Decided to try a new place. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. Arcrylic hard goopy stuff around my nails.... worst job on my nails that’s ever been done. I will never go back.

This place was so great I enjoyed the nail service cure the lady Nikki is so nice and the prices are out of this world there is supposed to be nail shop next door to her but they charge a whole lot and theyre stealing her customers like nobodys business but you know what she is a great lady and the prices are great and I sat there and she took her time doing everything in my nails look absolutely fabulous I love it I freaking love it so if youre coming El Cajon to get your find a place to get your nails done and go right here to top fashion not the ones next door to her theyre trying to steal customers and everything and still even really have a great sign up anyhow so come here are the top fashion hair Nails and Spa Nikki does it all

I needed to get in at night because I do hair and work long hours, they got me in and did a wonderful job and stayed late for me. They were very friendly and clean and gave a great massage. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Natalie was wonderful. I have been looking for a good place for years. I have been to many shops and had not found a friendly great place. These ladies are great and I should know because I manage a hair salon. Outstanding work

I just wanted a simple pedicure for my toes to match my nails and Nikki did a great job. She was patient, unlike some other places, and very kind! I would come here again.

I highly recommend not coming here. Made a appointment for a manicure and pedicure.When I walked in the owner who was the only one working put me in a pedicure chair and went back to the costumer she had. After waiting 20 minutes in the chair she came to assist me and went straight to cutting my nails in which she cut me. She then went directly to painting them. After the long wait I was ready to leave so I didn’t complain. The painting job was no doubt terrible but I just wanted to leave. The entire time I was here she complained about the neighbor. When I told her I was ready to leave she wouldn’t easily let me. She convinced me to get the manicure so I mistakenly allowed her to do so and it looked like a toddle did my nails. I was in a hurry and figured she needed the money more than I did so I left unhappy after almost 3 hours. I don’t understand how this lady is in business. It was stressful the entire time and the work was terrible.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Came here to get my engagement nails done and was sent out of the store with incomplete nails, ONLY because I told the dirty worker to wash your hands after giving someone a pedicure before touching my hands.. THE DISRESPECT!!! I will never EVER go there again

Nikki is a very sweet lady and always does a great job on our nails!!! Plus my son loves going there to get a pedicure. I would recommend going there to anybody.

I came in here accidentally. Meant to go to salon next door. Anyway, they said they had time and put my feet in the bucket for about 5 min. Another lady came in and asked me if they just started mine and I said yes. She griped about having an appt. They apparently forgot that she did (what?!?), so ended up taking me out the chair to help her.Clearly theyre unorganized and I wont ever be back.

I’ve never actually been to Top Fashion because of they’re reviews saying they messed up nails and are really rude, but I have been going next door at Final Touch Nail Salon for years and it’s a much better experience as I’ve seen. As soon as I park to go inside Final Touch salon the owner from Top Fashion comes outside trying to tell me to come in and when I’m say I’m sorry I’m going next door she tells me to move my car and park in the back of the building. Top fashion has 10 reserved parking spots that are almost always empty. I wasn’t in one of those spots but she tried to make me move like she didn’t want my car even near her store because I wasn’t going inside. This isn’t the first incident like I said I’ve been going to Final Touch for years. They have great prices and do a really great work. Don’t waste your money or patience with Top Fashion just go next door to Final Touch.

I took a chance after reading the reviews . They were either really good or really bad . But the bad had nothing to do with the quality of the work. The good said things about the quality. And I we as surprised they were open on a Sunday past 6. They close at 7 30 but I walked in before closing . Nikki was doing nails for someone so I waited and I ended up leaving at 9 pm. I just had a fill but so far she did a good job. They look good . And it was only $25 . But I gave her a bigger tip for staying so late.

I came here .. as soon as I parked my car I felt like I was being auction off by having two nail owners fighting in off there prices. I walked in to a low budget nail salon n spa. The owner was nice. All over the place, but nice. I got there at 11am, only 1 man ahead of me already getting his hair cut. She took almost an hour and 15 min on a not so good pedicure. She started doing my Acrylics and once she had done all the filing my nails were still done bad, she failed to clean under my nails, or cut my cuticle. I was beyond frustrated die to the design I wanted she was not achieving. How hard is it to do a thin gel manicure!!!!! I ended up leaving with blood on my toe, my nails half ass done w/ no polish. & she still wanted to charge me full price!!!!! Never going here again.

I dont care about the rivalry between this place and the place next door. When I get my nails done, I want to relax but hearing this lady talk about who steals what customers stressed me out. Also, she took 3 and a half hours to do a set of acrylics on me. I have never had my nails take that long. And she cut my cuticles up so badly, it looked horrible. And then she put the polish on too thick and it started running off the sides of my nails, and blamed me!!! I left after 3 and a half hours and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will never be back. A little advice:quit focusing on the place next door and just learn how to do nails.

My go-to location for mani-pedi and even hair when needed. Great prices. Love their polishes that dont fade, change color (white) or chip. Park in the back to stay away from crazy neighbor Salon.

WARNING!! AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Beware if you are a Final Touch customer (their much better competition next door). The owner will literally come out of her barren empty shop and harass you as you arrive for your appointment. Then shell bury you with lies about her competition as youre walking in, and her opinion of why you should go to her shop instead... Yes, really! What business owner does does that?? Get that on social media for yourself.Wouldnt it be much wiser to save your business reputation, and just relocate your business, rather than directly bash your neighboring competitor, and harass their customers??... ijs smh

This is my usually location to get my nails done. However today (7/12/18) the service was not acceptable. I came in for a pedi and polish change. The pedi went perfect but after that no one came to do my polish change for my hands. I was soaking in acetone for 45+ minutes. The other customers were assisted and finished while my nails were not done. I wont be coming back here. This location is also a salon but it is not set up properly. Very sad I had a horrible experience.

