The technician was really kind and sweet.Unfortunately, overall experience wasnt so satisfying. I believe their service quality can improve by adding more colors, putting more effort on cuticle removal, and keeping all the tools cleaner. The store might move to another location soon, so be aware.

I live like 45 minutes away but if Im anywhere in the area I always make time to stop. The guy who works there is the best. Everyone is so nice, and they all do a very careful and consistent job. The owner is really sweet as well.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Kim is amazing and her entire staff are just the sweetest people and great at their job. Probably pricier than other salons but worth every penny.

Horrible place... wayyyy overpriced for their service, lie to customers on phone about prices and then overcharge after service. Give special treatments to some and very mean staff. Horrible experience. Rude and unprofessional people. Would never go back!

People are rude, and unprofessional. They really don’t care about their customer and they don’t have good customer service. Basically they don’t care if they loose their business. I would say go to other places then this place.
