Went there last Friday before lunch as a walk in. The place has a good vibe and atmosphere. My barber, Adrian really took his time and hooked me up. Ive gotten lots of compliments. Prices are fair. Ill be back.*Support your local barbershops and tip well.

Decided to give this place a second try for my son’s haircut & they still have terrible customer service and are super slow. You walk in and not a word from no one.

Waited an hour and a half for the actual cut and this might literally be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I won’t be returning... this service was terrible, they’re lucky I paid

Couldn’t ask for a better barbershop ....professionalism and the finest quality haircut services is what I’ve been receiving for over a year now .... I’ve been to multiple barbers in eptx and ever since I’ve been to this Capone’s (5) I’ve never looked back at any other barbershop out here they simply don’t compare . My money is worth every penny here hands down. I highly recommend Josh as he’s a superb barber, his colleagues are as well great barbers with that being said make an appointment, they even take walk on’s.

First off he started off wearing a mask, I closed my eyes when he started on my beard I felt his breath on my face when I opened my eyes he had his masked down so he can talk to his buddies. I had to tell him twice about his mask all while he was talking to his buddies. Then the trim in my beard was not good I had to ask him to do it better like he was in a rush. Then the price on the website is like 10 buck or lower he charged me 22 dollars, I’m not going to argue over a couple of bucks but come on be professional. I recommend the capones on rushing.

Cant do a fade to save their life. I asked for a medium fade, to blend it with the top, and a line up. The guy chopped my hair up like a head of lettuce and it was all uneven. Never coming back to this place.

Called for an appointment due to my recent surgery and was offered one. I arrived 5 minutes prior with my son and the individual who gave me the appointment stated being 25 minutes behind. Waited an hour in my truck, since my son was getting cut, and he had my son call me to see if I still wanted my cut. That’s as unprofessional as you can get seems that way all the times I’ve attempted to get cut there.

I took my son for a haircut and the only thing barbers seem to do is talk and mess around. We sat for over two hours waiting because they wouldn’t stop talking with each other and wouldn’t finish the haircuts. The entire lobby was full waiting for them and they just continued talking. 😣

You can’t go wrong with Capone’s. I won’t go to another shop as long as I’m in El Paso. Paloma saved my hair after I made the mistake of going somewhere else. If you’re on the fence, just go here or to whatever Capone’s is closest to you.

The boys at Capones knockin it out. Isaac is the go to for a cut n a shave. Highly recommended!
