I have gone here and to her previous place for a few years. Very little waiting to get a good haircut and good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

She’s so rude and disrespectful I called her n sat an appointment with her! I drove 45 mins to her place and when I arrived she said I can’t take u my son has a concert n I’m taking him! Don’t trust her!

I came for a pedicure and the only reason it’s not a 5-star review is she doesn’t have the big pedicure chairs! My toes were very carefully taken care of and I left super satisfied :) I’ll definitely go again.

I love Lucy an her staff! They always do so well on my hair and it has never come out looking bad! Theyre even reserving the whole shop my my wedding party to make sure everyone can get done! When I get a haircut, hair dye, style, eyebrows and a pedicure, it only costs $100 and everything is done so perfectly! I love Lucys!

I went to this place because it was next to my bank. It was a mistake as soon as I walked in. The place looked cheap there was honestly like 15 different nail colors to choose from,both gel and regular polish. My acrylics were $25 which is cheap but you get thick fat nails with gel poorly painted on. I had polish on my fingers. The acrylics were placed poorly they werent straight they bend upwards. Worst mistake ever. Never coming here again. This is a warning. I dont know about their other service but if you want tour nails done dont come here

Lucy is the rudest person you will ever meet. i am only seventeen so you can imagine how much money i make, not a lot at all. i went in to get my nails done (gel only) and she told me 20 bucks. i paid.. she did them beautifully and she was so kind and playful at first. i thought this was the new regular place i was going to go to.. i paid my money and i never got a receipt. i got my nails on a monday.. THEEE days later (thanksgiving night) one of my nails started to peel off. it came off completely. my mom called lucy and she said to come in saturday or sunday. so my mom and i went in saturday. she told me she couldn’t do it today because she was closing THREE HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME!!!! I knew this was a red flag but we left and my dad and i came back the following day, sunday. i walk in and lucy’s assistant.. kind of understood what happened so he sat down to do my nails.. i asked for powder this time since i was scared the gel would just peel off again. gel was 20 bucks. powder was 25 so i told them i wouldn’t pay another 20 but i’ll givr her the five bucks and she starts freaking out and telling me to leave because she wasn’t going to do them and because she was “closing” an HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE HER CLOSING TIME! i asked why she wasn’t and why she was freaking out and she said it was because it had been a week since i got my gel nails and she only allows a week until you have to pay again. MY MOTHER CALLED BACK THURSDAY THE 23rd ANF I GOT MY NAILS DONE ON MONDAY THE 19th! i knew she was pushing us out just so she could say this. she had a costumer in there because lucy was cutting her hair and infront of the costumer she told me to shut up. i freaked out and was so shocked she just said that and i told her i wasn’t leaving without a refund and she told me she had cameras in the room and to call the police. i didn’t want any trouble but this lady. all i wanted was either a refund or powder. i don’t have 20 bucks to throw out every week because my gel polish just came off three days after getting it. anyways, i just filled out a complaint to the “better business bureau” and they are going to do something about it. if you’re reading this, save your money and go somewhere else. don’t do the mistake i did. there are better and kinder people than lucy who will charge less and do an amazing job. DO NOT COME TO LUCYS!!!
