I was looking for someone to convert my air conditioning system to refrigerated air and get a new heating system. So when I was looking at all the reviews I was very impressed with what I saw and read about Omega. And I am so glad that I went with them to get my new York air conditioning system and heating. It runs just great! And the service has been really fantastic also. They came out immediately when something came up and got it fixed right away. Omega is definitely the best!

We had our home remodeled recently and had them do all the electrical work. They basically built our entire system. They put in everything, including new new wiring, panel, outlets, fixtures... You name it. And they were very clean in their work, and quickly responded to anything we needed. Theyre great communicators and the owner is Awesome!

I have definitely noticed my electric bills are lower now that I have had a year with my solar panels Omega installed for me. They were very nice and professional when they installed the panels, and even fixed a roof leak on my one-year-old old house at no extra charge! They are very caring and they do great work!

When we moved into this building apparently the electrical system had some SERIOUS bugs! We ended up having an electrical fire caused by poor wiring of our AC unit and an LED sign. Our renters just love the refrigerated air conversion we had Omega do for us. And they were very clean with their work afterwards as well, much appreciated!

Theyre not concerned about the customers wishes and in my case they completely ignored me. They gave me a decent price quote to put the A/C on the roof, only to get half way through their work and put the A/C on the side-drive way, effectively wasting 20ft of space to park a trailer or another vehicle. They made this change without consulting me, because they saw me leave to get lunch real quick. When I got back they were already laying concrete for the A/C in my driveway. This happened even after I told them I could compromise to put the A/C somewhere else, as long as it was not there because I made the investment of an additional drive way, which is now partially useless. They also didnt properly seal the old swamp-cooler fixtures because they started leaking water a couple days later. They also shut off the water to one of the bathroom sinks because it was connected to the swamp-cooler, rather than installing a new valve, which was another expense I needed to take care of myself.Dont waste your time, or money, they wont listen to your wishes because they would rather cover up their poor estimates and business practices to save their money and leave with the customer dissatisfied.~ This is not a review for RUUD, the actual product for the A/C and heater work just fine; only the workmanship and customer satisfaction of the business has failed.

I checked Home Advisor, and they recommended four different companies. And after interviewing all four, I chose Omega. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they did a lot of work for the Housing Authority of El Paso. I knew if Omega did the installation of my HVAC system, it would be done right.
