The lady who cut my hair was grumpy from the start. Her haircut was decent but not $15 + tip worth. The staff is still obsessed with covid regulations, make of that what you will.

This is not a barber shop keep that in mind they dont do razor fades, but if its sunday and everyone is closed and you need a hair cut, they are there....

If I could I would rate no stars. I arrived 3 hours before closing and an Ilissa informed me that they had the whole day full and do not accept any walk ins and would need to call to sign in. Even though Ilissa was sweeping and no people were in the lobby nobody could assist me. I had been going to this location for years and due to Covid had not been there for a while. The new staff is so rude and inconsiderate and the way do walk ins is so unprofessional. Last time I go to there or to any Supercuts!

I went just for a low fade and came out uneven also the lines from the back she just drew them it doesnt look good i dont know if heidy is new or what But bad experience

I’ve been to this location many times, today was my last time walking in there. Yvonne was rude, dismissive and completely unenthused. I sat down and it was almost as if she was doing me a favor. I as a customer shouldn’t feel like I am inconveniencing the employees by asking for a haircut. She rushed through my cut and left parts uneven and not blended. I see I’m not the first to complain about her. I hope they fix this problem before it costs them more business.

I honestly thought this place was horrible by the way memes say how bad the barbers are here but honestly thats not true. The lady said it was going to take around 40min to 1 hour wait to cut my hair but 10 min later she called me up and the fade/haircut was really good and the price seems fair and they are very polite would recommend this place

I had a great experience here. They were very understaffed, only having one person working. Her name was Jackie, and despite the limited number of workers she was very knowledgeable about haircuts, and had great technique. She knew exactly what I wanted after I gave her a pretty vague explanation. Haircut was very nice, and by far the best one I’ve had in years. Would recommend this place to everyone.

If I could rate this place lower then one star I would. I only came because I waited last minute for my kids haircuts and nothing else was open and close to home. Yvonne was really rude and almost as if she was upset that she had to be a work. We will never come here again. If Elie happened to be at another location then I wouldnt mind going

Staff was nice enough. I was here early Sunday which isn’t too busy. The hair stylist wets my hair for a trim (hair is down to lower back) but wants to charge $5 for a quick blow dry. It’s cold outside currently. Hopefully I don’t get sick. Don’t get your hair wet if you need a trim. Cause they won’t blow dry it in the winter time.

Ive had my hair cut a few times with Deana. She is an amazing young lady. She remembered my name which impressed me, and cuts my hair as I request. Her personality is contagious, making her that much more beautiful. She is the best person I have met in a hair salon in quite some time. Pls go see her, you wont be disappointed.

Very friendly staff and do a great job. However they really need to hire more or allow scheduling of appointments because the wait is sometimes too long.

The hair dressers do a fine job. As per usual it depends. But they are all just miserable... with each other, with theyre jobs, with theyre management. Never been one visit without listening to trash talk. Theyre very impersonal so dont expect any chit chat. Like I said they get the job done but not with any bells and whistles.

My son prefers to get his hair cut here. It is clean and staff is friendly. Hes happy so Im happy.

The worst wait times ever. Guys cutting hair had an attitude as if he were doing it for free. I was given a 1 hour wait time.....no big deal i waited at home, i show up for my appointment and there are 3 people still ahead of me. What a joke of a salon, barber shop what ever the hell this place is considered

Came a few weeks ago and asked for eyebrow wax. The man told me it was gonna be about 30 minute wait( which is common), I was fine and he allowed me to leave and come back. When I came back after 30 min, he took me to the eyebrow wax area, only to tell me he only knew how to clean up the eyebrows like for men. Are you serious?! What kind of woman wants their eyebrows done like a MAN?! IDIOT!!! You had me wait 30 minutes, knowing you was by yourself, just to tell me that you only know how to do for men! You could have just been honest and upfront in the beginning so both of us wont waste our time!

I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years and Deanna is super epic. she always takes the time to ask me how i want to cut it and explains what she will do. however the one down side to this shop is the hole..... on my first trip there i tripped into the hole and fell down. and Deanna helped me up but it has been way to long to have a duct tape hole in the middle of a walkway.Mr.Super cuts please fix your hole !

I dont mind coming here for haircuts. Sometimes there is a wait and if youre a walk in theyll try snd work you in. They offer military discounts for those who are military, and the girls that have cut my hair are friendly and work with you when you want to try something new for a cut.

Third time on their web site which is not user friendly trying to set up an appointment but then saw that the location had 0 minutes wait time so I decided to drive over which is literally less than five minutes away.Arrive and see nobody waiting and a hair stylist just finished with her customer. Two stylists available and the red headed girl who checks you I and takes payment are looking bored. She asks what I need so I reply haircut and shampoo please. She tells me 15 to 20 minute wait time, I look around and ask how so if one just finished with her customer. She tells me shes going on break. I still look around with an empty lobby and just walk away feeling incredulous.Unapologetic that girl with red hair and seemed to not care.Doubt Ill return.

Worst experience!! Called for an apointment 1hr 30 min behind, so waited then showed up and they told me that they were behind, but there was two people in front of me. Two people workin, and one of them answering calls, and signing customers in while in the middle of cuting someones hair...very unprofessional! After waiting 40 min, four people had gotten their hair cuts before me, and three people walked out... I also walked out. Never again will I associate with this supercuts!

I show up at 10am on Sundays assuming they will be open on time. I dont know what it is about hairdressers in this city but they can never seem to make it quite in time to open. At 10:15AM an employee finally shows up (with a cup of Starbucks coffee in her hand... hmm... where did she find time to stop for that?) and takes her sweet time getting out of her car, I guess because she saw there were people waiting and didnt feel quite like working yet.Not everyone there is overweight.The enthusiasm to work in the morning is lackluster but at the same time, its par for the course of anyone who works at Supercuts. I gave them 2 Stars because the haircut was fine but their magazines were old.

Unbelievable, this is the second time something like this happens, i came in, they told me there was an hour wait, so I went next door for a smoothie, I came back an hour later, and they totally ignored me, they kept getting others who had just came in without an appointment, Ive had it with this place, the first time I actually had an appointment and they blew me off saying there was an hour an a half waiting time, Ellie and Carlos are great help though,

Only one employee working... woman getting her hair done so it took forever. Mine took 5 minutes. They should never have just one hair stylist on duty.

The guy name, Carlos cant cut hair at all couldnt do a simple fade . My hair is like patches . He couldnt do a simple straight line across my forehead.

Made an appointment in advance. Showed up at my designated time. Sat for an extra 45 minutes. To be dealt with sour attitudes and no personality and to round it off they SUCK!
