They close at 7, I can’t get there earlier because of work. This is the second time that I get there like at 5:50, plenty of time for a haircut but the barbers available won’t stay one minute longer. Go to a different barber.

Good barber shop overall. It is my go to place. Appointment scheduling is a little weird. Every barber tends to be a little different.

First time client. I liked the atmosphere. It has great music genre. Wasnt happy with service. Almost two hours for a teen fade haircut thats without spa treatment. Other employees had to provide assistance. The price was decent. Will not come back.

Been in El Paso for about 6 months now, have tried about 4 other barbers (not including this one) and I have to say this place is my go to for haircuts. Let me start with the ambience of the shop. The look and feel of the shop is welcoming as well as the staff. All workers look like they enjoy being there as well as what they do. They do not give off that lazy, I dont want to be here, I dont want to cut your hair vibe unlike the other barber shops Ive been to. This place is cash only to my understanding.Each barber also takes their time on their customer, ensuring a job well done.Also, it helps to book an appointment online so youre not waiting long. Everytime Ive gone I have not booked an appointment (which is my bad, I kept forgetting to book an appointment)I have received a cut from 3 different barbers there and everytime Ive walked out a satisfied customer.

I had booked an appointment with Raul for highlights, he contacted me so that I could go in for a consultation before doing my highlights. In all the time that I have been getting my hair done I have NEVER had any hairstylist do a consult with me before I get my hair done. While at my consult he advised me that with the current color in my hair it would not come out the way I wanted and that my hair was super damaged. He recommended that we wait to do the highlights and advised me of some awesome products that would help my hair become healthy, again this was a first for me. So after a about a month I booked another appointment for highlights went in for my consult and got my highlights done the next week. When I saw Raul out did himself I mean it!!! I am beyond in love with my hair! It is healthy and not damaged. If you want someone that will be honest with you and not just take your money I definitely suggest making an appointment with Raul.

Out of all the barber and hair salons I’ve been too, V.Drais is one that I recommend. This barber shop has a welcoming environment to new and old clients. When I first came, I met my barber Raul. He gave us an awesome welcoming with many incredible hair style ideas. He will cut your hair with your preference or advice what hair style to try if we’re ever conflicted or just wanna try something new. He is awesome, patient and never disappoints with his work. So I highly recommend this place and Raul to cut you hair if you ever wanna try something new and different.

V Drais is of great quality studio with a modern chic . Raul has been our barber for almost a year. As a client coming from another stylist of nearly 15 yrs. Made the switch due to convenience of location and Raul was highly recommended from a friend. My friend was right. Raul is great with kids, very patient, prompt, courteous, professional and pleasant to have a conversation with. His precision and dexterity is with great skill. The kids enjoy visiting Raul for his amusing personality. With that said ill be visiting V. DRAIS weekly for as long as Raul is still there.

Booked my first appointment with Raul six weeks ago and I’ve been back every two weeks now. He’s a great guy and extremely accommodating. He has done an EXCELLENT job every time I’ve gone in and I’m totally pleased with the service. Making appointments is easy and I’m in and out and satisfied with my cut when I leave. Highly recommend him and V. Drais!

Overall I had a great experience at V Drais. My hairstylist’s name was Ale and I really like how she recommended hair treatments and different styles to cut my hair. People go into a shop not knowing what they want but Ale made me feel really comfortable and helped me explore my options. She is good at what she does and I would recommend getting a haircut from her anytime.

I have gotten hair cut here before, but I will not be returning. Dont give people the option to reserve an appointment if you wont honor the time provided.

They have a sign on the door that says write your name down inside with your phone number and go wait in your car BUT THEY NEVER CALL YOU! I waited over an hour only to walk back in to see what the heck was going and and just as I thought was happening, they were not using the list and just calling people up who were waiting inside (not wearing any masks).To top off the whole experience, if it wasnt already a lottery ticket on whether or not youre going to be seen, its a lottery ticket on whether the person you get actually knows how to cut hair, its a lottery ticket on what the price is (there are ZERO signs for any prices or what they even offer).If youre feeling lucky enough for all of that then this place is the right place for you. Ill take my chances elsewhere!

