First, I asked for the water to be warmer and she said this is as warm as it gets. Well, funny cuz when it was being filled up it was hot but she put too much cold in. Lazy. I’m not dumb.Then I asked to cut my toenails short as possible and she didn’t so I asked her to file them shorter then and she said it would hurt my tie if she did… there’s more but I’ll never go near there ever again so I’m over it. boo.

They wanted to charge me $50 for a regular pedicure I would get somewhere else way cheaper and with GEL. Cause I ask for callus remover. When she was so gentle with the back. She barely massage my feet. Didn’t even tip and told her imma pay 45. And my pedicure doesn’t look that good. Also she cut me and kept filing my toes. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Me and my friend went in for two pedicures. The two ladies continually were trying to get us to get gel when all we said from the beginning was regular. The women working on my feet cut my toe then added a chemical which burnt and hurt my toe even more. She then was really rough and kept hurting the toe which she had previously cut. Me and my friend came in w workout shoes straight out of the gym (assuming they had the pedicure sandles like any other place does) and during my pedicure the women tried to convince me to get gel yet again and pointed at my shoes. I asked “Do you have sandles?” And she said “Yes but 3$ more” at this point I told her to wrap up the service and just charge me what she had begun because it was ridiculous and very poor customer service since we stepped in. I don’t recommend this place, nor will have any of my friends ever coming here.

I think the lady’s name was song, she was extremely rough and made me bleed multiple times, all my fingers have cuts from her nail extremely forcing into mine to loosen the glue . Her finger nail was extremely yellow and did not look sanitary at all. I hope I don’t get an infection

Im so in love with my nails 😍. I went to see my friends beautiful grandmother Linh (hope I spelled it right) and she was so sweet she made me miss my grandmother😭. Her and her lovely sister-in-laws took really good care of me. I really loved their service thank you so much I cant stop looking at my nails, I recommend going there and Ill be back soon!❤

Have been going to Mary for 4 years. I do call and make an appointment as she has a large clientele. She has been doing nails for over 14 years. My nails look great, last for a long time, never lift and have never had a bad experience. She is always on time, professional and works very hard on her beautiful nail art designs. They just purchased new salon chairs for pedicures which are very comfortable and have many high tech features. I would recommend this salon and have to many of my friends.

Ask for Song! She does BEAUTIFUL nails. I would walk out with my acrylics before she even painted them they look so good! Ive never been dissatisfied with their service. Unfortunately I live too far to come here regularly but they deserve more clientele!

My nails did not last...very disappointed 😞

I got my nails done on the 18 by the 26th four nails broke the very thin amount of acrylic for this nail length was very wrong. Four nails broken and I dont need a fill yet I was told it would be ten dollars per nail to be fixed I paid 65 dollars to get them done the first time it is a set up to get you to come back to make more cash. I will never go there again. This just wasnt cool at all.

They use to charge 10 dlls for eyebrows not so long ago, maybe two months ago, now they charged me 20 they said because I had a lot o hairs to remove, its an abuse, if you want to come here, ask for prices before you get anything done.

My sister had been telling me to try this place for the longest time but I was so committed to my former salon. The only reason why I even tried this place was because I was in dire need of a fill and my regular salon was closed. I am so glad I this place a shot. Lynn did an AMAZING job. I absolutely love my nails! I will be back and will definitely be requesting Lynn. As should you!

I got the worst ingrown toenail of my life from this place 3 weeks ago, Im still in pain and need to go to a podiatrist to fix it now. I will never go back here

So my first experience here at this place was amazing my nails lasted over three weeks and they stayed in tact until I got tired of wearing them they were very nice to me and I tipped them pretty good my second experience not quite sure if they remembered me because I was in my work uniform just getting off work and I want to feel good so I got my nails done here at this place it wasn’t a very good experience after I was done the following day the top part of the nail was very loose I had to use superglue to keep my nail on five days into the acrylic is coming off making the whole nail pop off you can see her in the picture that they’re not very cute I wasn’t trying to complain now I call them and ask them to speak to the manager and they’re just blaming it on me working too hard on them which I know how to take care of nails The lady was having trouble with the glue before hand so I don’t think I’ll be back when you’re spending money and a good tip you should get the service in return They do amazing nails most the time and it’s sad on a slow day they treat customers with poor service

The service was very poor, not nice with peopleIt was my first time going there and asked them to change the color, they said we can’t do the same as the pic, it’s not our problem if you don’t get the same until I showed them different pic! I mostly came for a pedicure. I felt my feet needed some attention so I went there . Decided to get a French tip as well. At first the price was shocking but I pay the same for my hair. A laborer is worthy of their hire . I’m really happy with my experience. No complaints and I would come back. 1stTime visiting thinking about bringing my nieces. Personally I was more then satisfied. IDon’t know everyone’s names but the staff was super nice . I was a little nervous, the staff made me comfortable.I loved my experience ❤️.

