I always come here, and love it! but i do make an appointment, and multiple times i have shown up and had to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to finish another persons nails. even after confirming the time of my appointment with them on the phone... i love how my nails turn out! but it is always frustrating showing up to an appointment and having to wait way past your scheduled time.

Got a nice pedicure and was great that it included a foot massage. The chair, as nearly all places, had the massage chair working. Cost for service seemed reasonable. The customer waiting chairs seemed to be on the small size. My wife helped me get my socks back on as I sat back in the pedicure chair.

Everyone was wonderfully kind and patient with my senior mother. She left beaming and happy for her first time ever after getting her nails buffed. We highly recommend them.

Focus nails has been the only place I’ve gone to to get my nails done since moving from Ohio. They made me feel so welcomed and very talkative I love it! I actually will be heading there in the morning

I can always count on Tracey and Linda!!They have done my nails for my small wedding in October, costume nails design for my Marine Corp Birthday (USMC Vet) and they will be doing my nails for our big wedding next year!I can always count on someone being available, especially on Sundays, its best to make an appointment.They take cash only. But they have an ATM located inside the same nail salon!Their massage chairs when getting a pedicure is the best and they will work on your nails and feet at the same time!They also will do eyebrow wax!Reasonably priced!

The manicurists at Focus Nails take great care of their clients. Even though they are often very busy when Im there, I always feel like their most important client. Over the years, when I visited the salon and chatted with other clients, I learned that they too feel like the most important client in the salon. Im so glad this crazy COVID world did nto break the owner, and they are open again.

Pushy person with poor behavior, insisting on a wax . I was there with an intention to get a pedicure. SO PUSHY, I walked out .

I have been going to Linda at Focus Nails for over 5 years. She is the only person in San Diego that does my nails. I refuse to go anywhere else. She is always friendly and is a great at what she does.

I got both a pedicure and a dip nail manicure. The pedicure was great but my dip nails were terrible. Two chipped the first day. I’m on day four and I have to go get them redone at another salon. Not sure about their other services but I don’t think they do dip nails very often at this salon.

Love this place.. great customer service and they all ways make you feel welcomed. Their nails on are on POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I got there a little after they opened. They were so attentive. I had someone working on my pedicure and someone else working on my manicure. As a super busy mom of 3 who is always in a rush, this was amazing. This was my first experience with a California nail salon and they exceeded my expectations.

Ive been going here for several years now. Its a very friendly, neighborhood nail salon. Affordable. Clean. Everyone is nice. The massage chairs are comfy.

I get pedicures every 3 weeks in the summer and they do the best job of any of the other places around. I just had tips and gels put in by Ly and she did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Edna and Nancy took excellent care of hubby n my feet! Massage n cleaning best yet! 2 thumbs up!

Nice people but not good at doing nails. Nails are not good enough for the price they charge & I had nails fall off both times I went here. Sorry to say I will not be coming back.

I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails. I went through 5 of the so called best salons after moving here. Ivy does my nails and they are PERFECT. My pedicures are always amazing and last! There is no way I will ever go anywhere else. The staff are all so friendly and make the salon warm and friendly. I loooove this place!

They straight pampered my daughter. I get her gel nails because they actually stay on instead of the regular polish that flakes off in the bath. This is the first place that didnt argue with me about getting my tiny human some gel polish. Everyone else says no thats too expensive for a little girl, you should save your money and just get regular. And then ask me Im sure about 800 times leading up to them doing the mani/pedi. Everyone here was also super friendly. And we walked right in. Cash only though bgg ut there is an ATM inside.

Bad experience at this place. I did my toe nails and when they put my toes inside the automatic heat and air nail dryer on the ground, a cockroach was inside it omg!! like really? How dirty could this place be? And also my appointment was at 8:30 the lady who I was scheduled “may” or “ emy” idk was was her name exactly; she came after 9 am. She scheduled me earlier than the opening time. So anyways I screamed after I saw the cockroach walking on my leg the lady who did them for me did not even come to apologize and say sorry about that. Another employee came and said it’s okay it’s okay put them back. I told her are you sure? there is no more? She said yeah yeah. I was so surprised because they did not even offer me a discount or something for that horrible experience I have had with them and that was my first time going to them. a friend of mine scheduled the appointment for me bc she goes there. Btw I was 7 months pregnant when this happened! So imagine how bad was this for me. Oh man! They need more professional workers. I will never go there again although this place is 4 mins away from my house.

I have done my nails Buy them last Weekend and most of them were broken I went back to them and ask them to fix It to me but they were so rude and mean and also not clean !!!

ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING BACK! Besides being expensive, they are SUPER RUDE and talk about you, they dont tell you they only accept cash and have their atm machine inside which is fine but they started talking about my boyfriend and I and said I should try go get my nails done if I dont have money because he wasnt comfortable taking money out of their machine because another guy had a problem with the machine not giving him all his money or a receipt with the fees on it. So my boyfriend went to the Chase in the same parking lot. The guy started talking about us to another customer.BESIDES that! My nails were a MESS and the paint wasnt even dry and was squinting out after a couple of hours after I had gotten them done. I didnt notice he had made it so thick and didnt let it dry, was rushing the whole time to get another customer.

It was my first time to there and I found it cozy and the staff are really friendly and trying to do their best to please us .. (it was worth the try)

They are very nice, I never make an appointment and they ALWAYS take me in, (even 5 minutes before closing, hehehe)

This is not a child friendly place even if your child is getting a mani/pedi. They talk about everyone and were rude when my five year old needed a chair to sit next to me. She also had her nails and toes done and so I thought they would be nice and they were going back and forth talking about us. The owner is sooo snooty and it seems like everyone is miserable because of her. Find another place where they appreciate the business.

I want to know how much the manicures are? They don’t have a website so it’s hard to know

I have a (in-grow nail problem), I visit this place twice a month for almost 2 years to do pedicure, and I recommend Linda to do it if you have the same problem,Clean place very friendly staff nice relaxing soft music.
