Its family owned. They are so nice, and remember your cut everytime. The cut is clean and fast.

Amazing place. We have been going there every month since being here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And they do extremely well in the hair cutting.

They dont know what their doing and they charge everytime different for the same haircut.

I flew in from Chicago and called on short notice. They got me in and gave me the cleanest best haircut I have ever gotten. Not to mention Marta who owns the place is the nicest woman I have ever met. Truly a great experience. Best Iv ever had! God bless you Marta!!!

I am in town for work and needed a quick haircut. I found this place on google, read the reviews, and was not disappointed. She was thorough and very professional. She does not take credit card but there is an atm in the building so it’s convenient.

John showed great customer service taking his time to give me a quality haircut and asking me how I wanted things as he worked. Great attention to detail and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Will probably take advantage of this shop because it’s right off of Montana on my way home from work.

So where do I begin. Initially I was going to give them a 1 star. They messed up my hair. A haircut place has one job. After I went back they the older lady who barely spoke English tried to fix my hair. Eventually it got fixed it. They where very kind and nice and had great customer service. For the trouble they gave my money back. I honestly never been so stressed about my haircut and they seem like a good place so I might give it a try again.

Husband and I in El Paso from Los Angeles, left suddenly for a funeral. Didnt have time to prepare. Arrived here to a clean and professional shop. No waiting, air conditioning was pumping. Asked for a shave and it was the best experience he has ever had. He can not stop raving about it to all if his friends. Hot towel treatment, Cowboy Style grooming. Straight razor shave, full facial treatment. Lady barber was very kind and the young man talked about his trips to LA and how much he enjoyed it. Great experience, he said he walked away feeling like $100 but only paid $25 for the great treatment. Recommend this establishment to everyone and he wishes it was here in Los Angeles with him.

The best barber shop ive ever been to in EP. Roughly $30 for a beard trim and hair cut, great staff, great prices. Would recommend to everyone.

Being in the military I travel frequently and its hard finding a good place to get a hair cut. This is by far the best I have ever gotten. I would recommend 9/10. 9 because of the wait, but you cant rush perfection.

Went in today to get a haircut and John was my barber you can definitely tell his guy is fresh out of school And doesn’t have the experience to be charging $15 for a haircut.The blending & proportions of the cut were off and after two hours of Beating a dead horse I finally gave up and settled for two different haircuts on each side of my head!will NEVER return here again!!

I just wanna brag for a minute I surprised my husband today with a trip to an actual barber for his hair instead of great clips and wow this place I HIGHLY recommend they took care of him and his hair looks,feels,and smells amazing straight razored the sides, a machine massaged his shoulders, they did after shave and stuff on him it’s amazing all for $15 !!!! Guys that’s only $3 more than great clips and they did sooooo much better! So if you want a cheap way to spoil your man or just show him you love him send him over here he won’t be disappointed!

Went in skeptical but desperate for a haircut...decided to try local! I usually cut my own hair cause ive been dissapointed many times. I was impressed. The lady did a great fade and took her time to allow her to consider the nuances of my head shape! Great price for the level of expertise! I want to take her with me back to Austin!

Both barbers here are professionals. There name also proves true. They use hot shaving cream with a traditional brush to line up that fresh cut. They listen to how you want your hair cut and do exactly that. This is the third barber i have tried and now am a customer. Also, they are fair and good people charging 10 bux. The one guy even gave me money back and said I over tipped.

I like this place because not alot of people know about it and they do a great job. The workers here mainly speak Spanish but they also speak English.

I am giving this place a full five stars! The haircut is absolutely perfect. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and friendly. There is a very slight language barrier if you do not speak Spanish, but it does not impede themail service or quality of the hair cut. It was a bit more time consuming than my normal, but the outcome was well worth it! I have gotten many haircuts in El Paso while here on business, but this is definitely the best one.

They cut your hair good the first time after that they dont care anymore. Second I was a regular customer for a while, and noticed I would get big pimples in back of my head. They dont clean there tools frequently. And that happened to my brother. There alright, havent gone in months...

The service is a little slow. The employees talk way too much among themselves and get distracted during the cut. I understand it makes time go by faster but come on. Cut first, talk later.

We went to this barbershop after seeing the great reviews it has on here. The place was empty when we arrived and there were two older ladies working.My husband sat down and showed the employee the type of cut he wanted. She looked a little confused but said she knew how to cut it the way he wanted. (He was going from a comb over to a fade)She cut here and there and like 3mins later she said she was done... uhhhh, Im looking at her like that does not look like the picture he showed you... my husband and I look at each other puzzled wondering what she had done. I then reexplain to her to cut the top off since it was very long and to PLEASE fade the sides and make it look just like the picture because thats what he wanted.All in all we paid 12 plus tip (we still tipped even though she messed up his cut) for a haircut my husband didnt like.. there was so much confusion and I dont understand why. She works at a barbershop but doesnt know how to cut or fade hair?She was friendly though!

Pretty good haircut, lined up with a straight razor (hence the name). They dont speak a lot of English and I think they mostly do high n tights for soldiers.

I gave a low rating cus the person I asked for was not able to give me the cut I asked for he lied and said he could make it work but I was let down I dont think the price is what its worth

Hair cuts are great but the ladies who work here come in when ever they want Google says they open at 10am not true usually 11 if that, I like to be the first so I come early and wait hours before they even open and majority of the time the lady I want isnt in

Ive finally found a barber in el paso, that I like! He has changed locations a couple of times, but Ive finally found him again here. Ive also switch from safety razors to straight razors and hes offered to show me how to hone, strop and use my new razors :)
