I didnt like it at all the glue is showing the nails are not the same cut not smooth

If i could give ZERO stars i would. This nail shop SUCKZZZ!! I would advise anyone reading this review to steer clear of this low budget, unprofessional, thirsty poor excuse for a nail salon.. im pretty sure the ONLY ppl that like them are the old customers thats been going there since they opened.. i actually hope an astroid or boulder crashes through it during business hours.. 2 thumbs down!

Well I went there for pedicure and manicure my pedicure was good but my manicure was horrible not clean she didn’t even push my cuticles she cut them because I asked her to do so or else she wouldn’t as you can see the edges was not clean at all and the shapes where not the same for all my nails they charged me 73$ which was a lot and totally not worth it I am not recommending it to anyone

I usually do my nails by Tina but she no longer works there. So, for the first time I did my nails by Kim and after 4 days waking up in the morning found one nail broken I went to fix it they charged me $5 and the following day another nail broke which is in the picture above, I went to them and explained how the service is bad this time and one lady that works there she went off on me and said go somewhere else and do not come back here again and you are the one whoa breaking your nails, you have to pay another $5. I DO NOT recommend going back there because they dont have good attitude to speak with their customers and all they want is money which I was fine to pay but not a situation that keeps repeating!

This is the worst place you can get your nails done at, very unprofessional and Disrespectful I had an appointment and made me wait for 30 minutes and every time they would come up to me and tell me to wait for two minutes more. Julie was very rude that she told me if I don’t want to wait when she is late for her own appointment I could leave what a bad customer service that she gives to her customers. Giving them one star is more than what they deserve for treating their customers that way.

Very poor quality. Julie did my nail. they broke a week later and the color peeled off. Was done very unprofessional. Im very disappointed and will not visit this place again. definitely waste of money.

Worst experience!!!! My nails look like a 5 year old did them. I tried telling the manicurist and supposedly he didnt understand. I tried talking to the manager and she could care less. She told me to wait and that someone could help me later. The person who did this was the owner and thats why no one wanted to fix it or help me. Im so unhappy and now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. So disappointing. Please dont go there that is the only way they will see that customer satisfaction is #1! Worst experience ever. This nail shop is so unprofessional and not worth the money AT ALL! My nails look like a little kid did them and in that case I would’ve done them myself. We asked for them to fix my mom and my nails and they were left the exact same. Asked to be refunded and owner refused to because “a lot” of time spent on my nails which is a lie. They spent about 30 min on my nails and barely used any product since they look so horrible.

I went in to get my nails done and I had an appointment and they didn’t let me in and they have really bad service and bad communication!

Worst place ever! The owner was busy and wanted to get her work done fast which resulted in her yelling at my mom to hurry up and sit. She made a scene and everyone was staring. My mom also simply picked a nail picture and asked the lady to do them but the lady responded in a very loud voice by saying that she doesnt look at pictures. She also yelled at my mom to just pick a color from her list because she doesnt have time for us. the workers started laughing at my mom and talking in their own language about her. It was clear they were making fun of her. My mom and I just left because it was truly disrespectful. My mom left the place with her nails half done. Do your self a favor and go to an actual good salon.

I asked for french nails faded nails. First of all, I didnt get what I wanted, I got what manicurist wanted. The quality is very poor and 38$ is not worth it. They look like 5$ nails. I regret going there.

Horrible service. Last time I went there, my nails looked like a 5 year old did them, and every time i go there their prices change. Do Not Recommend At All.

I prefer long long nails.... I waited an hour because none of them did long nails. Or wanted to do them. However.... Amber is the BEST tech there. And I’m picky. She’s the ONLY one I’ll ever go to !!! She made them about 1 stroke from perfect 😍

Only place I go for my pedis. Very good work especially for working on a man and not a lady. Always super friendly too. There are times theyre super busy. But even then they take their time to make it right.

I haven’t gotten a pedicure or manicure in over a year so I needed some work done. I am EXTREMELY protective of my feet and usually hate when anyone touches them but Amber did the most amazing job and not once asked about my toe (amputated) every time I get a pedicure which has only been maybe 5 times in my life the ladies always ask about it or make fun of it in a “nice” way. She was gentle yet firm and my feet have never felt so relaxed and soft. She also did my manicure and did an amazing job at it. There was no awkward small talk just genuine conversation about my tattoos and her family. Can’t wait to go back :) Thank you so much Amber! UPDATE: went back again and she did wonderful as always! Very attentive and professional!!!

