The office staff were patient and understanding when I was in panic mode because I didnt have the permits yet, but they reassured me they were getting them to me asap. They did. I didn’t set up my spring tune up even though i have smart club and prepaid. I only invested in this deal to have my ac taken care of by a professional. Now what? She is patient, very thorough and very Personable. She explains what she is doing so you can really understand. Kudos Jo! I recommend this company 100 percent

They were very responsive, showed up on time, fixed my AC for an honest price, and gave me tips about what I need to do better. Definitely going to use them again if I need AC repairs.

I am so disgusted with The Air conditioning Company. I am a 70 year old women with no one to do this for me. I called them to get my air conditioner started for the summer. They told me it would be $79 including parts and labor. the first tech came out said it was ready to go so I paid. The very next day, water was shooting up everywhere. I called them to come out and fix the problem. another tech came out did the work said it was ready. They said it was unrelated to the first visit. They charged me another $79. I paid because what else could I do. I needed the air conditioner working. Two days later, water is flowing down from my roof. I call them back to take care of the problem. The tech came back said the whole line needed to be replaced and that it would cost $110. I was furious. I dont have that kind of money living on a fixed income. So, here I am $158. poorer and no air conditioner. This company has no shame

Had a GREAT experience. They showed up an hour after i called!! The technician was very knowledgeable and suggested many techniques on how to care for my unit and how to make it work to its full potential! I highly recommend this company and ask for Gelacio L. Hes the best technician Ive ever had work on my unit. Theyre not expensive either compared to the more popular companies! Call them!!

The guy who came to my house was awesome didnt do extra stuff to charge me more. Showed me what we could do to keep a/c working great. I would recommend this company.

I was reading these reviews only after getting my A/C fixed by them. I have to say our tech Gelasio was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and prompt. We have not had any issues after getting it fixed. Highly recommend.

Horrible technician. My unit was frozen up, so tech decided to take condenser unit apart, reconnected wires incorrectly, and did not tighten fan blade, which nearly destroyed my unit several days later. Tech then sends me a quote for a new condenser unit--mine is only 4 years old. Go figure. Never, ever use this company.

Had a 4 ton AC unit and new gas furnace installed a couple of weeks ago. Rick was professional and I did not feel rushed during the week it took me to shop and research. David was the lead installer, very honest and friendly person. So far everything works as it should. Installation is as important as the equipment itself and I feel confident I will enjoy my refrigerated conversion for many years. Quote was honored with no revisions or up-selling. Excellent service and honest prices!!

Do NOT use this company. I purchased a Freus from them back in June of 2017. They had been out eight, nine, ten times. Im not sure. I lost count. They kept saying that it was a leak on the unit. They werent wrong as every time they recharged it, it would run for a month or two. Full disclosure, I knew nothing about refrigerated air. I ended up paying nearly as much for the HVAC unit alone with them as I did the entire system(blower, furnace, HVAC unit, inside coil) I just had installed by another company. Come to find out, the leak was not only in the HVAC unit, but there were leaks in the coil in the garage as well. They never stepped foot inside the garage. The last time someone came out to look for the problem was April 19th and I still havent heard back from them as of today, May 2nd. None of that mentions the no shows and the late arrivals. Their turnover of employees is unreal too. Please, save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere.

Would have given 0 if I could have.I have a two story home with two swamp coolers on the roof. I needed to have my heat shut down and my swamp cooler turned on. I explained that when I called to schedule with them.They came out to my house on time but the guy they sent didnt even have a ladder.When he came in, he seemed clueless! He unplugged the heaters and then proceed to tell me that he had to leave to get a ladder.One hour layer he knocks again and has a tiny collapsible ladder. There was no way he was going to be able to get up on a two story roof with it. The guy fumbled around trying to figure out how to use it to get up there and after about 30 minutes of me worried about him falling, I sent him away. He said they may send me a bill for his time. Wonder if hes trying to charge me for the running to get a ladder or the fumbling around with it? XD
