I received a gift certificate for my birthday and was the first time I had been to Foliage. I had a full spa day. From the moment I walked into the door I was impressed. Very friendly reception. The place is clean, and nicely decorated. Amanda did my massage and I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I had my facial from Annie and it also was great. My lunch was provided from Corner Bakery yummy. The final part of my day was a manicure and pedicure by Connie. Wow great job. I will definitely be back. Thank you Foliage for making my birthday so special.

I had scheduled a one hour massage with Amanda. She was wonderful. She was very professional and I was completely comfortable during my experience. The salon was very busy, and the staff greeted me right away, took my information, and I waited for about 5 minutes before I was escorted to the massage room. Amanda’s hands are magic!

Honestly would prefer to give ZERO stars!!! This is my sisters wedding weekend and she booked our massages and pedicures 2 months in advance, paid a deposit and the whole appointment was incorrect upon arriving. We ended up leaving with no services because they had times wrong and services wrong. What is WORSE they kept my sisters money because of policy!! My sister only wanted a joyful experience with her two daughters and sister. 4 on her reservation and someone within the salon cancelled two of the appointments out of thin air! Incompetent staff that ruined my sisters experience! Zero stars!!!

I love my hair color and the products Foliage uses. The staff was cold and not very welcoming. I was asked to fill out a survey while the front desk staff stares at you while you fill it out. (So much for being honest). The prices are a little too much for me. Just my roots costed $85. I won’t be back. It’s important to have that relationship with your hair stylist because of the time and money you spend and I just didn’t feel that with mine or the environment.

I received a cupping massage from a therapist named Ajit. It was awesome! He was very professional, provided great service and ensured he addressed all my concerns. The best experience I’ve had when it comes to a therapeutic massage. I feel way better after the first session. Would highly recommend Ajit and the service provided!

My wife and I were road tripping across the country. We both were sore and had tight necks. We got massages from Amanda today and I can honestly say (so can my wife), that this was the best massage Ive ever gotten in my life, bar none. Ive had massages many times in the past to help recover from sports injuries or just to relax. Amanda was a professional and a true expert at her craft. I dont know when I will be in El Paso again, but Im certain that if I come back, that I will come to Foliage for a massage. This massage was worth every penny. To be honest, I would have paid double for that quality. In addition, the staff and management were extremely kind and professional and the estabywas very clean. Thank you Amanda and Foliage team for taking care of us today.

Incredible. I Can’t speak on behalf of all of the hairstylists because it was my first visit, but I was blown away by Veronica who gave me a beautiful balayage. I will definitely come back. I met the owner Laura (hope I’m spelling that correctly) who made chit chat with me as she was also getting a service done. She is so kind and I love the attentiveness and professionalism of the entire staff. Can’t wait for my massage guys!

I got a haircut at Foliage On June 15, 2020.I requested Marilu to cut my hair I heard she was a master hairdresser so you figured she knew what she was doing. The cut looked nice when she styled it.The following day when I tried to style my own hair one side of my hair was chopped/cut wrong it is very noticeable. She lacked to do a face frame on me.I paid $55.00, for the haircut and I gave her a $10.00 tip for a horrible haircut. I did call and complain but have yet to hear back from management.I do not recommend you get a haircut at this place. Horrible haircut! The star goes for the hairdresser and the lack of responds from management.

The salon took new measures to keep me safe today . Had to wash hands, take temperature and answer questions . They kept stations 6 feet apart . It was wonderful to be back in Evies chair today getting my hair done .They were professional and kept salon very clean.The owner was very proactive about keeping her staff and customers safe !❤️

This place is awful. Had a gift card and they didn’t take it even though I called in advance to verify it. The owner was rude to her employees and extremely unprofessional. I was tired of waiting for them to validate the gift card for a great amount of time, I just paid the full amount. The owner was just hovering over the employee as if it were her fault and acting very rude and weird. Hairstylist was very sweet and professional but was too expensive for the quality I got. The star goes to the hairstylist, but will never visit this place again.

