Menudo was better than I expected. Wife had huevos rancheros. Her plate looked like something I would make at home and Im not a good cook.

Hated the chile verde con carne. The taste was horribleOn the plus side the manager allowed me to ask for something else. First time I was not satisfied with what I ordered.

I was very disappointed it is usually a good place to eat. The were half cooked and the chile relleno was gross

We use to go on a semi- regular basis and had great service. Weve gone 4 times after and were acknowledge and told to have a seat. The restaurant was not busy and 20 minutes of waiting. No one, literally no one came to our table so wed leave. Not sure what happened, but one restaurant we will never go to again.

The service was lousy. We placed two large orders to go. And the staff took forever to complete our order. When it was finally ready, it sat at the counter for about 20 minutes. The servers committed several health code violations. Placing their personal bottled drinks into the ice bin, touching the customers meals with their contaminated hands, the cooks were not wearing hair coverings of any kind and the female cook was wiping the sweat off her face with her hands then handling the food. DISGUSTING! Too bad because the food is actually good but the lousy service is going to keep us from ever going back.

The food was ok, the chile sauces are excellent. Unfortunately, the ambiance was horrible. They have a karaoke that is way too loud. You cant even hear what the person sitting next to you is saying. I will not go there on a Saturday.

Waitress was friendly, but while having my meal, a waiter was mopping and poured alot of pinesol that over powered my meal. I suggest not to eat there in the evening.

HORRIBLE customer service from the waitress to the manager. Both mean and hostile! They gave everyone at our table their food all at different times, my mother didn’t get her food and while everyone was done with theirs, they waited 30 minutes to tell us they didn’t have T-bone steak, and if want to cancel an order, they refused to cancel it. And then Changed the prices on our ticket raising the prices on the food to cover the other food we cancelled (that never arrived ) but insisted on us paying for it. The manager grabbed the food aggressively she took from our table, ZERO attempt to reconcile. DO NOT COME HERE unless u want to lose your appetite to the poor lack of service and miserable waiters/managers projecting their anger on you.

Service is nonexistent, the food was poor. Do yourself a favor and find a good Mexican restaurant to eat at. This place is not good at all.

Was there a couple of weeks ago, good authentic Mexican dishes, would need a little extra effort on the cleanliness and also service delay. But its good.

I ordered chicken fajitas for dinner. I also ordered chips and guacamole and a slice of cheese cake. I received a large portion of guacamole, which i expected with it being an appetizer. Then i received a tiny bag of chips. More like a single serve bag of chips. The cake i received was a big piece of chocolate cake. Definitely not cheese cake. And i did not even get tortillas for my fajitas to be able to eat my dinner. Very disappointed. Thought I’d give them a chance and have it delivered after a long day of work. But was very disappointed. Food was cold as well.

Food is tasty but sefvice is horrible. I have been to this location a few times and servers get worse everytime. Young lady didnt place my order correctly. I had to get up and ask for a refill. Used to really enjoy coming here but no effort on waitresses part to give good service.

I was in there to pick up some burritos about a couple of days ago. The employees were very nice and courteous. The Establishment looked very run down and might not have been as clean it as it should be. Two of the burritos that I had were not very good. I dont know if the rest of the menu is as bad as those burritos were. This used to be a great restaurant a while back, It doesnt appear to be any more.

We come back to El Paso from time to time and when we need a quick home town taste to go it is El Ciros. We like to order the packs to go because we all get a little bit of everything. Food here is really really good and so is the atmosphere. I highly recommended this place.

The service took long because they were short on waiters. MY 10yr old smashed his finger on a broken chair he was going to sit on. To top it all off I found a hair in the salad and the veggies in the caldo were spoiled. So neatless to say we will not be going back!!!

I start coming here because the first times the service was great and the food very good. But lately theyve gone ridiculously bad. Service is terrible I have to be calling them for everything because they dont check on the tables, food takes for ever, they sell menudo and had to wait pass 9:30 because its not ready its been a few time that is cold or looks like am eating tomato soup. I dont know what happens with there staff everytime I come is different people and to be honest they get more and more bad with the service. This will definitely be my last time coming. I arrived 5 minutes before 9 and its almost 10 am and still no food.

Young staff who dont acknowledge you immediately waited 45 minutes for enchiladas and flautas to be served when restaurant wasnt busy and when finally served half the food was cold young male and female server spent most of the time speaking with each other instead checking why food was taking so long, not 5 after eating mine and wifes stomach was upset and sent us straight to the restroom I would say this place is not worth the time to visit.

I just ordered the queso fundido, and it was not worth the price, it fell out of the container, and had the consistency of frijoles.

The food is good and I like how they have plastic walls between booths. Dinning area is small though.

Pay attention when you order. I ordered the arrachera steak and they served me milanessa, so I sent it back ordered ribeye and it wasnt it said it came with charro beans and they served it with refried beans.. very bad they dont serve what the menu reads.. place is very dirty..

Been coming to this place for years ever since I was a small kid. Recently theyve been changing alot not only on there food also there prices recently went up .Sea food is the one you wanna go for dont order parilladas the meat jas no flavor . It takes years to make a customer but seconds to loose one.

Well this place was my favorite place to stop for lunch. Caldo de Res is the bomb here, but not today. As my brother described it as mop water. No flavor, tacos ordered came as two different kinds, I did not order that. To finish off the visit, bad customer service. What a disappointment, funny how a cook and a waitress can kill return visits. This one was a miss, not returning.

