Owner of the store was very rude, I highly don’t recommend coming here it was my first time and she rushed through the whole time doing my nails when I was the only customer there. My nails don’t even look good): they are thick and soo many polish mistakes. What is soo hard about being polite or a decent person. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Horrible job !!!!

So I got there and I ask the prices for pedi and a fill in they said $30 por the pedicure $20 for the fill in I thought it was ok. Got my pedicure done and the lady doing my nails was hurrying the whole process she burned me a few times she was totally rude bad attitude and the nails were HORRIBLE and a little plus they charge me $80 dlls my husband was the one that paid when I was washing my hands so I couldn’t said anything. Very disappointed with this place.

This my second time in a lifetime to ever write a bad review but I think is important to share this. Is the 4th time I get my nails done there and I feel terrible after leaving . The owner is really rude, makes you feel feel like a burden when In reality thanks to her customers her business is still running, she took about 20 calls and also video calls along white replying messages non stop, she’s very quick but every time that she’s asks you something and you don’t reply right away to her she’s gives you a rude attitude with bad tone of voice, it’s hard to understand her accent at times and she’s not clear when she speaks,i don’t understand what’s so hard about being polite, I felt confused and embarrassed being serviced by her and it’s not the first time. I felt incredibly uncomfortable the whole time .I will not be going there again even if is right by house . I will not pay to be trates with poor quality

I got my nails done and although I shouldnt have waited so long to get them filled they lasted 4 weeks. No breaks, no chips and they still looked good. Got them filled today and am extremely happy with the final product.

The owner was rude, worst customer service i have ever experienced. she did my nails in 5 mins did a horrible job, she rushed through them and they came out super thick, she then cut me with a file because she was in such a rush and rolled her eyes when i asked if she could give me something so the cut she gave me wouldn’t get infected because the tools were so grimy, the place was so dirty i don’t know how it is still open for business healthcare department wouldn’t approve, i wish i could leave 0 stars. even if you hate your job at least pretend for the customer. will NEVER return nor would i recommend this to place to anyone.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable In my life. The lady who does nails literally rushed the whole process. I believe she is the owner because she was the only one doing nails. She couldn’t even do what I asked when it came to design on my nails. Plus she over charged me for basic full set gel polish. Never again will I come back. PERIOD!

Not recommending the dip product, didnt last more than two days. One person working on both of us is so unprofessional people.

Maria and Verinica are very nice and do a good job with pedicures and manicures. Picture provided is almost 2 weeks old.

I walked in 30 min after the business opened and there was no nail tech there, just a lady doing a pedicure. I waited 15 min for the nail tech to show up. She was very rude and very short with her answers. To top it off she nicked my skin when she was filing down my nails. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I got an acrylic set and it looks terrible! It is all chunky, the color that I picked was not the one I got and the shape is terrible!

The woman working was so unprofessional and was on her phone almost the whole time texting on talking . when we asked for something she seemed a little annoyed to do it.

Don’t listen to what they want your nails like. Do your nails however they want. They are also very rude.

Deserves no stars but here goes....My daughters pedicurist, Veronica was very polite and helpful on our last visit. She advised my daughter that she did not have an ingrown toenail but suggested she see her doctor so she could advise how to treat it. After doing that, my daughter returned today to have her toenail painted. Veronica was unavailable, so an Asian woman with short, blonde hair assisted her. She was very rude and disrespectful, to say the least. Please dont waste your money here. This person needs to take a class on how to treat people with dignity and respect!

Im so relieved to have Veronica pampered Ray. She is honestly is a true Angel. Coming home from Deployment. Well needed. I am also so bless to have Lein take care of my toes and nails. Love them. They are so amazing. Hugs Sweet Angels. Thank you.Ray said we will return. That says a lot from a Veteran and DOD of 41 years.

Had a pedicure done yesterday. The nail technician kept lifting my toe nail and cutting away skin till it started bleeding. I told her that it hurt me, she just preceded to say sorry. The tools she was using where not sterilized. She used files, tools and pumice stone that where there when I sat down before she knew what I wanted. My toe is now tender and red. Won’t be going back there again. Not recommended!

