When I initially arrived, they greeted me and got my pedicure started right away and it took 1 hour. The lady did not introduce herself or even say hi. She cut my toe a little bit but accidents happen. Once finished, they moved me to a station for my nails. Lin started working on my hands and she was really sweet and kind. She also did a phenomenal job with the shape and length of my nails. Right before applying the polish and design, they asked me to go to David’s station so he can finish. David didn’t make any small talk or anything but got to work right away. My nails took 1 hour and 45 minutes in total. Once he finished, it was so late so I paid and left. (Arrived at 5:55pm and left at 8:45pm) Looking at my nails from a far, they look great but once you get up close, you can see all the flaws. On their pricing list, they have pedicure style #3 listed as $32 but I paid $44. Online their full set prices show as $38 but I paid $50. I wouldn’t mind paying $50 for my nails, had they come out nice. I was also given 3 different people so I felt like I needed to tip all 3. In total, I paid $115 and my nails look like I’ve had them on for a week or two when the pictures are taken less than 20 minutes after leaving the salon.I’m not sure if I would be a returning customer but if I ever come back, I wouldn’t want anyone but Lin, she truly was really nice. At one point, she even had to fix a mess David made with one nail. Thank you Lin for your kindness and help.

Enjoyable atmosphere detail is everything and although there application is wonderful there shaping skills are horrible different lengths nails are bulky despite pictures on line associated with this shop its.the.total opposite but love the application especially the blending when doing ombre

My daughter and I showed up for our appointments and stood there in their almost empty shop for a good TEN MINUTES and no one acknowledged us!! Not one hi, hello or how can I help you! Nothing! Several workers made eye contact with me, but NONE spoke. So we left. Very rude!

I got my nails done Saturday lady who did them hurt my finger twice, filled my nails so thin they all started breaking by Monday two had broke completely two were already breaking off I come back Tuesday after work asked for my money back guy says no he says he can fix them but I have to come some other day because they “busy” when they had one person waiting I asked if I could get them fixed now since I was already here he says we’re busy when at this point there is nobody waiting I said I’d wait he says wait time is an hour.. worst fuking place Same lady who did my nails did my best friends and filed her actually nails so thin she had to tell her not to do her nails because she was afraid her real nails would not be able to handle it ! She left without getting them done ..worst place I’ve ever been to don’t waste your money !!

I have had such relaxing and wonderful experiences here. The staff is very attentive to business and treating people well. Plus the environment is so peaceful. I couldve fallen asleep during the pedicure. Special thanks to Lynn who did such a wonderful job and is so talented and gentle. I will definitely be coming back.

I was having a bad nail day. Another salon messed me up really bad, so I came here desperate for help. I walked into the salon and they were so nice to me. Lena worked her magic on me and did an AMAZING job! The massage included that she did was fantastic! I almost fell asleep. She took her time and really made me feel good. She was so sweet. I wish I could give a better review. But I walked in for a quick gel manicure polish change and walked out with polish all over my skin. I am so disappointed. The I got charged the .99 fee twice. I was just like its fine you get 6.00 instead of five bucks. Tammy did my nails. 26.99 to paint on my skin? I would rather paint my own nails form now on. It actually looks like my little one painted my nails :( - Super frustrating and during my lunch break which it made me late for that it took over an hour. I even showed Tony who would usually jump in and do something but he didnt.I gave two stars because she wasnt rude at all ! She told me to come back later to do it if I didnt like it. I didnt like it NOW, why couldnt we fix it now. I just got out of there as fast as i could.

Tech always would get up and do other things never sat to dedicate to nails and i always there over 2 hours! when designs came off next day (not gems) they couldnt accommodate my work schedule, i asked for a refund and now they refuse to do my nails, expect not to be seen at your appt time and get poor service

Mary was very rude lady. I asked her to make the edges of my nail round and she said you don’t say anything, I know what I’m doing. If you don’t want, go to another person. I never go back to this place.

I took my husband with me to get pedicures and they placed us in the back. I felt like a VIP. The service was fast, nice, and professional.I could have fallen asleep while getting my legs messaged!I will differently go back to see Lenn? Im not good with names..

First time at this nail salon and I have to say Hellen did an amazing job. I am very happy with my nails and recommend this salon. I will decently be going back.

Terrible experience. The nail tech that did my manicure filed my nails AFTER they were painted which left the sides looking rough and without polish. He also couldn’t follow simple directions. I showed him a picture of the manicure I wanted and he had to do it over 3 different times because he kept doing it wrong. Bubbles and dents were left in my manicure and the chrome powder he used didn’t cover all of the polish underneath. Additionally, he got gel polish on the skin on my finger and didn’t remove it so when I stuck my hand in the UV lamp is started burning terribly.

I use to go to this place religiously for acrylics and pedicures...until the day came I decided to get a gel manicure. I sat for 30 minutes after getting a pedicure to have my fingers set in cold water, polish slapped on, and a sad excuse of massage with some lotion. They didnt even cut my freaking cuticles! And they still charged me FULL PRICE, plus extra for the so called heart that was drawn. Could have had better luck with a kindergartener.Needless to say, I have not returned and do not plan to.I should have reported them to the bar, but they just so happen to run out of receipt paper when it was time to pay, and you need that to file a complaint.So next best thing is to no longer give them my money, and warn others.
