THE WORSE HALL Dj.suck very out of date was not ready for the brides entry and soround sound sucks...Not recommend this hall

The only thing that need to work on is the DJ. He wasnt ready with the appropriate music atleast three times, he wasnt ready for the brindis, they had to go look for him. And some of the music he had was old music. Some was outdated.

I recently hosted a party at D’enchanted ballroom and had a great experience!The service,environment,and Dj was excellent.This ballroom fits all your needs and is great for and kind of celebration.

Amazing atmosphere!!! People are nice and friendly with an awesome dance floor. The Sunday band plays great mix spanish music... Also its a BYOB ballroom so not expensive if planned correctly...

Place is pretty & clean. Service is good. Did not like that they charge for beer during reception. DID NOT LIKE THE DJ old music for a quince does not work well. Should cater to kids. Learn whats in.

Rude management.. dont allow adequate time for set up... question you and treat you like criminal for using sink.. will never rent her again or recommend...

Staff is very rude and confrontational. They argued with the bride and groom about the alcohol they paid for that was on their contract. He made the groom go get his contract to prove that he paid for a keg of beer. Instead of going to check the contract himself. Very unprofessional.

We go there every New Years Eve. Awesome!

Very elegant hall, nice and big to dance the night away.

The hall was very nice, but my friends and I (who were part of the court) were having a conversation in the VIP room, because there wasn’t music that we wanted to dance to, and then the owner comes into the room yelling at us about how we should be out there instead of being in the room which upset me because we were all just relaxing, and isn’t what VIP room is for?

I was invited to an event there and I thought the place was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The owner did not want to turn on the heating and all the guests were very cold, in addition to the ladies who served food and refreshments, very rude and talking on the cell phone instead of attending to the guests. I DO NOT recommend it at all. Find better places.

Pessimism service changed owners I went to an event in December and it was super cold and the owner did not want to turn on the heating and dj music super old fashioned.
