I spent about 51/2 hours there. I pampered myself from head to toe. Each of the 3 clinician were polite courteous respective of keeping me covered when necessary very sweet ladies great personalities knowing their profession very well. Definitely had an amazing wonderful experience there. I recommend to anyone who needs to be pampered and have relaxation back in their life.

Just han amazing experience at Eroma. The staff is wonderful and very professional, and the facility is clean and well organized. Probably the best spa I’ve been to. Eroma truly is a gem and I will definitely be returning when in town.

This spa is a real spa! I had an amazing 4 hours here! They have lockers for your things, a comfy robe and slippers to walk around in. Its amazing I started off in the sauna, then went in for a deep sugar scrub, massage and facial!

Would NOT recommend! We went with husband for a couples massage today. The treatment room for couples massage is made so cheap, undecorated and uncomfortable! I regret I didnt take a picture of it. There are only cold square tiles on the floor and even no small rugs for you to be comfortable to step on when youre taking off your clothes. There are also a big wall clock thats ticking so loud and a floor fan thats humming. The sound proofing is very poor so we often hear people taking during our massage. All of that doesnt help you to relax at all! The bedlinen was dark colors so we cant be sure how clean it was. We both were a little bit cold in that room.My massage was awful too. I used to get massage pretty often and I have some experience to compare with. I felt like the massage therapist was not really professional and experienced. She was not paying attention to what shes doing. She forgot to work on my low back at all, even though there was supposed to be a full body massage.My husbands massage was not so bad but stillNEVER AGAIN. One star.

My spa day experience was amazing!! From start to finish I felt pampered. I used a Groupon but that didnt cut on any of the services. From the sauna to the facial, massage and the body scrub it was such a relaxing and great experience. For someone who had never done a full body scrub and didnt know what to expect...I was so comfortable even being completely exposed. I definitely will be going back before my wedding.

Do not come here . Do not buy a Groupon voucher . Horrible service from owner and they make things up . I guess i have to learn to tell my body to not be sick because basically that’s what the owner told me .i did call for my second appointment ahead of time to cancel because of Covid when it first started and the receptionist told me if i had symptoms it was better to stay home and not come in . She redeemed my Voucher to use a different later time when they re open so i wouldn’t lose the expiration date . I called a week ago and the manager was rude now the owner wants to make things up ? I’m not looking for anything free but to keep ur word and be honest . Like i said before it’s not my fault Groupon owes you money like the manager told me. That problem is between you and Groupon not me. If they owe you money solve the issue with them not me .

I was a little apprehensive when I pulled up to the parking lot, but when I entered the building, I was greeted with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Kelly gave me the best massage of my life. I have been suffering from sciatic nerve pain and I have been basically pain free for two weeks! I followed up with a facial from Brian, who was a pleasure chatting with and left me feeling glowing and beautiful. Great experience and I will be a repeat customer!

They are super professional and know exactly what they are doing. The only suggestion I would have for them is to buy a very strong stain remover for their robes because there are sweat or deodorant stains on them other than that everything is super clean.

My massage was good and she did really well concentrating on my knots. The other employees were very nice. Heres the negative part: the bathroom by the salon wasnt that clean. The waiting area wasnt very clean either. It wasnt very quiet when getting my massage with people laughing and talking loud, and I could hear the clothes dryer. The sauna was the small single ones, which was fine. Though my rump is extremely sore from sitting on those slats and you cant really sit in too many ways in there.. I did the sauna after my massage and I always thought you should warm up your muscles before massage.

I did a spa package for my birthday and it was a lovely experience. The ladies were nice and good at their job. Had a body scrub there for the first time and that was an amazing and unique experience. Id go back again.

She got right into all my locked up and tight areas,and made sure to check in about the pressure.I felt immediate relief as soon as I got off the table.She is a very skilled therapist.I walked in all scrunched up and sore and walked out feeling SO much better!Thank you Jessie and Eroma...I really needed this today.

On August 25th, I sent my fiancée to this salon for a massage and hair styling. Although the massage therapist was apparently amazing and deserves 10 stars, the hair stylist who (according to him) previously worked in Hollywood, had not listened to my fiancée at all and had butchered her hair. This may seem to others as a small issue. Yet, my fiancée and I had just arrived for her first visit to the States from France, the day before, which was also her birthday. Since she has been suffering from a combination of Crohns disease and pancreatic cancer, I wanted to do something to make her feel special and hopefully better. Her hair had survived one series of chemotherapy, which she was extremely grateful for. Which was another reason I wanted her to have a wonderful experience. My fiancée was very clear to the stylist when she stated what she wanted. Apparently, all that he cared about was telling her fanciful stories of the time that he had worked in Hollywood, and decided to turn her hair into his vision. Yet, his vision did not include listening to her. Our wedding is supposed to be next week, and now what was supposed to be a wonderful time for her has become a nightmare. When we return to France in September, she will resume her chemotherapy, and probably lose her hair in the process. Her possible last days with her hair will be unforgettable in a very terrible way.
