Memorable wedding, but disappointed in the lack of customer service that was offered. The biggest issue I had at the hall was the bartenders charging my guests for beer I had already purchased. As a part of their offer, I was able to get 2 kegs to offer my guests and I had purchased margarita mix for the hall to showcase margaritas. Later in the night, after having a great time with my husband I had noticed they were charging my guests for bottles for the same beer I had on draft and no one was offered the margarita’s. I did not know that the bartenders would cheat my guests by charging them for the same drink without offering the option of draft or bottle. They simply charged bottle. It seemed like they were just concerned about sells. My husband insisted that I shrug it off because it was our 1 wedding night, so I did. I would not recommend, due to them cheating my guests and us by paying for a service that was not fully provided. I thought that we would not be let down because it was the Fire Fighters Union, but sadly we were.

This place made my daughters special day unforgettable...Place is beautiful and I dont have any complaints about it...suggestion:cake helper..but other than that big thanks to the ladies who work there for being helpful, always nice and polite...thank u!..I will recommend 100%.

An amazing venue. Recently remodeled, so it’s like having your party in a brand new facility. Staff is so friendly and eager to help. Very clean, and the hall manager is willing to go above and beyond for you.

This is a nice hidden jewel,great venue looks very modern. Glad they updated this place.

Though I knew few and felt much underdressed, I was welcome as one of their own. El Pasos elite sat beside me and with some I shared spoken word. From congress to senate, firefighter to sherriff. I saw intelligence as sexy when public service meets a world high in demand. Buffett was cut short when the star spangled banner echoed beside me before a moment of trophys and more.

Ive been here about three times for different events that were held. Overall I thing its a decent hall, in terms of decoration the person/company hosting the event would pretty much have to take care of that, but its a good place to hold a large gathering.

Fire Fightets Hall is a beautiful venue to hold weddings, fund raisers, Quinceñeras, Sweet 16 parties, receptions, meetings, etc. They have. A capacity of 375 people and several different packages to offer for your events to make sure that you and your guests are taken care of during your event.

The fire fighters hall was my one stop shop. They made my special event worry free and the experience was second to none. They took my vision and made it a reality. If your looking for a place to have your special event look no further The Fire Fighters Hall is the spot!!!!

Its a really nice place, beautifully decorated. I was there for a Celebration of Life for Alejandro Gallardo which was a sad occasion.

First time there and pleasantly surprised!Parking was difficult!

Great place to have any type of event with a wonderful staff that is always extremely helpful! I have a yearly party for my work and have been going to Fire Fighters Hall for 3 years now and I plan on going back!

My 3 stars goes to our wait staff and the officers we had at the hall for our wedding, I was excited to have this hall for our wedding and everything was going perfect until the day of our wedding. the vip room we paid extra for to put our baby to sleep in so we can enjoy our night once the dance kicked off didnt have working air conditioner so it was extremely hot in there and the lady that was in charge that night kept disappearing on us so our awesome officers and wait staff were trying their hardest to help us out while the lady in charge was no where to be found most of the night. I am very disappointed we wasted money on that room, and very disappointed the lady in charge kept running off and wasnt much help to get that air fixed, all I was told while they were eating chicos in the office is (the man that fixes the air cant come im sorry). very unhappy about that but a big thank you to our wait staff and police officers.

Bathroom was dirty. A plain hall. You can decorate your self.

Beautiful accommodations, plenty of parking.

Really good service went there for a quince and had nice waiters good food and nice decorations

Its a good size hall for the I paid

I was in the quince for may 6 2017 it was a good expirence but in our day of practice a lady was being mean to our chorographer when he wasent to blame

Recently remolded???? They could of done something with that LIL utility room they called a kitchen lol they knew we were gonna use it and couldnt even CLEAN in there👎 and to top it all off Janette ACCUSED me of stealing 🤦