Sat down. Took a while for the waitress to attend us another one to get our drinks and even a longer time to get our food. When we did my sons chicken nuggets were RAW and still frozen! I was in shock. My enchiladas same thing they were so cold. I didnt return them because I wasnt about to wait another 30+ mins for a plate. I just didnt eat them. My husbands aguachiles were delious so hey at least they got that right. Wouldnt dine in again.

I have ordered meals from here off of Uber eats and I love this restaurant! I have had one minor issue, but other than that, the food has been amazing and tasty. I’ve always gotten the tostadas, which are huge and never leave me craving more. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Havent tried the food and idk if I will during this pandemic thing: definitely no social distancing there or use of masks. They had karaoke or a mariachi think going on. BUT I do like how they are very patient with the menu items cuz I just butcher the s*** out of those names lol

Worst service ever! Ordered 3 burritos with beans, and received attitude from the employees as a bonus. I picked up my burritos, no beans were added, and when I called to inform them of this I got more attitude from the employee. I was getting dismissed and got hung up on when I was asking for the owners info stating that was personal information they couldnt give. I called again and was given a name, Leoalda and got hung up on again. Ive never complained before about this facility which Ive received bad service and even burnt burritos before this is why I decided to bring it to their attention this time. Ive been a loyal patrion but I will never go back to this ciros that the employees obviously need to be taught what actual customer service is and acquire an actual cook that knows not to put burnt food out for consumption. I wasnt even offered an apology. The employee placed the blame on the cook and stated they could make new burritos IF I want them but no apology for messing up my order. Just blame on one another. If the owner actually cares to make money, you need to teach your employees actual customer service skills and actually care to keep your customers happy with good quality food! When anyone places an order, they expect to get what they actually ordered because were PAYING for it. Im not asking for hand outs. And when a mistake is made on behalf of the restaurant, first thing that should be offered is an apology. If the owner reads this, which if you the owner cares about your business youd pay attention to what your consumers say, minimum your consumers expect is that you give a damn and do something to better your business with better customer service and better cooks. Unfortunately, you know what they say, employees are a reflection of their leadership. I expect to be contacted by the owner of this Ciros if they even give a damn. Ill be waiting.

We used to love coming here. The service WAS excellent but lately its been exceptionally AWFUL!! The waitresses lack the understanding that writing orders down is important. They think they look smart by going on their memory alone and that ALWAYS fails. Our order is always wrong. When I ask them to write the order, they get offended and get attitude. The waitress tells me, I know what Im doing. Well, they dont. Im allergic to avocado and they always forget to leave it off my plate. This last time, we ordered corn gorditas and the meat was rotten. This was the last straw. We will not be going back. If i could give ZERO stars, i would.

I ordered package 7 & 9 for pick up. I noticed it was a bit more than the price so I asked & they added gratuity w/o asking me. Bad part is I usually tip even on to go orders. I didnt this time & they forgot my rice and beans. Food was ok, bad packaging.

I went with my family and we waited half an hour for service everyone after us who walked in got attended and when we asked if we can have service the waiter answered very rude that he’s not the waiter and it was unprofessional all the waiters were yelling and fighting that it’s not their table !!! Disappointed I have been going with my family for years !!!! Never again !!!

The food is phenomenal and the service is outstanding. Try the lemonade! While picking up my to go order I noticed they had certain tables closed for social distancing. They also had hand sanitizer and all employees were wearing masks.

I love this place ate here since I was a kid food is good but today I ordered enchiladas and which is amazing but I had hair there so that was a bad experience for me today just for advice for cooks and waiters they should check there plate next time people take out .

Took me 15 minutes to get there and had to wait almost 35 minutes for a uber eats order and the lady act like its my problem they had a lot of order on top of that was rude.

Delicious and great service. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesnt follow COVID-19 guidelines. Allowed too many people in the restaurant and didnt open a closed off section to accommodate. They dont have separation of tables for social distancing, no signs with COVID-19 reminders and customers walked in without face coverings. Menus were not disinfected/wiped after use. Waitresses are really good but they wore face coverings incorrectly - only covered their mouth.As I stated, food is really good but lack of guidelines will keep me from going back and recommending the restaurant to others.

The menu is extensive. It sort of lacks ambience; I remember when this building was a Dunk in Donuts. But its a relatively cheap and very delicious lunch, with surprisingly good seafood. The wait staff is charming. All told, Ciros is a great value and very friendly.

My wife ordered three burritos for our family as we usually do every other week or so from the establishment today I went in to pick up my order waited about 25 minutes and received attitude from the whole staff while I was waiting to get my food once I finally received my burritos I took it home and opened them up only to find out there were completely bare my wife called the restaurant to complain about our order and was immediately met with attitudes from the people she called to complain got hung up on two different occasions as she tried to make her complaint known I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody and we will never go back there again customer service should be main priority instead we got treated like we were garbage

Good food with large portions at a great price. I chose the sirloin steak over the Mexican plate and Im glad I did. It came with a piping hot baked potato, beans, tortillas, guacamole and a salad which I didnt eat because I was too full,All for $11! Our food came out pretty quickly and the server was ok. I would recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing. You are immediately and promptly greeted by friendly people. The menu has unlimited options ranging from breakfast to seafood and traditional Mexican dishes. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone whom wants an amazing meal. The chips they serve kick off the whole experience.
