Wonderful communication setup. Called to make the appointment and got automated text messages about the status of the appointment. Tech was out just toward the end of my two hour window and Jose V was great. Took the time to listen to what occurred and then went straight into the diagnosis. Changed the motor and he did all the checks to make sure we were all set. He was professional and gave me some superb info on my system and what the latest standards are. Good things that will help me make an educated call next maintenance tell. Would call them again for my next HVAC needs.

Our work repairman Julio was helpful. He explained each step of the process and taught me quite a bit about our system which is an area I am not well versed in. He also leveled with me as we were taking about possible actions to fix our furnance and problem without me ever feeling that I was being upsold or taken advantage of.

Brantley B the tech was awesome! He was the 2nd tech who mentioned he saw bacteria in my air handler telling me I needed to get an air purifier installed. He explained what it was and how it could affect my health and breathing as well as how the purifier would benefit my health, cleaner air and eliminate odors in the home. After that, I decided to have the Air purifier installed.
