Southwest sorry about having to reschedule and thank you for understanding. Your team was awesome throughout. From the wonderful lady who answered my calls to the techs who showed up to my home. That was top notch quality and customer service. Just an FYI for anyone looking for a heater repair, don’t call anyone else. I shopped around before calling them and their price to fix my blower motor was $250 less than the closest competitor. I scheduled on the wrong day by mistake and they were so helpful about rescheduling me on my day off. They were on time and just so friendly. I can see why they’ve been around for so long. 10000% recommend!

Southwest thank you guys for fixing my heater last week. The repair guy who came Richard was really friendly and knew his stuff. My heater has worked perfectly since he replaced the broken gas valve. You guys rock and thanks for giving me a good price. Other companies wanted to charge me double what you did! Best in the city.

I trust this company 150%. My refrigeration system was not working and I had 3 other companies come by and they all did a quick check and all said it was the compressor. Something didn’t feel right about the diagnosis and I decided to call Southwest. They came on time and made sure to do an extremely thorough diagnosis, it seemed as if they tested nearly every component and found that the issue was something called a contractor. They showed me that it had been burned out and wasn’t allowing the compressor to turn on. They replaced it and right away it started working. They gave me a great price too and saved me thousands! They were honest and made sure to show me proof of all of their work and explained everything very thoroughly!

ONLY COMPANY I’D TRUST IN EL PASO! I called southwest for an issue with my a/c since they were the only company who could come out same day. Richard came over and was on time and called beforehand as well, he quickly found my issue. It was a faulty capacitor, he showed me the part and how it had plumped up, he had a replacement on hand and installed it straight out of the box. He gave me a great price as well, some of the other big companies have charged me double what Southwest did for the same thing. He ensured my unit was working before he left and made sure the air as coming out cool. This will definitely be the only A/C company I’ll call from now on!!!

100% recommended. My heater broke when it was very cold and they were able to schedule me the same day. Other companies told me it would take a few days for an appointment. The technician Richard arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me it, a broken igniter. He had the part on hand and gave me a fair price. It was fixed within the hour and he was very clean with his work.

Converted my home to Refrigerated Air. Highly recommend them and the work they did. They gave me a good price too and made the change very easy!