There was really good service and it was a really good price. 20 dollors for regular nails and 25 for nails🙋 I asked for longish nails 5 different colors and coffin shape and it was 30 bucks which for me was amazing cause that at other places was over 35.

If your in the area and need to have your nails done this is a safe place to spend your money. Sanitary... And I have never had and fungus breakouts from here and that is something you should beware of before getting pedicures anywhere... More common than not. Relax nail offers sanitation and good service.

By far the worst experience ever !So I called today around 11:30am for a appointment for pedicure and a FILL . I specifically told the lady on the phone that I needed a fill not a full set . Once I sat on the chair the lady kept telling me if I wanted to take my old nails off I told her no . I finish my nails and pedicure and when I’m about to pay the lady says my nails are $30, I politely asked why was it $30 if I had got a fill . She Kept telling me because my nails are long, another lady then walks over and tells me it’s $4 extra charge because I got ONE nail a different color. I said that was okay but why was it $30 just my fill, she then tells me because my nails are long and I got one nail different color, and that the price was $30 for just a FILL . But her price chart said $13 for fill . She then looks at the other lady talking in her language saying “yeah it’s $30 “ I explained to her that it’s not okay to advertise one price in the salon and charge another when paying . She then tells me “you should of asked how much for a fill” but the prices are posted on the wall so why would I ? So I end up paying double the price advertised For a FILL ! Overall worst experience ever . They tell one price when walking in and another when paying . That’s called False advertisement .

Ive been going here for service since 2003. I am a stylist so I know California law in this field. Thats important because Im qualified to tell you this salon meets criteria. Ive never walked away with a fungus or any other bacterial issues from this place and contracting those things are far more common than you could imagine. If your in the El Cajon area this is the cleanest safest place to go in town.

Went and got my nails done yesterday and a pedicure, I spent $62 and the lady was talking so much and not paying attention to the point I have slices all over my fingers. I have chunks of missing skin and when I asked her to stop talking so she can pay attention she also sliced the bottoms of my fingers. How do you do that? But when I went to the owner to let her know what happens she said I dont see blood, it will be better tomorrow. Very inconsiderate and I felt they didnt care. No apology or anything. If you want to build clientele and have return clients you need to do better. I would give no stars but I had to at least do one. They SUCK!

The ladies in here know me because I use to come in all the time and always do a great job!!I always get gel manicure,French tip acrylic,or eyebrows,& face waxed.I even brought my husband here once for his eyebrows.They do a great job and love the pedicure massage chairs.The place is cozy,clean and relaxing.I have never got hurt when they are doing my nails and never had a complaint.I love that they massage my legs and feet when doing my pedicure and also when they massage my hands and arms when doing manicure.Thats what keeps me going back and the fact that I always leave happy with the work they do.I love this place and sad that I live in another part of town,so its hard to come here because its so far now.

This place isn’t consistent with their work or price. Some times I love my nails and other times I hate my nails. the last time I went I hated my nails there big bulky & chunky and not to mention the prices is always different. This last time I paid $60 for a full set and a pedicure. The prices that are posted they do not go by that. I feel they just make it up. I’ve never paid $60 for a full set of nail & a pedicure ever in my life!!

I did my nails and i came back next day cuz my nails scrached and one of them is broken then i waited for 2 hours and she just polished for me. Their work is out of profetional. Stay away ..

Okay let me start by saying that’s the worst nail shop ever. The people who work their are rude and disrespectful people. I recommend you not coming here and they did my nails cricket and not the color I want.

The worst customer service, I went to get my nails done and they made me wait 2 hours sitting down and on top trying to skip me and let other people go before me without appointment when I got there before them. The girl that sits in the first desk when you walk in, is really rude, and rolls her eyes as she speaks like she doesnt want you to be there and be able to help. They answer your questions looking annoyed like they dont feel like working. on top they do a rushed a work, and the nails end up looking funky and pricey! I suggest you dont go here.

Not a good salon very fast and bad and the nails break fast and the color I wanted did not come out how I wanted and I said that I didn’t like it and the girl said that she was going to charge me because i didn’t like the color and if I wanted to change I would have to pay.

Unprofessional, the lady used the same tools on me that she used on the lady before me. They were really rude. The service was just terriable. Will never ever return to this place.
