I’ve been to Friendly Nails salon twice, my first experience was wonderful which is why it’s getting a 2 star. The second experience I had in April has completely ruined my nails. I felt the nail tech cleaning my nails deeper than normal but didn’t question it as he was the professional and does this for a living.The next time I got my nails done at another salon, I noticed that my nails were separated from my nail beds on the nails he cleaned extra deep. It has been 5 months from this experience and my nails are still not recovered. My nail is now infected from all the space that has been separated and I am visiting a doctor later today to treat it. I have NEVER had this issue and I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years now.Attached is a photo from April 23rd, 2.5 weeks after the time I got this bad mani.

This my 2nd time there.. wasnt thrilled the first time. Its around the corner from my work and I was in a rush. I went for a simple manicure. I asked her to keep length. None of my nails are the same shape and theyre sooooo short. On top of the fact that my 9 year old niece paints better. I am so upset I have a bachelorette party. The only way they are even able to fix this is by acrylics, which I didnt want. I dont even want to go back to get my nail fixed that she cut. This is embarrassing. My previous nails looked better and they were grown out. Ive been cut before, no big deal it happens. But this picture is gross and I apologize. I had to take off the bandaid the applied clean it out. Its still bleeding AND they still charged me.

(as shown in the pictures) There should be no reason why my nails are chipping less than a week before my manicure… Not to mention the overpricing that suddenly appeared within 3 weeks (had a manicure from this place 3 weeks prior, same design different colors, two different prices) DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND

This used to be a decent place to go for a pedicure thats not too expensive, but they changed the staff recently. I came in for a manicure and the girl doing my nails looked like she was 15 years old. She told me she was on vacation from college so I doubt she was even finished with beauty school or a certified nail technician. I could have painted my nails just as good myself! Plus it cost $40 just for a gel polish change that looked awful

I have been here twice and have loved my experience both times. They are clean and professional. I got the spa pedicure and they really work on your feet, which I appreciate being that I hike frequently and my feet are always in need of some TLC. I just get a regular manicure when I go to clean up my cuticles and both times they lasted for about a week, which is normal for the wear and tear I put them through. Prices and services are clearly listed. I will be going back.

My very first visit was very nice, clean, relaxed, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got super long nails full set John was very nice and very patient with me for my nail art requests and they came out super nice! If you want nice nails you have to take consideration it takes time, the length and a lot of the add ons are extra $$$$ but it’s worth it! Also. My eyebrows look super nice and the green tea and aloe spa pedicure was such relaxing such nice I love this place and will be coming back again! Thanks!!

They used to be ok but within the last few months their service has severely declined. The last few times my pedicure looked as if I did them myself in the 3rd grade. My acrylic nails, or even natural dip powder nails popped or color chipped extremely fast. Very Nice staff! However, they overcharge for obviously unprofessional work..

Extremely rude and disgusting. My pedicure tech was not wearing gloves until I requested him to. He was extremely rude throughout the process. I requested a different color after he painted on toe nail because it was too light. He essentially threw the colors back into my lap. I asked him if it was possible to find the color I had brought from home, to which he angrily responded that he could not. (Its fine - but the tone of his response was uncalled for.) Not once was I asked if the water temperature was okay (it wasnt.) seems like a friendly place with good management but one horrible technician/experience will prevent me from going back.

Love this place. Ive had a few pedicures here and its always a lovely experience. The staff is kind and helpful, everyrhing is clean and neat, they have great color selections, and the prices are good. They are also able to accommodate walk ins which is nice. Just a warning, you cant leave a tip on a card so make sure you have cash on you.

Came here because it was the closest to the hotel I was staying and had better reviews than others. Glad I did! Treated myself and the hubs to a pedicure and also to a new set of gel nails. Kim Tu(I might be butchering her name) did both pedi and mani and she was awesome! She seats at station #2. She wasnt rushed to finish either service. The spa pedicure felt relaxing, water was perfect and nails came super nice. On my hands, she took her time to remove previous acrylic. She wasnt rushed, she was careful and loved the fact that she didnt put a lot of material. Also appreciated that she made sure to cover the entire nail with gel polish and top coat. Will definitely return again!

I received a basic pedicure. Overall I was satisfied. Pedicurist was friendly and efficient.