Long wait and my full set did not last long. The nails barely stayed on. Ive never had this problem anywhere before.

I went in for a color change ONLY and Veronica started messing with my nails and cutting them and doing all sorts of things that I did NOT ask for! I’m so unhappy and disappointed with not only the place or Veronica but my nails! All of them are different shapes and sizes and the paint was done AWFUL they are just terrible! I do NOT recommend this place to anybody!

The lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice. However the owner, AKA the one who did my acrylics was not as friendly. The place is very messy with boxes everywhere of gloves and other supplies everywhere, tables with junk all over, Christmas decorations in boxes all over, and empty water bottles stacked up. Also I happened to hear a phone call from a customer to the owner complaining that she had fungus on her fingernails after getting acrylics there. While I know some people can lie to get their money back, this sounded legitimate and the owner was extremely rude to her. Not very comforting.

Would not recommend this place . Same lady has done my nails 5 times or more. On my last visit she kept jerking my hands and telling me to relax my fingers. She looked super frustrsted and annoyed with me. I have arthritis so my fingers tense up. she even was rolling her eyes and gasping in frustration . She then asked me if that was the first time I had ever done my nails. I couldnt believe it. Shes the same lady that always works on me. She made me feel really uncomfortable. She left glue and acrylic all over my fingers and all my nails were cut slanted. I couldnt wait to get out of there and Ill never go back! I would give zero stars if that was an option. There are way too many nail places to be giving such poor and unprofessional service .

Would NOT recommend this place, very poor product didn’t even last 2 days. Paid $40 for dip powder which is what I normally pay but it at least lasts 2-3 weeks. Waste of time and rude staff telling other customers “Ugh it’s the same thing as gel anyways” as if we were lying she had short blonde hair and was very rude. This place is a waste of time. I recommend the nail bar at the fountains same price and complimentary drinks!!!

I hadnt been here in a few months and they used to have someone else take care of waxings, she was awesome. I went for an eyebrow wax today and the new girl left the right one super thin. I had already told her I just wanted a clean up, which she interrupted me while I was telling her. When I told her it was too thin she got feisty and said it was already like that... obviously if it was thin I wouldnt have gone to get them waxed. Her technique was sloppy and slow. Please make sure the people you hire know what they are doing. Thankfully, eyebrows grow back.

Very rude from the moment we walked in the door! I took my daughter for acrylic nails and every single one of her coffin shape nails looks very different! Every single nail literally has a different shape to them! All ten of them! $45 dollars down the drain.....

It was my first time going there and they were rude. I went to the back to get my eyebrows done and she was so rough! She was pressing my face way too hard. And she literally told me Im sorry Im falling asleep keep in mind shes doing my eyebrows! She also managed to cut me. I dont know how but it burned so bad. I thought it was just the wax but when I got home and looked in the mirror I had to long cuts above my eye brow. Not only that she didnt even trim my long hairs. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Great experience, nails done well, strong. Only downside, there was only 1 person doing nails.

My nails have bumps and weren’t paint right, my fingers are all cut because of the of the roughness.

I am very disappointed in the service. I went in with a friend and asked for a pedi, I was told it was $20.00 +$5 for French tip, but would only pay $20.00 because they had a promotion for $5.00 off. I was also interested in the getting gel and was told it was $5.00 more. I asked the lady to do french for my fiend Id pay the difference. Once charged I was charged 65.00 and my friend payed 20.00 for her pedi. According to a 3rd person which I have no idea why she was trying to explain what I was being charged when I wasnt talking to her. Apparently the regular pedi is 20.00 plus 5.00 for French and another 20.00 for gel...so my pedi was 45.00 + 20.00 for my friends gel nail...I dont know how this makes sense, they need to be more clear on what their prices are! I feel ripped off completely. I will never go here again. ..be warned they are very shady and do not specify what youre paying for and the Asian woman is very rude and incredibly impossible to understand what shes saying. Im very disappointed in my experience. Who would pay an extra 20.00 just for a gel polish, if I knew it was 20.00 I wouldnt have asked for it.
