Toes were clipped wrong which made my toes hurt. I had red polish all around my toe nail. Someone dropped a nail polish bottle and it shattered. It took them 20 minutes to sweet it up as people are walking barefoot around the salon.

Not going back...basic pedicure subpar

Was really excited I found a nail place near school, and was even more excited when I saw how nice and new it looks inside. Its really nice inside and the prices are really good. I went just to get my eyebrows done and everyone was incredibly rude. When I walked in I said I needed eyebrows done and the lady told me to take a seat it would be a few minutes. Understandable. About 2 minutes later after some women had come from the back the lady at the front table asked me if I was going to go to the waxing room, incredibly impatiently and rude. My eyebrows look fine but it was the most unrelaxing experience ever. The lady was fast and harsh and acted offended when I said I didnt need my upper lip done…thanks for implying you think I do. It was $8 for the wax and when I pulled out a card they all acted like it was the end of the world, that there were no cards for under $10 so I told them to just add a $2 tip for the lady, and she got mad at me for it. Sadly even with how nice it looks on the outside and the prices, dont think Ill be making my way back in there again.

Taylor is amazing nothing lasts on my nails and her gel mani lasted 2 and 1/2 weeks I was shocked I will keep continuing to come here if shes there! I do think that the massages could be longer but she was great!

I went on for a pedicure and full set specifically asking for small French tip. I kept asking her to make it small. Turned out with a huge white tip, longer nails than I wanted (I work outside and cant work with large nails). She ended up cutting me twice, both times I bled so much she had to stop and get a tissue to soak It up. The whole time she was rude to me and ended up charging me more than I was quoted in the beginning. Pedicure went fine.

Just got my nails done. I was rushed the way thru and the guy that did my nails wouldnt fix the bad job he did. I shouldnt have tipped him. If I could give no stars I would.

Linda does a great job; however, I have asked for a small white area and she just cant do that. I still go to her but have relegated to have no white

Paid for a pedicure got a polish change. Literally left there went right to buy a new pumice bar & went home & finished the job. Ugggh!!

Im not one to usually write a review but I really disliked my visit at this salon. Although the place is very clean my pedicure was extremely rushed. I dont think it took the lady 15 minutes from start to finish on my spa pedicure. Very disappointed!

Been here 3xs because its by the house, but they are awful, never honor appointments and do super fast jobs, I didnt even get a top coat.

I felt rushed through the services and they quote one price and charge more. Very rude and uninviting. When I asked why they charged me more then what they promote and yes, I pointed to their sign with their prices posted, they told me to leave and spoke loudly to their coworkers in their language. I will never go again.

Terrible customer service. Rude, unfriendly. I only come here-when I cant go anywhere else. One star for being open on Sunday.
