Really bummed. Had great reviews but maybe I didn’t get the best person in the shop. Don’t get me wrong, She was really really nice, but my nails and toes didn’t come out good. Runny polish lines with a few spots and brush hairs and jagged edge nails. $55 would have been a really good price for both mani and pedi if the polish turned out nice.

Nice salon. They were busy which Im glad to see. I liked overall how my nails turned out. I didnt realize until later some areas were missed. I would just advise to double check the cleanup before leaving.

I loved my experience here! TAMMY did my full set. Very sweet lady and professional, she didnt hurt or cut me at all. Enjoyed my conversation with her. Very clean salon friendly staff and quick accommodation (I walked in). Definitely recommend this salon! I will be back for my full. I love my nails THANK YOU TAMMY.

Broadway Nails was recommended to me by my Tia Mary. She has been going there for as long as I remember. I was attended by Rosa and been hee client since. Now, I took my daughter w me and she got her nails done by Katy. We are both pleased with their work, their patients, and the awesome way they have always treated us. Thank you. My nails are simple at the moment due to being a cancer patient/survivor but of I wanted anything other than what I usually get, I know they would be able to meet my expectations, and yours.

I was extremely disappointed by the staff at this nail place. I had been coming here for years and brought my mother-in law for the first time. We have a language barrier and it’s difficult to sometimes speak English. The lady that was helping us at the time, not even 5 minutes into the session grew visibly angry and slammed her tools onto the counter and began to yell between her and another worker, Which everyone in the salon stopped and was staring at her like she wasn’t okay. and then she stormed off. The other staff she yelled at come over to help us and apologized to us but that was it. I figured she was having a bad day, however I am at speechless at her treatment of me and my mother in law, and after coming here for years after this experience I won’t be coming back.

We called and asked to move our appointment and they said yeah!!! Come on down!! They were slammed... Waited a good amount of time. The guy didnt understand anything I asked for..I payed 50$ and this is the next day picture.. wont return for so many reasons..

EDIT: one week passed and almost my full left hand (minus my left thumb) has just popped off. it isnt even my dominant hand so i know its a problem with the manicure. also after closer inspection it was a shotty job to begin with- i asked for pink&white powder and she said she could only do pink powder and paint which seems odd to me considering what i wanted was a pre set option while i was booking the appointment. i don’t like how the tips are pink underneath. it was $65 down the drain.Previous Review: very good price the manicurist was very focused and made sure it was to my liking every step

Made an appointment online but never received a confirmation so I called and they confirmed it. I arrived on time but had to wait because they didnt actually set a tech and chair aside for the time slot. My nails are horribly shaped and the polish is uneven, jagged and bumpy.

I was amazed with the quality of work they do for the price I couldn’t believe I was able to get the exact nails that I saw online showed the girl and I didn’t get charged extra I got exactly what I asked for and well worth the MONEY anywhere else a full set would cost close to 80 I paid half that and definitely going back. Just so happy I found people who do what I ask

My sisters and I didn’t have a great experience here. My toe nails came out fine, it was my nails that were poorly done. My sisters’ nails also turned out poorly. We won’t be coming here again.

Came here because other place was short staffed Im glad. They were friendly and amazing work.

My sister normally gets her nails done here and they are always PHENOMENAL. It is clean and beautiful in this salon. However, today she went in was not able to see the girl she normally sees. Her nails are so bulky, thick, with rigid acrylic. Not only could the mail tech not do what was requested— but her work was incredibly sloppy. Apparently, the salon does not do refunds, which is understandable, but at least offer to fix the nails. Be careful about who you see at this salon.

Needed a quick fix a little closer to home than my regular nail shop, and on a Sunday. They fit me in early on a Sunday afternoon, and did an amazing job. Not only did they fit me in, but I had two ladies working on me, and I was in and out in about an hour. The facility was clean, hundreds of gel colors to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the work they did on such short notice. They also have a “spa” room where you can also get waxing done, if needed. They did an amazing job, and I will be visiting again.

They did a very good job on everything for a good price and they even did my friends nails and were super good I love this place 10/10 recommend

My regular nail salon has always been in downtown so I was a bit reluctant to try a new place to get a full set ombre 💅, as Im a bit picky. Lets just say that Broadway Nails & Spa met my expectations and Im happy to have a new nail salon thats so close to home.

I recently found this place. But ever since Ive been coming back here. I call ahead to make sure they arent to busy and they always give me an accurate time of when I can be seen. The work is also high quality and fairly priced.

They really take their time doing the nails and the pedicures are so nice and relaxin good chairs 👍

I am absolutely amazed every time I come here. The shaping, application and overall experience is phenomenal. One lil lady who I feels works above and beyond is Kani, she is making sure everyone gets the service they need and in the order they come in at. She is the hidden gem of the establishment!

Janet is so detailed and amazing, if you want an Insta, Pinterest nail look. She will nail it! The staff make you feel at ease, very patient and clean stations. She literally is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. Also my nails did not lift/break or come off after 3 1/2 weeks. She focuses on her work and make sure you are happy before you leave.

I made an appointment with three friends to get our nails done at this location. I had an appointment and I get there and every seat is full, and they had me STAND OUTSIDE in the heat until they’re ready for me. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. So, I just left. Their time management is super bad. Don’t come here. It was my favorite place but this experience changed everything.They missed out on a $20 tip. Not my problem anymore. I’m going to start supporting black owned nail salons for this reason.