The picture is my nails after 4 days. I got a gel manicure & pedicure that day. I spent $100 total. Im am the most patient, kind, and positive individual. When my manicure was finished, I was in shock. I literally was frozen staring at my fingers trying to convince myself that I could fix my nails when I left, but I couldnt. I could not in good conscious leave paying $50 for a horrible manicure. The lady didnt even try to rectify the problem, she blamed me saying I did it when the paint was drying. Are you foreal? My 5 yr old niece could have painted my nails better. And it wasnt until my friend told her to repaint them, that she tried to smooth the ugly job over with a top coat. Oh and my pedicure...The lady clipped more then the cuticle. She clipped my skin, causing my toe to bleed. Did she apologize? No. Did I get a discount on my service? Hell no. I have never wrote a bad review before, but everyone should know the truth. Youve been warned.

I love going to LA Nails & spa to visit my favorite girl Lynn. She has over 26 years of experience, which make her an expert on everything nails. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail establishment. What was supposed to be a memorable outing for my sons and I went awry quickly. This nail shop charge to me a total of $125 for three basic spa pedicure and manicure‘s for myself a 16-year-old and a nine-year-old male. I was the only one to receive polish on my toes only. The foot massage was horrible and I felt like a three-year-old was Aron massaging my legs and my feet they use cold lotion and oil no one towels to wipe the lotion off of my legs for rubble. The basic manicure or where you just have your nails birthday your cuticles cut and boiled and your nails cut down felt like it was done by two-year-old because my nails aren’t even that out properly nor are they even in uniform. The employee who set up the service is fast talked and missed communicated the pricing of the services provided. I was overcharged to receive poor quality services. LA nails and spa at Parkway, Plaza is a rip off and I would not go back there again nor will I recommend anyone to utilize their services.

I am not one to leave reviews as I work in customer service. Been coming here for about 7 months. One or two nail techs do a great job the rest are so rude. Zero reason to be. I smile say hello how are you. I don’t expect much I really don’t. But these women are bluntly rude and disrespectful for no reason.I am a loyal returning customer they all recognize that. I tip well I’m nice. I get a basic solid color gel. Despite how rude they are I have came back because of hours convenience and always hoping for a change.My last two encounters will be the last. They Rush you, I mean rush !! Are very rude and it took all of me not to ask in the middle of my service this time for her to just stop and I’ll go else where cus clearly I’m a burden in her day. Nails look rushed. Very unfortunate to have that type of staff and service.

My husband and I came here for the first time less than a week ago and the service was nothing to brag about. I’ve been growing my natural nails for the past 2-3 months and getting nexgen (dip powder) to keep them strong. Less than 2 days later, there were cracks in my nails and now 4 of my real nails are broken. I wouldn’t be so upset if they were fake nails. I’ve never broken my real nail or seen cracks any other time i’ve gotten nexgen. Very disappointed and will not be back here.

50 bucks for a full set of acrylics and they dont even have designs or anything. I asked about it and they said they didnt do designs there. Most of the staff seemed annoyed and it just felt uncomfortable.

Came back twice to get my nails fixed or repainted. My gel pedicure peeled off days even after the second time they fixed them. Definitely the worst quality

I came here about a week ago and got a gel manicure. It was horribly done. They painted all in my cuticle, one of my nails had a weird blue stain, some of them had parts that weren’t painted at all, and one of them chipped days after they were done. I was shocked because gel lasts a very very long time. I paid $30 for this and I was not satisfied. It was my first time getting my nails done and I thought that’s just how it works sometimes. Many of my friends got their nails done that weekend too and we all got the same thing for the most part, white gel nails. My friends nails looked incredible and cleaner. They also got them for about half the price. I don’t plan on coming back.

If this its your only option, felt like i was on a factory production line. The 10 extra min massage was no different than any other .... no extra time, why did I spend the extra $$$$, for the quality of work rhus place is too expensive. Sorry I wasted my time here.

