Main thing I look out for is customer service. Didnt feel welcomed. Haircut done for my sons 21st Bday and he loved.

Ive had better hair cuts at the 6.99 spot cuts on time for 26$ Im expecting a good haircut I have patches in my hair and uneven on the fade I paid 41$ I shouldve left no tip since hes a barber and didnt care to cut my hair correct dont waste your money at this barber shop

Kingsmen Barber Studio always takes great care of my family & I. My wife gets braided & loves the service. Selena does a great job taking care of my 3 boys & myself. Haircuts are always on point & fresh!!! The vibe at the barber shop is always welcoming & friendly from the entire staff. If you want your whole family on point & fresh this is the place to be.

The lady turned me away from the mirror for over an hour and did absolutely the opposite of everything I asked for. I asked for a high, razor/skin fade. Its barely above the ears. I specified said TWICE, a very thin hard part. I got a crooked landing strip on the side of my head. She even took some long hair from the top and hacked it off moving the part higher. She also took way to much off the top so it doesnt comb over anymore without a significant amount of wax to hold it down. THEN, she proceeded to lean me back in the chair and started shaving my face (and charged me for it) which I didnt ask for either! I dont leave 1 star reviews unless the entire experience is a complete botch job which this was.

Definitely the best in the area. Very organized and professional. They take all precautions to keep everything clean and sanitized. Kid friendly environment :)

Horrible business when you cancel after the fact that we were already at the establishment. On top of that, the two individuals that were there cutting hair were not even willing to accommodate us after I notified them that their colleague cancelled on us. The shop is very clear about having to cancel your appointments if you can’t attend but on the other hand if when they cancel on you, well...your SOL. They don’t notify the client like myself that the barber had to cancel so had to go else where.

I am in El Paso visiting from Colorado, and I had the AMAZING opportunity to get taken care of here with Salina. Not only is the shop a vibe, Salina is an AHHHHHH ING person and barber stylist. I have a confirmed appointment today at 2 pm, showed up at 1:30 pm but they accommodated a walk in before me at 2 pm. Dont use their booking system, they just wasted my time. Not recommended. Dont go to this barber shop at all! Very bad customer service! Very unprofessional!

I’ve been going to this shop ever since I moved to El Paso 5 years strong I go every week Flex has changed my whole life with new and fresh cuts. I’m old and he makes me look young and full of life again I will never use another barber all the days I have left !!! The shop is kid friendly and the conversations are priceless .... you can’t go wrong with any of the barbers that cut there.

WORST haircut customer service I have ever received. Showed up for a 3pm appointment only to wait until 4:30 pm to receive a txt asking if I could wait till 5pm. Meanwhile there were chairs available and nobody wanted to cut my hair. Was suppose to have my haircut by the “boss” but he never showed. Terrible experience and unprofessional.Also don’t require their customers to wear masks during COVID... They won’t be around much longer...

Went to this place for my mom so she could get her head shaved after her first round of chemo, keep in mind we havent gone out other than grocery shopping in months.So i was a bit paranoid and anxious of someone being too rough on my mom because everything was super sensitive. We got Chris and he was super quick and patient overall had good energy. My mom said he didnt hurt her at all when even her hair moving would hurt. In general the whole vibe in the shop was good it was all love! If my mom and I felt comfortable Im sure anyone else would.

My first visit to Kingsmen was great. I followed my barber, Richard O. from a different place to Kingsmen. I definitely liked the atmosphere.I only have had 3 people cut my hair in my entire life. Ive been with Richard since 2013! Hes great and pays attention to the smallest of details. His customer service is top notch. I highly recommend you book with him during your visit.

Kingsmen barbershop never disappoints! Before going to the shop I would always get half hearted efforts when getting worked on. I can truly say that they treat customers perfectly and always put 100% effort into their craft. If youre looking for a good cut and a comfortable environment, this is definitely the place to go.

Walked in on a Monday. Some wait time of course cause I didnt have an appointment. Richard cut my hair perfectly. Friendly service as usual. Make payments via card or cash. You can make an appointment with them through an app. Good stuff will be going back for future cuts.

Closest shop I could find that cuts like them Dallas barbers back home. All the barbers are professional and legit.

Only 2 barbers then the third came in. I waited a good 50 minutes before getting my hair cut. I had to listen to some very ugly rap music while i waited. Finally got my cut but not the way I asked. The guy asked me if it was the right1/2 on sides cuz there is two sizes of 1/2 lol. Never going back.

There was 5 chairs available and no body has have me sit down. It has been 40 minutes... I’m going to MDs Barber Shop, it is a great barber shop on Mesa.

They used to be much better. They stopped using their UV devices as far as I can tell. They used to keep them on at all times during hours of operation. My haircuts used to be much better from them. Good if you want a basic fade but now that Im letting my hair grow out I clearly need a salon as most of the barbershops in el paso cant handle mid to long length hair. Last time I came here i got razorburn on my neck which is why I stopped booking here.