I book a 5pm appointment and they never did my nails after my appt was for nails. They told me to pay the 42 dollars for toes that took 1.5 hrs and looked the damn same as when I came in.

I would only go back for the pedicurist, she is amazing.Mediocre acrylics and nail designs. A lot of the techs are missing a lot of the techniques I see at other salons. Often times my nails fall off.If you show your tech a photo of nails you want, you will end up with the Walmart version.The salon is always busy, the set up is really nice for a group setting, but if you’re looking to relax and have some alone time, you will probably be distracted by what’s going on around you.Don’t get me wrong, I used to love this place, but there is definitely a lot better out there.

I started coming here after my old nail shop changed (got worse) the employees all changed out, and i wasnt happy with the work of the new people.Here, i dont always get the same person working on my nails, but it doesnt matter because they are ALL very good and i have never had issues with my nails lifting or coming off unexpectedly. Any breaks were my own fault.This place is great. Best nail shop Ive been to in 15 years.

The person in the front was extremely rude. I made an appointment and they were not ready, they had me waiting and he had the nerve to ask if I had something to say. The gentleman in the front asked if I had someytonsay because I was looking at him.

Fast and good quality work. Sometimes it feels like the staff are a bit overwhelmed but its because they get really busy as they do good work for a decent price. Highly recommend but book an appointment as they do get busy. Im glad I didnt let the unfriendliness I encountered during my first visit sway me from returning. Now its my go-to.

The BEST nail salon I have ever been too. They did the shape right, length, everything so perfect. They’re not like every other salon, where they leave gaps between your nail and cuticle 🙄. 1st time going and they did a GRREAT job!

Waited couple weeks to post a review. I walked in with my own nail polish because it was the color I wanted and the lady acted like she didnt know what I was saying and told me to choose something else I said fine. She rushed me to pick something so I randomly picked a glittery nail polish. She didnt clean up my nails before starting and My nails turned out lumpy. But the real reason why Im giving this review 3 stars not 2 is because they lady who did my feet was amazing I almost fell asleep haha and actually painted my toes the color I wanted and the tip was actually for her.

I would like to put ZERO stars but thats not an option.2x I have booked appts with same person and those 2 x I was not valued as a customer. She had overbooked and another regular client was taken b4 me. they passed me on to another person who did a lousy job. I was never offered an apology or discount. The 3rd time making an appt I was even noted in their system! I was so upset of my time being wasted. They did not care. Awful place to me.

Very nice clean and I love it but when I first came I asked the owner and other girls how much you charge for gel pedicure she said 22 dollars. When I finish she charged me 30$ Itold her they said 22. She still charged 30 didn’t like that

I came here because I couldnt find Salons that open on Sunday. I am so HAPPY that I found them. Their services are amazing. They use UV- sterilized for their tools and liner for the spa. They gave me the file and buffer that they used for my pedicure to take home !

My nails on my right hand are taller and bigger in shape than my left hand. They get annoyed when asked to fix their sloppy work. They didnt even clean my nails first from dead skin. I was so shocked. I give 5 stars to the lady that did my pedicure though she was really good.

This placed used to be really good the workers were very nice until recently and I’ve been going here for almost 2 years. They’ve really started slacking on their efforts into making sure the nails look good. The last 3 times I’ve gone here I’ve had sloppy work done and the workers were rude when I politely asked for it to be fixed only to make it worse. I kept going back having hope it would be better only to find it getting worse. I used to love this salon I recommend finding a salon who will take the time to make to make sure you are pleased with the work you’re paying for. In my opinion this place isn’t worth it anymore.

I went here originally because the review were decent. I get there and the design i asked for seemed to be an issue on who can do it and who cant & what type of poilsh, gel, acrylic powder they can use. Super annoying.. so i ended up just getting my toes done. And that was great, my little piggies needed it. Lol

They are the best and they really take their time with you. They dont ever rush even when they close. Best place to be

All the girls are awesome! They do a great job, theyre sweet and the Salon is just beautiful very clean.

Dirty work spaces, and Kim used SOILED tools and nail files on me. They charged extra for color without telling me before hand and charged me for a nail that broke there because of them. Kim’s tables was covered in other people’s nail dust and was all over the equipment. Won’t be coming back here and my mother said she won’t go there anymore either after I told her the experience.

Very bad work i went there 3 days ago i booked an appointment for toes i paid 29 dollars when i Woke up today the color came out not happy at allllll

Horrible customer service ! Ive been here a few time and there ok, but this pushed me over the edge. I came in Christmas eve at 10:45 am no appt for 2 pedis and 1 full set . anticipated to wait thats not the problem. I asked when they had time and they said now, waited till 11 to be seated in a pedi chair then waited another 15 minutes in the chair with my feet soaking and nothing . I dont appriciate the waste of time and lack of honesty and attention. I would have been fine with coming back. Thus it being Christmas eve and have a million things to do they are selfish and money hungry in my opinion . To keep us waiting around 30 min is not ok . And to top it all off they started on someone else who came in after me. Also asked for a book woth full set color 2 times and no one brought it over . Never giving them my business again or family and friends who go there, when we decided to get up and leave no one said a word or apologized they let us walk out in silence.

New owner just took over the business and the salon is clean and cozy. I got a pedicure and nail fullset. They included some services in their regular pedicure (I paid $17) with no extra charge. Tina did ombre nails for me and they look really nice, got a lot of compliments on them. Definitely will come back every month.
