Q-Nails has cheap prices and very good service. I get my nails done here whenever I have time. The lady has very careful hands and makes sure they are the way you want them before you walk out of the establishment. The place is clean and very comfortable. Makes me feel welcomed when I go to get my nails done.

I came in today hoping to get my nails done @ 12:06PM noon and the door said walk-ins welcome. I see there’s only 2 ladies working on clients and I am not greeted btw... Then, one of the employees asked me if I had a scheduled appointment and I let her know that I didn’t and she went ahead and informed me that the salon was booked for the day so I simply thanked them and let myself out since I had just walked in. I now understand the policy that they have is walk ins are welcome if they are not already fully booked but I just wanted to try this place out and it was my first time too and it was a bust so I went to Lily Nails and Spa and they did an excellent job.

Door says Walk ins accepted, There was only ONE person getting a pedi in there & the lady said I had to have an appointment (it was a Sunday) & if she had time shed be able to attend me (No one else was waiting). All I went for was to get my arcrylic nails removed and there was another lady there just sitting that could have done so. Wont ever stop by.

I had a very lovely experience despite some negative reviews. I was attended right away. The staff was polite and made conversation. I had my mani and pedi done at the same time. This will be my new regular nail salon.