They did a bad job - completely ruined my nails and overcharged me significantly. My nails are uneven, jagged, and not covered properly. When I asked them to fix it, they said they were too busy. I had to go to another salon that wasnt even able to fix it and had to remove them completely. Waste of time and money.

Accommodating if you are a person who doesn’t usually plan and call ahead. They welcome walk-ins. The place is very popular. I’ve gone here about 4 times and haven’t experienced anything but good results. I give 3 stars because the drying area is really small and takes really long for nails to dry. Also sometimes you are waiting for 40+ minutes for service even when the place is empty.

This was my first time coming here to get my nails done and I thought it would be a good place because the people there seemed nice. But then the lady who did my nails yesterday did a very poor job. She messed up the design and the shape was messed up too. I wanted my nails to look good for my cousin’s wedding but they look really bad and they charged me $70 for doing a poor job. Very disappointed

Overall great experience. Pedicure and aftercare was top notch. I would have preferred to have my nails soaked before my manicure so that the nails and the cuticle was soft. The results are amazing though so will definitely return.

I went to friendly nails today for the first time and was super pleased! I was taken quickly (I called to ask if appointments were available about 15 mins before I showed up) Tony did my sns dip nails and was quick yet did an expert job. My nails are beautiful. I also got my eye brows waxed and the lady did a lovely job. All in all super satisfied and will definitely be returning

Tina did an amazing job and is so sweet! She reached out to me with updates before hand and was very attentive to my preferences and the look that I wanted/my style. I never felt rushed she was so patient. I cant wait to come back again!

I get dipping powder and a pedicure with Leon and hes the best!!! Hes sooo nice and extremely talented. My nails last for a month with NO CHIPS! Ive been coming here for years. Im so picky with my nails and would never go anywhere else. My natural nails are so long and healthy too. I like how theyre innovating with being able to book an appointment online and checking in when you arrive. With the points system if you spend $35 and up you get 2 points and after 6 times you visit and spend $35 you get $10 off! 10% off on your birthday too! The salon is super clean and the entire staff is friendly indeed and very professional. I highly recommend this nail salon.

This place is following all of the Covid standards. Everyone is wearing a mask. All chairs, equipment, etc are being sanitized between customers. All staff are friendly and aiming to please customers. Ive never had a bad experience here. I wont go anywhere else.

This has been my go to nail place for the past 5 years. I’ve never had a bad or unpleasant experience. Tina does a great job on my nails, toes and eyebrows.

Super nice staff (especially Leon). Mom and I got the spa pedicure and manicure and indeed it felt like a spa! Very clean, courteous, and my hands and feet feel and look amazing. They took excellent care of my mom. Highly recommend!

I love this nail salon. I tried multiple nail salons to find the perfect one. I am very picky with my nails. I really dislike bubbles on my nail polish and bulky nails. I do my nails with Cathy. She is very patient and kind. She does an amazing job on my gel manicure and she always books her appointments accordingly. I never have to wait. I highly recommend this nail salon!

LOVED my nails, was my first time and they were so nice

I have been visiting this salon for a few times and for past two sessions a male nail technician has been doing my acrylic nails. If I am not wrong, his name is Danny and he sits at the first booth on the right hand side once you enter. Hes extremely cheeky, intrusive and sarcastic. He always tries to mock and make fun of the client for not knowing the exact technical terms for the process and nail types. On expressing my displeasure, he has the audacity to say that he likes to tease. He gives an appointment time and makes you wait for an hour and on asking responds by saying you can leave if you are in a rush. I will definitely not be going back to this salon because of the customer experience. Also, it is hard to complain to others since most of them do not understand English!

I had an appointment at 5:30. I got there ten minutes early and the man told me there was no time for me. He tried to blame me by saying it was because I changed the appointment time, which I did due to personal issues but he told me a time to come and I did. It was really unprofessional and I was highly upset. I do not intend on going back.

This Nail Salon is very clean and has well trained people who are very courteous. My go to person is Tina who is very pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to make my every visit a pleasant one. Great service. Ample parking. Booking ahead is recommended.