Been coming here since 2012 love it here! ive brought many friends here they always love it too, tips do not park in her parking unless your coming in here in specific.

Hair salon close to home? Just kidding, they dont appreciate business. Actually, they have few enough customers that they have hired an employee to harass anyone in the parking lot, because apparently owning parking spaces is more important than potential customers.

The manager of the store has a pretty bad record. She used to be an employee of the salon next door to hers and moved in in an attempt to sabotage business due to her being fired. She constantly scouts the parking lot and tricks customers with her low prices. The other thing is she only has 1 other employee so if you get your nails done there be prepared to stay for 1+ hours. Personally i would go to the salon next door, they have been around for over 10 years and are very reliable.

I gave my review but they must of deleted my review. About a month ago I came in and got a fill. I wanted to leave a tip but I didnt have cash. So I was going to go down to Wells Fargo to get some money out of my bank but I didnt want to go that far because I was going in the opposite direction. So I went next door just look at their ATM to see if theirs charged customers to get money. But I seen they do charge. So as i was leaving the place next door where I got my nails done. Started saying stuff to me. And yelling cus I went into the shop next door. Like what? Why are you mad i went to see if I could give money to you.????? The hole time I got my nails done they down talking and degrading the lady next door... Im clueless as to what their problem was but I did not return with a tip after being confronted after coming out her shop... Like how unprofessional is that. I can go where I want. Do not try to control people.

This place is absolutely horrible and the lady working tonight I’m assuming is the owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. I parked in the spot I’m assuming she owns she comes out to my car and tells me my daughter needs to go into her salon and tell her no she’s going where I have been going for years then she starts yelling at me and calling me a lair that I haven’t gone next door for years. Seriously lady not today you should really learn how to treat people remember you used to work next door for Nancy and you decided to turn against them and open your salon next door and now you harass people not anyway to build your clients.

I got here at 3pm and its now its 3:30pm and im still soaking my feet in water. Unbeknowst to me theres only one person working on Friday. I didnt want to be rude n get up and leave and asked how much longer, she looked at me rudely and said she had 1 other person before me. She is finally doing my toes n asked me if I wanted a haircut and i told her no as i had just gotten one on Monday, she told me to come to her instead of my hairdresser of 12yrs. She also told me not to go get my manicure at my local place and come to her. I ONLY came here because I left work early and wanted to come home. I get my nails done by my work off Aero drive She has offered me every service my gawwd. Yet here it is 7 minutes into my pedicure and she is done. Will definitely not be coming back here. I get a pedicure to relax and this was not relaxing. Waste of my money. She didnt take time for ANYTHING as she has another client waiting. Dont waste your time here. I dont even feel like paying for whatever she did.

Dont NOT go to this place. I had the worst experience ever. I came in for a full set and pedi and 4 hours later i left with the worst set of nails Ive ever had in my life. This lady has no idea what shes doing. She offered to fix them, but by this time is was already 10 p.m.. I just wanted to go home. If youre thinking of stopping by DONT do it. Youre better off goin next door and asking for Tela or Nina.

This place is ridiculous, as soon a you park your car in ANY parking spot (including ones not marked for the business) some one comes to your car and asks you to leave. I am sick of getting harassed and the surrounding businesses should know you are driving people away.

Very unsanitary they got my acrylics crooked and I told her to fix it and she said no it was fine I had to wait a long time. When her gaurd got off work she left my nails to go shew away cars.

As i was parking for a walk in both nail shops came out and started arguing...trying to get me into their nail salon...so as nive as i wamet to ne i came into top fashion thinking i would come out happy with my service.But no i didnt. It took about an hour and 20 mins for me to finially start to get my nails done. I showed her wat i wanet . 20 mins into the work a costumer comes in but couldnt be attended so the costumer decided to go next door. And the nail tech lady gets up amd runs after her just so she wpuldnt end up woth the competition. And just left me their waiting for 10 mins. Very unprofessional...Then makes my cofin nails look horrible but i decided to still have faith on her. But no she then tells me she doesnt know how to do what o had asked for. I told her fine just give me some color. She was in so rush it looked bad. I asked her to please stop and remove the polish and to not do no more on my nails.I walked out very but very unhappy with the quality, the service and the management .

Today I went to get a pedicure and manicure at Top Fashion Hair & Nail Spa. What is a great place ! Make sure you get out of your car and head to the entrance to the building where the spa is located, be sure to look up and read the signs on the front of the business. Top Fashion Hair & Nail Spa is located right next to Final Touch Nail Salon. Dont go to the nail salon by mistake! The owners and workers of the final touch salon are trying to welcome you to the parking lot and mistakenly direct you to their shop. They are terrible, they try to charge you more after you are in the building and very unethical! Top Fashion Hair & Nail Spa is where you want to go. Nikki the owner is one of the best and most honest spa workers I have ever seen. The spa pedicure she did for me was very detailed, and it was one of the best Ive ever had. She was so nice that we moved on to a manicure which was also top of the line, in every way. I was also very impressed with Nikki as she cleaned the tub of the spa chair I had been using for my foot care over and over again. Her dedication to cleaning everything was so great! Nikki took so much time to do a great job on me! Prices are great! in SPA which is pretty reasonable, especially considering the amount of time Nikki spent on both procedures. I will definitely be back and plan to bring my wife for a pedicure too.