I got a gift certificate for Christmas and used it in June! I got a facial with Pricilla! Amazing, kind, and really relaxing. My massage was with Jorge and wow! I did have pain on certain area that’s not a big deal, so I didn’t mention it in the beginning, just for the sake of relaxation . But he really knows what he is doing! He found the problem area right away and spent extra time on it and really explains what he is doing and why he is doing it . My body feels great already !Making my appointment was so easy and I like how clean and organized this salon is. I was just going to come bc I had the gift certificate but I think I will come here regularly now! I feel comfortable that everything is truly sanitized and clean. No cheap decorations or products. Totally 5 stars

Beware of false advertising by this place. They posted their monthly sale (which I was waiting for) so I called and made two appointments, one for me and one for my daughter. When it was time to pay, they were charging me a different price so, I told her that I had requested the special for the wash cut and style when I made the appointments. The girl said no, the price is different and insisted I had to pay $45. (She was charging for a different special with a gloss treatment, which I didnt receive) I even pulled up my phone to show her the screenshot of the special from their OWN website but she still said it was an error and they had now corrected it. I said that was not my fault and she should honor the price they posted. She refused to honor the price and charged me for the higher promo and services that I NEVER received. (They take your credit card number when you make an appointment so they take your money one way or another) It was embarrassing to be arguing at the front counter (though she should have been embarrassed of her poor service and unprofessional conduct). I cancelled my daughters appointment and took her elsewhere. They would have no doubt over charged again. Their correction was removing the $35 special and increasing the price or the special with the gloss to $45, quite sneaky.I thought this was a more professional salon and not one to steal from their clients. The hairstylist that cut my hair gave me a great haircut. She is the only reason Ive been there several times (special or not) and this was the worst experience with the front desk staff. The front desk staff lacks courtesy and good business ethic. Theres plenty of professional salons in town with much better staff and great customer service (such as the salon where I took my daughter). My worst haircut ever!!!!!!!! Brought me to tears for days. I cry everytime I have to look in the mirror. I donated 10 inches of my hair, 10 INCHES ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which took me forever to finally decide to get a cute bob cut. Totally trusted she could do a good job. Had pictures of how I wanted it, and got the most horrible manly haircut ever. I have been wearing scarves and handkerchiefs since and I am dreading going back to work, trying to see how i can use extentions to cover this mess. I keep telling myself it will grow back, but so regret ever making the decision of going there. My worst nightmare ever.

Got the radiance facial with Annie and it was unbelievably relaxing! Plus my skin did look radiant post facial. Highly recommend. Amanda gives a fantastic stress fix massage, too!!

I was so impressed with how the color came out!! I always leave foliage salon feeling like a new woman. Everyone is very nice, customer service is excellent. When I showed the hairdresser my Aveda formula, she immediately said it is the completely wrong formula for me. I told her I had been using the formula for five years now from a very highly respected salon in Phoenix and to please follow the formula exactlyWhen she brought the mixed color back to apply it, I asked her again if she had followed the formula exactly, she said yes.In the middle of the color application, she turned me back to the mirror and I saw she was applying some kind of brown color to my hair, nothing like my normal formula that is a beautiful high lift. I stopped her immediately and said something is wrong, this is not my formula. She said no competent hairdresser would use that formula on me based on her 26 years of experience. She said she did not use any LBB because blue is the exact wrong thing to do for someone like me. She said she had put a different color instead that will help cover my gray, there is nothing in this formula that covers your gray. I said I am not trying to cover my gray, I am working with my gray to make it prettier and that I had specifically told her to follow my Aveda formula. That all she had to do was follow my formula, that I did not want any changes and made that clear from the beginning of the appointment. At that point, I called my Phoenix salon immediately for assistance to salvage this disaster before it went any further. I heard her lie to them repeatedly on the phone about what she had done. I showed her repeatedly a picture of what my hair is supposed to look like after coloring per my long-standing Aveda formula.After we spoke, the Foliage hairdresser refused to make any adjustments to the coloring in process, said you are going to love it because it will color all that gray. I ended up with medium brown hair. I showed her the picture again of what my hair is supposed to look like and she says my hair will look like that in one week. I am so upset and refused to pay!! They would not let me speak with the owner or the manager, nor would they have one of them call me. The staff insisted that my brown hair today is a big improvement in my look and laughed at me as I walked out the door.In addition, I saw two clients and two staff members who were not wearing masks over their faces during the visit. And no one took any client temperatures despite advertising it is a requirement at their business for safety.Dangerous place in more ways than one!