I walked in on a Friday at 5 and waited about 20 minutes, not bad at all. The gentleman (chris, I believe is his name) that cut my sons hair was courteous and did a great job, he has a very thick frizzy mane and he managed to still give him an awesome cut. Well be going here from here on out.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came into the shop this morning and two barbers were cutting hair. I signed in and waited patiently. A barber walked in and talked with another barber for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, Im still waiting. The barber finally ask me if I was a walk in and tells me hell cut my hair. So, I sit down in his chair. This barber continues to talk to the other barber about his weekend for an additional 10 minutes and totally disregard Im present. I eventually walked out. Ive never seen such lack of care for customers time. I will never come here again!

I always used to get a lazy, poor hack job of a hair cut that took no longer than ten minutes only going over my hair once. I was recommended kingsman and after my first time I was amazed. They took there time with my hair and went over it more times than I can count. I appreciate the effort and time they took and it was definitely worth the money and I dont regret going back every time. Highly recommend barber gil and every time I walk in they squeeze me in with almost no wait.

First time walking in today and I felt like walking out, I felt out of place, but then again Im 39 and maybe a little old school. I sat it out a short wait and then I realize how professional these barbers are. My experience was amazing and will never go anywhere else.

So I came in to the shop at around 12 today and sat waiting for two hours. I watched like 5-6 people walk in on appointments. What really just upsets me is the fact that none of the barbers were communicating amongst themselves. No one was trying to help reduce the long line of people that were walk ins. When asked who were taking appointments vs walk ins only one barber admitted to just being booked on appointments. The other barbers didnt speak up. Yet they were taking appointments since I had arrived. Also, they take like 40 minutes on one customer. Thats not a real big issue, but at least communicate with the other customers as to how long we will be waiting. I eventually walked out. I dont plan on returning. That left a bad taste in my mouth. The barbers seemed to be decent barbers, but thats not the only reason most of us go to barber shops. Just my opinion..

I would not recommend this place the barber named Gil had me waiting there for about an hour. Then his friend walks in then he tries to give them my spot and asked me to wait another hour. worst customer service I’ve ever had. definitely will never go back there again I don’t even think the barber named Gil has a license to operate as a barber.

Flexx is a beast with the clippers! Not many barbershops here on the westside of town know how to fade my sons ethnic hair so when we found him, we decided to never go anywhere else. Plus its a super dope shop to chill and wait for my son to get cleaned up.

I understand perfectionism and wanting to do a great job, but the outcome falls way short for the waiting to be worth it.2. Barber was on his phone texting several times while cutting my hair. Unfocused and in the end, my haircut came out to completely not what was asked or even great.3. Cash only. Youre location is on Belvidere, but yet the business runs as if payments are under the table.Do not recommend this barbershop.

If you do not have an appointment do not even think about walking in. They will have you waiting for two hours and still you will not get a haircut if one of their buddies walks in for an “appointment”. Not to mention it takes them one hour to cut someone’s hair.

Owner failed to show for 3 appointments he set with me. I would never go back or recommend his business. It was a really disrespectful way to treat the public. One’s word should mean something and standing people up is very uncool.

Had a haircut. Returned, but was told to call and make an appointment. He was doing a cut, no one was waiting, but he said he had an appointment arriving shortly, so he could not cut me now. Called and made an appointment for a specific time. Arrived, and was told that there was a 1 to 2 hour wait. Explained that I had a set appointment. He said that he was backed up and could not honor it. I explained that one day he said I should make an apopintment, then I made one. Now he refuses to honor it? He said he was too backed up to honor it. I was going to give this place another chance, as the first haircut was choppy, and I understood it was the first time. But this going back and forth, first telling me to make an appointment and then not honoring it is for the birds. One Star for very poor service!

Looked promising when I first went in but came out with the worst haircut Ive ever had. Poor guy apparently doesnt understand what tapered or blend means. Gonna take 3 or 4 weeks to grow out the butchered parts enough to get them cut properly.

Well Ive been to all the shops that are well know. From northeast, to zaragosa, to Anthony, even the new shop at the outlet mall in Canutillo.none of these so called barber shops measure up! My barber Ayeso was on point! He asked me everything that you should ask for, when doing a cut for first time! He took his time and fixed all the things that ble--ed, that new shop in Canutillo had left last cut. Skin tight, medium low fade! Simple, clean, and best of all! I didnt have to go back to get evened out! Lol yes I had to go back to ble--ed to fix cuz one side was higher than other.If you want to look your best you can, at an affordable price KINGSMEN BARBER SHOP IS LIT!

I have lived in El Paso for about 5 months on a temporary work assignment. I was looking for a barber on the West Side of El Paso when I came across the Kingsmen Barber Shop. Flexx was the first barber to cut my hair and let me say Im 100% pleased with Flexx and his barbershop. I typically go every Saturday and always leave with an excellent haircut and beard trim. Flexx is my dude, he cuts my hair just the way I like it without me saying a word. I will continue to use this barbershop for as long as I live in El Paso. Great Barbershop and great group of barbers. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!

It is well worth the trip if yu are trying to get one of the best cuts yu ever had no exaggeration I would highly recommend Kingsmen Barbershop!!!
