Not sure what to say. Had my own part for my car. Tried to charge me for 3 30 lbs. containers of refrigerant for a 03 Honda civic. 3 30 lbs. containers cant fit in my car. A 2 hour job turned into 5 hours which eventually took all day for them to still not have my air conditioner running. Also there are damages on the inside of my engine bay that was not there originally. I cant use my hood bar to hold it up anymore it is so bent out of proportion now.

I came in a week or so ago to get a quote on my air conditioner. I walked in with no greeting. Just a fat old mean looking lady looking at me like I shouldn’t even be there. Anyways, I called today because I did not get a call back from Cindy yesterday because she was supposed to call me back to confirm that the part I needed was gonna be there or not. I call and I get Freddy’s daughter (who is the receptionist in the morning). HORRIBLE Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! She does not know how to speak to a customer over the phone. If she wasn’t the owner’s daughter, she would not have this job. Had no proper introduction, gave me information on a Jaguar when I told her I have a JEEP, was talking to me on the phone like it was her personal cell, was yapping about everything that Freddy already told me. She thought I wanted all the possible parts order for my vehicle but I never did, I just knew the possibility of more work needed. She accused me of lying and told me that it was impossible for me to already have a quote when her own FATHER gave me a quote! She wanted my VIN number when her father already had all the information he needed, she just didn’t know where. She definitely doesn’t know how to speak to a NEW CUSTOMER! If there are good reviews, it was probably because they didn’t meet Freddy’s daughter first. So American & European Automotive, say good bye to $200+ dollars.Update: The diagnosis was even wrong. I was told by Freddy I needed to get my blower replaced, but it was actually my control panel that needed to be replaced!!!! (It’s fixed now. I went to L Tune on Gateway E! Way Better and accurate, including price)

Since I moved to El Paso a year ago. This has been the only place I allow to work on my Audi. They have been effective and efficient and reasonable in pricing. This is my third time here and they are replacing my wheel bearing now as I write this. If you have a European car I highly recommend this place if you do not want to be overcharged at the dealerships.

Be very careful when bring your car here! Have been a customer for about three years and started bring my Audi here after they did a good job on my timing belt. Recently was taking my car in for oil changes and the last time noticed my skid plate was hanging looked under the car and noticed that most of the bolts were missing and were never put back on. Unfortunately didnt notice untill a couple of days after I picked it up and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I know for a fact those bolts werent missing before. Later I needed a window regulator replaced I had replaced the other three and didnt have time to do the next one myself and also needed a traction control light trouble shot. Mind you I knew the code was for a bad abs sensor but didnt feel like trouble shooting all four of them to find it. So I paid $95 for the regulator to be fixed and the $60 for the diagnosis of the traction control light. I call him later that day to see if the car was ready for pick up and he asked me what was wrong with the electrical system and I told him noting that the traction control light was on. So he didnt even remember what I had brought it in for. He then told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there I asked him what had he found on the traction control system. He told me he cleared the code and that it should be good. I told him I had cleared the code myself last week and that it comes right back on. He then told me to bring it back to him if it comes back on but he clearly didnt diagnose anything. So as I drove off I noticed the window he had fixed was rattling pulled over at the gas station and sure enough it was rattling around in the door and my tint was messed up. Called him and told him about what was going on and he told me to bring it back in. So the next day I bring the car back in and as Im driving in the traction control light turns on. When I get back to the shop I explain to him whats going on and show him the window rattling around, the tint and the traction control light. He says hell fix it but that it was normal for the tint to get messed when u do a regulator. Which I responde I did the other three and I didnt mess up the tint. So I leave the car and come back to pick it up two days later. He tells me the abs pump is bad and thats why the light is on. The window and tint was fixed and the window didnt rattle around anymore but I saw the window seal was now torn. He sees it and tells me hell make it right but at that point Im just done with the situation. I tell him every time I bring it in it comes out with more problems. Needless to say you should think twice about bringing your car here. Im a former mechanic I can only imagine what happens with someone that doesnt know about car brings theyre car here. Now Im stuck repairing the window seal which requires me pulling out the whole window to do it and $160 in parts and I also ended up fixing the traction control light myself by replacing the abs sensor on each wheel till I got the right one. Waste of time and money to say the least. Which sucks becasue he has fair prices and is a very polite person to deal with.

I was in need of a radiator change so I checked Google. This place popped up on the Better Business Bureau website, so instantly my fears of a crafty mechanic shop went away. I called them up and asked them for a price quote and it was literally 3x less that some of the other places I had called. They scheduled me in as soon as I called, it took them 4 hours to replace my radiator, they even cleaned up under the hood for me. If I have any other auto problems, I will most definitely be coming back here.

The worst auto shop Ive ever had to deal with. Brought my car in for a clutch problem that they didnt fix, brought it back and two weeks later, its still with them and not fixed. Do yourself a favor; bypass these idiots and take your car to a real mechanic.Update: They finally told me my car is ready, but cant produce my keys. I say again, avoid this miserable excuse for an auto shop at all costs.

This is by far the worst shop in the entire el paso area maybe even America, my car got severely damage from their carelessness moving cars around and clumpsy work. Shade tree mechs moonlighting as real ase mechanics, you will get what you paid for. Do not and I repeat do not take your car to this establishment, and no i am not a posh guy, i am a normal joe that doesnt make that much money and threw it away by taking it there.