The salon is very welcoming and beautiful. The entire staff was great and extremely nice when I visited. They were all very knowledgeable and are very open about their continuing their education, which is amazing! I love the decor! It was a nice salon to stop in on my vacation. And they were very accommodating for me. I highly recommend them.

I always have a great experience with my facials here. I also had a good experience with my nails and waxing. The staff is courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. They have great customer service and I come here on a regular basis. They care about each of their clients. Update: I got married in Hawaii and Annie had my skin GLOWING within 4 months. I received so many compliments on my skin and hair. I had my hair colored with Terrance and he is the most knowledgeable stylist I have worked with. He fixed a color disaster that happened a month prior with another place. Im blonde and he did great, without my hair looking cheap or brassy. If you have to look good for any kind of event, or just a pick me up, their service is the best.

4.9!!! I love the experience I have at this Spa/Salon. My hair dresser Jessica is amazing, no one tames my mane like her! My facials, waxes and massages are professional and I always feel relaxed. One time there was a discrepancy between the price for a massage online and what I was charged but it was cleared up. I finally have a great salon to go to!

This establishment is so well done! I was blown away by the second half of the salon where it becomes a spa! You walk into the spa area and its a totally different feel, like you stepped into a different building. I attended their Christmas customer appreciation party and received a complimentary mini massage session, which was amazing! I am always super picky about my hair, but Ray did so well my hair and listened to everything I was nervous about! He was able to keep my length and give my hair more texture with some long layers! Cant wait to go back!

Jessica is a professional in every sense of the word when it comes to hair. She takes her time and offers several suggestions based on your ideas, hair type, and what will complement you best. I havent had color done there (I dont ever get it done) but have several friends who go to her for that as well and they are always happy. I have also had a manicure done at the salon, and in my opinion you are better off going to a nail only salon for both quality and pricing.

This salon space is so beautiful, and the staff are so kind. They opened their doors so that a bunch of out of towners could come together and have an amazing class, after the original venue backed out. We are so lucky to have found a group of people that understands the value of community, and education. I’m absolutely sure that this reflects in their treatment of their clientele, and would have no problem recommending this place to anyone. ❤️

I had been hopping around to different salons and different people, trying to find a hairstylist that I could entrust with my hair. A friend told me about Richard at foliage, when I went I had a wonderful experience there! The ladies at the front were very friendly, attentive and professional. The manager Amanda was super sweet and made sure I had an enjoyable experience. Richard was very professional and did a great job the first time I went for a trim/style so when I decided to go short I knew I could trust him to do the job. I had long hair so when I told him I wanted short he made sure I was certain before actually cutting. I told him I wasnt sure how I would want the style so he gave me ideas based on my facial features. The end product was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! I finally found a place that not only met my expectations but went above and beyond. Have been recommending foliage and Richard to everyone I know.

Love foliage and its employees and products. Ive had several appointments for deep tissue massages with Britney and Amanda both are sensational, excellent pressure and techniques. Ray has done my hair (wash & style) and i must say he is a hair guru.Great place to pamper yourself, prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.

I went to Foliage to get my haircut and I have been there for a facial a few weeks ago. Both times I was greeted by multiple employees and the customer service was great. Gabriel washed my hair and he was so friendly. Ramone cut my hair and he did a wonderful job. I was a little nervous cutting off so much hair and he spent extra time making sure everything looked perfect. I will definitely go back for my next cut! Thank you guys!

