The customer service is always on point and you always feel welcomed. They accept walk ins but I would recommend for you to make an appointment so that you won’t have to wait.

I have an appointment today, and I’m not going yesterday when’s i scheduled the appointment I noticed the woman had an attitude my guess was it was the end of the day she’s tired whatever. Today I call to ask a simple question and this work answered with the worst attitude and most condescending tone. I don’t know about y’all but when I go to a beauty salon I expect to be treated with respect and kindness especially if they expect a good tip.

I would highly recommend this salon! Very clean! Friendly staffLashawndra was my stylist and let me tell yall! She has a new client for life! I asked her to transform my hair from black to Red. She did and im in love with my hair! When i say red i mean Rihanna red hair! Then she cut it and im just so in love with my hair now!Thank you so very much for making me feel like me again Lashawndra!

Excellent place and service

I had my bridal makeup and hair done here, along with my mom and sister. My daughter also got her hair done. We were all extremely happy and I would definitely recommend not just for bridal, but their other services look great. Can’t wait to go back! Big thank you to Lorena ( did my badass makeup) and Casey ( my amazing hairstyle) for everything, you are both truly talented!

I had a great color experience with Samantha. Very professional. I went from blonde to red, and she knew just the right tones to make it great.

Tonia cut and styled my hair today. Very happy with it. She did an awesome job.

Used to like going here but the owner Delilah is beyond rude and incredibly snobby. She makes comments if you have children with you (we cant always get childcare) but of course not directly to you. She mutters it under her breath. She also only offers drinks to her customers not the ones for the girls that rent from her and have their own clients. She has terrible customer service and an even worse attitude. I stopped going there because she makes you feel unwelcome

I had some time in-between classes at UTEP and really needed a mani BAD. I figured since I was there, I might as well get a mani too since I was graduating and this was my Mothers Day and Graduation treat to myself. I searched for salons near the campus and this one had great reviews. I walked and luckily, someone had cancelled their mani/pedi appointment that morning so they took me in right away. Gloria did a wonderful job. She was meticulous and by far, hands down, best pedicure EVER. She has hands of an angel - that massage right at the end was very much needed. She listened to my needs and took her time. I dont live in the area, but I definitely will be returning to her for another pedi! The mani was great too and she even fixed my mani when the nail color chipped on one of the nails. She is so awesome!
