I came here for a baby shower. It was decent.

Went to wedding reception here... The couple was very happy with the place. As a guest I found parking easy & bathrooms clean.

My friend had her baby shower here a couple of weeks ago and the air conditioning was horrid! When she called the owner to notify him, his response was, I dont know what you want me to do about it. I will not be renting this space for my kids birthday parties, nor will I recommend them. They have two jumping balloons and tables, thats pretty much it. Nothing special..

Ive been to an event here twice, and the place is a but hidden. The place is spacious and clean. Only gripe is that both times there, there was some sort of issue with the restroom. But overall it would be an okay place to host an event.

Surprise party hall is surprisingly busy on the weekends hosting a wide variety of parties and celebrations and its located in a business strip unit and the surrounding businesses are closed when Surprise is open so there are no issues with parking or traffic. High recommend

I was just here for a family thanksgiving reunion and the floors were super dirty, sticky and smelt bad in there. Manager needs to keep place cleaned up. Very unsatisfied with the service.