Last time I went, I had a massage. I requested deep tissue, and being a former massage therapist I knew what to expect. What I got was equal to a feather being dragged over my skin. I would ask for more pressure, only for her to go back to feather strokes.I complained to the front desk about it afterwards, and they apologized but still tried to charge me the $65 (the price for a one hour deep tissue massage). I refused, offended that they believed they deserved that money. I was willing to pay for a Swedish massage, and after they spoke to a manager, they only charged $45. Then they have the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip!I havent been there since then. Previous visits were marvelous.

I have had two appointments for cuts with Meredith, who was wonderful. She was attentive, really listened to what I wanted, did a great job and was pleasant. In between the two appointments, I was pressed for time and decided to get a quick trim closer to home and stopped at one of those quick cut places. I just needed a trim and figured the stylist would be able to see the layers Meredith did for me and follow them. No, it was a total hack job, with really blunt layers and my long bangs did not fade seamlessly into the shortest layer like shed done for me. So I went back to Meredith, and she was able to blend the layers without sacrificing much length. Lesson learned. Im sticking with Meredith. I did not experience rudeness from anyone at the salon. Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The only issue I have is with taking my card information in order to schedule appointments. It makes me uneasy. I suppose if last minute cancellations are a big issue, it might be necessary, but I think once a customer has a track record of keeping appointments, they should stop doing that. I dont know, maybe they do and I just havent been a customer long enough. But Ive had two great cuts there, and Meredith was awesome.

Highly recommend this place! These stylists know what theyre doing. Ive gotten cut, color, & style on different occasions & I have been delighted with my results each time. I have really long hair & I know its a struggle for many stylists to deal with my length but theyre always happy to do so! Ive found my go to spot. 😌

Professional, sanitary and clean. I enjoy the facials I receive here from Annie. Shes very thorough and knowledgeable about her work. The staff is also very accommodating if you are stuck in construction traffic which is frequent on I-10 in this area. They also are adamant about appointment reminders.

Do not waste your time and money on this place. I got a hair cut, and highlights and the hairstylist Richard left my hair burnt and dry. I had virgin hair, but he swear he was the best on cutting and doing highlights. My hair was not long to begin with and I know he left the bleach in my hair too long and charge me 180 for it. So expensive for a crappy hair cut and highlights. I bet i could of done a better job on doing my own hair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Im a very picky stylist from out of town and was looking for someone to reposition my 20 extensions and touch up my color. I was so afraid that I would have to drive out of town to find someone, but Brenda had me come in for a consultation. She was very thorough and kind. We discussed what I liked and disliked about my color and how we could work together to adjust it. My appointment was today, and Brenda customized the tape for my extensions and everything! My color turned out perfect and she took her time to make sure that my hair and extensions were styled the way I wanted and comfortable. Other stylists came by and spoke to us while I was there and they all seemed very excited to learn and discuss color formulas and were even kind enough to help with my extensions. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a true Aveda experience!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a business that is customer service orientated! I called to make an appointment for a hair trial for my wedding, which is on a Sunday. After telling the receptionist on the phone repeatedly that the wedding is on a Sunday she made an appointment for the hair trial over a week in advance, but had to check with the provider to see if she was willing to do a Sunday appointment. She then took my card information to make the appointment so that it would hold my space. She needed to call me back to confirm if the provider was willing. After not hearing from the Salon after three days I called again. They said they werent sure whom I had spoken to and that they would check with the stylist and about a Sunday booking, they confirmed that I had an appointment for the trial, and would call me back. After another 2 days I call again. The girl said that there was no appointment in the system for me, and that since I wanted an answer now (without her calling me back) the provider was not interested in having a Sunday appointment. Im not really sure how they even get their business. They are the rudest people I have ever spoken to who are in the customer service industry!

If the front desk was a bit nicer and not snarky to would have not lost a customer. Unpleasantly I had to experience bad timing on them.