One of the best places I’ve been to. Definitely the best prices. The people are very accommodating, as I walked in and was still able to get a pedicure and a new set of acrylics for prom. Though I ended up ripping them off a week later, my friend has had the same set on for 2 months now and they’re secure!!---2021 update// still love this place but I just wish the nail techs would admit when they can’t recreate certain nail art. personally my experiences have still been relatively good, but i recommended my best friend to go here and she’s given the main guy 3 chances but his reality isn’t like the expectations.

I’m extremely critical of nail salons. We pay so much money to get our nails done and most places don’t do a good job at all. This place is absolutely AMAZING! I can honestly say that this is the only place I would come back to. They did such a good job, I’ve never been so impressed.

A very good place but the staff needs to be a bit more friendly towards their customers.. doesn’t hurt to smile while they provide service.. all they do is almost yell at other staff members in their language which I would not object to if it didn’t feel like they are mocking customers or ruining the entire relaxing experience in general..

I have been going here for sometime. My girl is Tina she is the best i come here atleast every two weeks i even bring my mom. All the ladies are good too. Tina is always very kind, sweet and accommodating. I can always make an appointment easy and i dont have to wait long.I love her she is the best!

The customer service sucks. I called the place and some guy picked up who had an accent. I asked him if I could get an appointment for 11 and he said no how about 11:30am . I showed up with my friend at 11:23am and the guy goes like I said 11am. Not only that but his register had my name for 11:30am! He was like come back at 3pm. I never had this sort of horrible customer service. Avoid going there!!!

Vee is the best! She does a great job!! Very happy with their prices. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.

The shop is clean and my whole family comes here to get our nails done. Andrew the owner is great, friendly, and he is excellent with doing our nails and keeping them up. He has 3 faithful customers that always come to him to do our nails. We are never disappointed.

Lazuli is great! I have been going here for over a year and will never leave. Vee does my nails and flawless is an understatement. My mom and grandmother use Vivian and my aunt uses Tina. Everyone that works there is family and it definitely feels that way. Worth every penny. Lazuli has themselves long time customers for sure!

Everyone there was very nice and communicated clearly. The pedicure was just average. Nothing special. I got a gel manicure and it chipped the next day. Went back and they fixed it and another nail quickly at no charge. After that the mani last at least 2 weeks.

This is one of the cheapest places in the area for gels which has had me coming back over the last year. With that being said, they also butcher my cuticles every time. Usually it’s not so bad and the wounds heal in under a week, however, this is the second time I’ve got an infection. I question if they clean their equipment or work stations, and they need to be more careful. Quite frankly, the price is not worth it and I will not be coming back.

I have been going here over 2 years now, they have a great staff, clean environment . I love my nail tech, Tram aka Tina, I think she is one of Best along with Kathy ( who does my eye lash refills ) .

Manager is very rude, they will charge unnecessarily for everything, initally they will tell you the different price but once they will start they will start adding 5$ in everything, simple nail paint he charged me 10$ extra what other nail salons dont do. avoid going to this place as there are better salons avaliibale.

Today i was just there and i never been to this kind of clean and nice nail salon ever. very clean place to get your nails done and not even that expensive . even though i had to drive couple of miles more but it was worth going there def recommend this place

Walking in the salon doesnt look like much but it is impeccably clean, the staff is friendly, and the pedicure I got was fantastic. The icing on the cake was the prices - extremely affordable!

Worst place ever. Made an appointment for 5:30 - gel mani and pedi. They put me in the pedi water and left me there for 45 minutes while they kept taking people that came in after me. Never again.

My second experience a little better then tfirst. I got a gel manicure $25. The Polish is not thick at all, which is what I love. Clean friendly environment. Which is a first for me, usually in other places staffs are really rude and environment not all clean. Not to be sexest but I think the female nail tech does the best job. My current favorite is Vee. Shes did a really great job on my nails. I am usually really picky abt my nails even though I like them short! Definitely would come back. Make sure you call in for appt if you want to go late. Like lets not be a those kinds of customers!

I called few minutes before showing up. As soon as I entered and asked for Mani+Pedi they asked me if I called few minutes back. I was attended immediately. I got my Mani + Pedi done and my daughter got her feet nails painted. They were nice and pleasing. They also have a card for getting 6 mani pedi you get $10 off on the seventh one.28$ for Mani +Pedi good pricing.....This place was tidy and hygienic.