Horrible. Didn’t even cut my nails evenly . I’ve had them 3 days my nail broke off, she didn’t buff my nail . Did a horrible job painting them and was very impatient . She put a clear coat over my peach polish before it was even dry . I asked for wide coffin long nails and she cut them too short and also made them more pointed. My mom does nails and has for over 15 years . This is the worst set I’ve ever had . I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude saying it’s not their problem I picked a certain polish which I found very disrespectful as I paid $45 for the set. This set was for a wedding and I’m solely embarrassed about how they looked . Muggy and uneven . I called and asked for the owner and the lady first said they went out of town for a month then she said i don’t know where they are. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Absolutely love this nail salon they are very professional very caring. They listen to your opinion on what you want and what you would like and they give you the best result that they possibly can and 99% of the time its the best in San Diego in my opinion and the best for your dollar!

I came in for a fill everything is fine until she files my nails she cuts me not once but multiple times the first time she put super glue on my cut then she goes to file another one and cut me again she tells me to go wash my hands so I do at this point my second cut is still bleeding by the time I get back, so she super glued that cut. it was the worst experience I have had I just wanted to get out, by the time she was done so I paid and left and when I got home to top it off the gel polish starts coming off. I called and told them what happened and asked for a repair or nail change and they said it would be 30 dollars even though I got cut and the gel polish was ruined which was outrageous they dont care about customer service or customer care I would never recommend this place.

They rush way to fast and I got charge for having my other gel paint remove. Which they not supposed to..charge you for that..then I wanted gel and they try to force me to get a packet deal with my gel nails..over all..they didnt.explain to me they would charge me for nails..

I wanted to like this place. But this is ridiculous I had a horrible experience. First everything was rushed I couldnt even take time to pick my colors. It didnt turn out the way I wanted them. They were obviously easier tempered. I also got cut by the drill. The pedi lady didnt apologize or care and no first aid was applied or available. Like my toe still hurts, I will NEVER go back again. Waste of money was so uncomfortable.

Wife and husband did nails! I been to this place a few times, because its convenient, its open after 6pm when almost everyone is closed, although its a little bit pricey and sometimes they dont leave it right, and since its inside the mall you may get looks of people that walk trhu overall great experience.

Dont come here! Very bad place. My toe nails hurt. I hope I dont get an infection! And they dont even do a design, they put stickers. Worst place of all.

A very dirty salon ! I had to take my nails off before 1 week they were bothering me a lot. It turned out their acrylic had burned some layers of my nails as you can see my nails. I tried to cover it up with nail polish yet you can tell how deep it is. Not worth it, they are very cheap, they use scissors to cut the nails and re use the same nail files. At the end i saw the lady that did my nails had fungus in her nail. Dont EVEN come here so disappointed and disgusted!

Got the most expensive pedicure and barley got a message. I was passed between a couple of people. The gel manicure didnt last a full week before peeling. Bummed.

Absolutely terrible. Friend and I where kind of desperate for a pedi and full set since our regular place closes early we decided to give this place a try . Worst mistake ever . I was charged $40 for a pedi and mani even though I stop the mani lady to stop the service. She ripped my natural nail while filling and made me bleed while scrubbing and made my nails really thin . I was charged for a Callus remover I never received . And they throw all the stuff into the pedi bowl they use on your mani . They are absolutely rude and rough . Regardless state board regulations are not kept up there on client care and cleaning.

All bad. They ripped me off, prices said $40 and they charged me $45 for a full set, very overpriced. The lady cut me 4 times to the point where I was bleeding, filed my nails to rough, and my nails were uneven. Then after when I removed my nails at another salon my natural nails were ruined, half of them were cracked and broken. Never going there again, I dont recommend for the prices or quality.

Excelent results. I had Mary doing my fill anf she was nice and very detailed. Ice paid mote for less quality. I definitly recommend it. P.S it did take about 2 hrs tho, down side when you have errands to run.

Quick service, very pretty nails

I paid $28 for a pedicure and that was for a basic pedi with a callus scrub, which she did a horrible job at that. The lady who did my pedicure cut my cuticle so deep a corner of my toe hurt for a couple of days.

WORST SALON EVER. They sanded down past my actual nail while removing my acrylics. When I told her it hurts, she ignored it. Every single nail has been destroyed. ALSO, they give you a lot more options than they are able to provide. None of them can do the nail art designs they let you chose from. I dont think they deserve any stars.

Horrible! I went here because I had a gift certificate. They were awful! My nails are thick, uneven, and just plain ugly! Overpriced and my friend almost cussed them out wjen they burnt her feet with scalding hot water and cut her toe nails so close to the skin it was painful for days after. Avoid this place at all costs! !!!!