I made an appointment online. My barber reached out to me prior to my appointment to provide me a point of contact in case i was running late or needed to modify my appointment in any way. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. The place is clean in has a great atmosphere. Kim, my barber, was very professional and made me feel right at home. I definitel plus for an out of towner.

I always have a great experience here! Melinda is awesome... super friendly and takes her time to get what you want! I entered as a walk-in, and now this is the only place I go. She will listen to what you want and then work patiently to get you the results you ask for! Highly recommended

They played good music, very nice but the quality in haircuts arent there. They had to ask each other how to cut hair and Im surprised they could hear each other with kids running around you. When I asked to have my haircut fixed they sent me to someone else instead. There clients are mostly little kids, I wouldnt recommend to any adults that are looking for a fresh cut. Dont feel or look sharp at all. #badjob

Place is horrible . Waited more than an hour for my son to get a haircut and 6 barbers finished and did not bother to put him up . They all left and wasted my time . Will never go back to this place again

MC Barber is amazing! She is super friendly, patient and a true artist at her craft. After having my head shaved for surgery, she has worked miracles with the little bit of hair I have. As it has grown, she had made it look fun and trendy. She also cuts my hubby’s hair 😊

Raul is one of my favorite hairstylist that I would highly recommend to anybody he does a great job on my hair every time he is professional friendly and I always look forward to getting my hair done with him every not only that he also does my dads hair as well and my is a very picky with his hair that he even agrees that he does a great job that he wants to continue going with him as well so I high recommend raul he is honestly the best!!!!

This place is very nice and the barbers are very skilled. They know all the modern styles and cuts. Ask for Ale .... she does it all .. . skin fades, beards, eye brows, facials, and she even darkens balding areas.

Clari does both my sons and husbands hair and she is amazing!!!! My youngest is a year old and she took her time and made sure everything was done right! She is just hands down the best!! While at this place, I had an appointment with Raul. I know he is a barber but also a hairstylist so I decided to book an appointment for a haircut. I left unsatisfied as one side of my hair was a lot shorter than the other. I am not the type of person to complain because sometimes my eyes do deceive me however I went home to show my husband and he too did agree my hair was a complete mess. I thought maybe he just had a rough day as I noticed he was having a few disagreements with some of the other workers. I decided to give him another chance, soon I went back for a second experience and asked for silver colored highlights however I left with an un even caramel bolyoge. I do not recommend him as he is very unprofessional and by the looks of it does not know how to cut and dye hair.

Clariz is a great barber. I like she has website and I can easily book my appointment and that really fits my schedule. When I arrive at the shop I know I’m next to be serviced. Clariz also takes the time to ensure my cut and trim is exactly the way I want it. I feel very comfortable in the chair and not looking around at shady people like in other barbershops. She has been my barber since she was in high school and I highly recommend Her.

Pretty good cut. If you spend $30, you might get a $30 hair cut, but most of the time youll get a $20 haircut. Point is, it may be possible to go out and get a better haircut, but here you wont be getting ripped off.

It’s about time we have a barbershop that gives us a different choice in environment. This barbershop offers the relaxation and family friendly place. No vulgar music, very classy environment. Gives you a nostalgic feel. I had to wait but they offer appointments to a avoid waiting.

V. Drais is hands down the nicest shop I’ve been to in El Paso. Great family environment and definitely has a touch to it that makes it unique. The talent and staff outmeasures your average barber shop. Its a very friendly environment and all of the barbers give excellent haircuts. I’ve followed Row anywhere she’s been because my boys absolutely love getting their haircut by her! Her attention to detail and patience with my boys is unlike most. I always recommend V.
