I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It looks fine when you go in but the customer service here is same as the price cheap and poor. Our contract stated that someone would be at the party hall thirty minutes prior to the start of the party to set up. We, the customer, had to call to have someone at the hall and they didn’t show up until 10 minutes before the party was scheduled to start. There wasn’t any hot water and the women’s restroom wasn’t working. We, the customer, had to ask them to get this working as our party was going on. The man who booked the party with wasn’t much help either and didn’t even apologize for the inconveniences but was quick to ask for the remaining balance for the hall. He was very sarcastic and unprofessional. I came from out of town to have my little girl’s birthday here and my card got locked out from my bank. He had the nerve to ask me if there was enough money in my account. He gave us a number to the owner of this hall and, two weeks later, still have not returned our call. Please spend a little more money and go somewhere else like gum balls and enjoy real customer service and experience.

Party hall had only one air conditioner of two working, computer did not read USB unable to show photos, music system sounded distorted and was promised 1 hour of pop corn and snow cones, only half hour was provided. Visited business on 15 August 2019, to get photos taken and to speak to owner which was not available, the manager that was there stated that they could not control everything and was giving excuses and would not provide us with the photos taken by employee. We asked to speak with the owner and were told to call the number posted. The number posted goes to manager do not be fooled by all that they offer in the package because they did not deliver. I will never do business with this company.
