Went with an appointment to have acrylic French nails done and some kind of glittery design on the ring fingers which she said she couldnt because it was more product and more money which I didnt care about the time and I was willing to pay for it ended up just putting glittery nail polish on my ring finger she also told me if I wanted gel top coat which I thought it was already included in the fee which wasnt it was extra charge ended up paying $40 plus a $5 tip which she said everybody paid I felt she really didnt deserve it because of the poor quality of nails. and I just really didnt want to argue just let her have it but I know I wont be going back terrible service my nail seemed kind of cricket to an even and its only been like two days and theyre already lifting

Upon walking in the place was nice I didn’t have an appointment but I called and asked could anyone do a pedicure they said sure come now . I got their waited about 20 mins spoke to a women asked if they did gel there she said yes. then I got placed in a chair and feet in the water the guy goes to remove my toe nail polish it’s gel of course . The lady comes over and says you called said you wanted pedicure not gel pedicure he cannot do a gel pedicure and everyone else has customers. I let her know I mentioned it to her before and how can’t he do gel it’s just another type of nail polish but needless to say they could not take me and wasted a bunch of time that I did not have that morning because I was there for 40 mins for nothing I was definitely late to my event when I finally found a nail place in Perth amboy

Love it here! They take their time and you never feel rushed. Love the attention to detail. I also recommend the spa treatments for pedicure it was well worth the money !

They were extremely nice, clean and followed the covid protocol. I loved the gel nails they did on me. In all honesty I am very rough even after getting my nails done, and sadly the gel chipped off one of my nails 3 days later while opening bottle.

Horrible job. I got acrylic nails and the lady didn’t measure them out so the nails are all different lengths not only that it’s been about 3 days since I got them done and I am already missing 2 nails. I will never come here again.

Well the ratings here sure speak for themselves. It seemed to me that the owner, Maria, had no idea what she was doing. She spent almost an hour on a gel manicure (not a fill) seemingly doing the same things over and over again. We all know there’s a specific process to a manicure, and we know what comes first, next, and last. There was no process here; she seemed to be winging it. She cut my cuticle several times and was annoyed when I pointed out the blood that she seemed to ignore and didn’t apologize for. I asked her one question about the clear gel she was using prior to the polish and she was nasty in her reply saying that I had been there before and shouldn’t have to ask. After clarifying that it was nice and that I wasn’t complaining but merely asking, and correcting her that I had only had pedicures previously, not manicures, she continued to have an attitude. She did a very nice design on my nails and when I complimented it she barely acknowledged it. The cost was $35 and when I gave her a $10 tip she didn’t even thank me. Two days later I was at another salon to fix two nails that had peeled off. Needless to say this is why the place is always empty and there are only 2 technicians. STAY AWAY.

Let’s start by saying I had a 4:00 appointment and they took me after 4:30. Then Maria the owner started my nails and then made someone else finish so she can get to the next customer without even saying anything to me. Maria was very rude to me while she was working on my nails. I told Maria and I even showed her the color that I wanted and then she painted a different color then what I wanted. As I was paying for the nails they asked me how much tip I wanted to pay and I said 10 dollars and then I notice they put in 20 dollars. they are the rudest people I have ever met

I do not recommend this place I was in that place. the one in charge more rude that touched me. I waited so long for the end to attend to someone who came after me. If you do not feel like attending people in the same way, no. have a business like that where you will have. contact with. all kinds of people. No good place for spend your money

Nice place, but rude and awkward technicians. went with a group of friends last June. my technician (i believe was the owner) could not make it clear to me the differences between gel, acrylic, overlays, etc. she was very rude when i requested that my nail length be shorter, and spoke under her breath in Korean in a very rude and unprofessional manner. she was silent the entire appointment, and gave off hostile vibes. not only did she get confused about which polish i selected and mess up my requested color without checking with me before putting it on (navy instead of light grey), she did not acknowledge my design request, even after i showed her pictures. she laid on the gel far too thick. whilst curing, there was intense hot pain in my fingernails. my friend got hers done by another woman, requesting a very simple french manicure with a basic design. lines were uneven, crooked, and began chipping before we walked out the door. prices are much too high, even after a first time discount. they also refused to tell me the price before i sat down, mumbled something incoherent and ignored my question. as a result i paid $55 without tip for a horribly thick and inaccurate set of gel tips. extremely awkward experience, and unprofessionally rude manner from the technician. worst manicure i have ever experienced. would not recommend to anyone.

Maria is the owner and her work is absolutely wonderful. My nails always look beautiful, even, well shaped, and elegant. I have had full set acrylic, gel wraps, fills, even extension, which is really tedious and difficult, and she does them impeccably. She takes pride in her work and it shows in the final product. I hate if I am pressed for time and have to stop somewhere closer. I always regret not going to see her.

Nice people. terrible nails. I got acrylic tips and there are dents and rough parts of my nails. and my hair gets caught in between my natural nail and the acrylic. not going there again

Wont be coming back here...service was not the greatest. The lady got mad when my daughter accidentally messed up one of her nails.

I am so disappointed in this place. I got s gel manicure yesterday and 2 nails chipped. I got them done Friday because I knew I couldn’t go before the wedding I have tmrw and now my nails are chipped

I used to be a frequent customer until I sat and thought to myself why am I spending my hard earned money at a salon whose owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and makes every experience horrible. She constantly criticizes my choice of service because it seems to be more work for them but when Im spending $100 every visit what does it matter if I get gel manicures and pedicures every visit?Ill never spend another dollar here & I suggest you dont either

Its funny when you go to these nail places..when you are black the reception you receive is way different from what a white customer would get... with that said. That little girl named Dorothy that works at this particular place was so insolent and lacks manners, so I will take my $$$ and my black A$S some place else. If I ran that business I will terminate her employment.

This two old ladies are so Rude and nasty, no manners for customer service, no wonder nobody goes there . If you wanna feel like not welcome don’t go there, it’s my personal advice.