The staff dedicates their free time to additional education to make sure they can provide the best service to their clients. The fact that this level of dedication is held by an entire salon blows my mind

NO LEAVES!!! I was absolutely outraged to find out that there is no shrubbery, plants, or greenery related products at this establishment WHATSOEVER! The employees even pronounce the name of the store as “fo-lee-ahh-juh” rather than the correct “fo-lee-age.” They seemed very poorly educated on photosynthesis and root-rot. They DO NOT sell saffron bulbs!!! There were people cutting hair and selling cosmetic products. I tried to overlook this unprofessionalism, but despite walking the whole store, I could find NOT A SINGLE LEAF!!! There was one undernourished ficus in the coroner, but they REFUSED to sell it to me! They better restock on their leaves soon! Or they will be losing many leaf-enthusiast customers! :[

Went couple of weeks ago to get my trial for hair and make up for my wedding day, i really loved the trial, make up was just what i asked for looked neat and clean with smokey brown eyes and a nice pink lipstick, hair was a little messy but i figured it would look better the day of the wedding... well the day of the wedding I got my hair done the lady who unfortunately I didnt get her name seemed to be in a bad mood, she did my hair super messy and when I explained her how I wanted my bangs she said she didnt understand me, I told her I really didnt like the way it came out and she got mad and asked rudely what I would do different. I didnt want to argue so I said it was ok. When I got my make up done the girl turned me around for better lighting, so I couldnt see what she was doing, when I saw the final result I looked cakey, with black and silver eyes and a nude lip Color, first I told her I didnt want black I wanted browns and gold, second I dont do nudes I hate them and I had mention it to her, third my face looked dirty. Im not saying I dont recommend this place but make sure u get what you want, I was a mad and disappointed that I had payed for something that was not done the way I had requested. Maybe ask for their best hairstylist that focus on hairdos and not in color.... Ill got back and try someone else for my hair not make up.

I got a gift certificate for my graduation present. The massage was great but the pedi and mani went all wrong! I got a chunk of my skin cut off, my mani got bubbles all over it and since i had acrylic in my hands they over file it cause they were not informed how to take the color off. now I got my nails falling apart two days after. I send an email cause I wanted to get the money I paid in order for them to take the gel off .. well the manager cant take responsibility and says it was other nails salons fault! I do not recommend at any time!

Ladies that are searching for a hair salon/stylist, do not go to Foliage. My hair was destroyed by Richard. He let me leave with all different kinds of gold & orange colors through out the back of my hair. My hair was cut extremely short and the ends are extremely uneven, blunt, & botched. A stylist from a different salon said my hair looks like a broom. I have been in tears since my appointment on april 7th. I am posting my experience so others are aware, I dont want anyone else to have to go through thisThey offerd to fix my hair but after a huge disaster that happened the first time how could I trust that place to make it better. My hair is extremely short because of him & I can not go any shorter. I can not let my hair go through anymore processing & they refused to refund my 185.00.I feel taken advantage of because my hair was destroyed & I lost a lot of money. I took someone elses feelings in consideration over mine. I sat in that chair & listened to Richard talk about how amazing he is, how high class foliage is, & about all the moms that wanted to have sex with him while he was coaching one of the citys little league football team the Ducks. I should have spoke up & told him I dont want to hear your coaching stories & that the bragging was unprofessional. I should have turned my chair around to face the mirror so I could have seen what he was doing to my hair instead of him making my back face the miror. I should not have cried in the changing room. I should have told him how I really felt. But I cared more about how someone else felt & didnt speak up. I have learned a valuable lesson in this horrible experience.

Gave my wife a spa package for her birthday. She told me the massage was ok but the manicure and pedicure was the worst she ever had she will be going back.

They do a bad job in facials and massages, but they do a great job in hair color and manicures pedicures and hair cuts, they should focus on the salon services instead of trying to do all in one, I wont come back here for a massage or facial only for my hair color and cuts.they need to clean more, it always looks dirty.

Always treat you like a VIP, offering water or tea as they get set up to pamper you.
