Excellent wash from a professional crew. Will go again.

One of the few full service car washes in Kalamazoo. Most only clean the exterior. They do a good job, though a little higher in price than Im used to. A quick inside cleaning is standard at most car washes where Im from, but apparently not so in this part of the Midwest. So I guess you have to pay a lot more for it. Still, Im overall happy with Bunca, and keep going back to keep my vehicle looking nice!

Bunch Car Wash turned my Bird Outhouse into a Beautiful shiny new 200? Pickup Truck. I was amazed at the care the crew took such care into Detail they even Stood on the Rear Bumper to pre Scrub the Top of the Cap. Other than the RUST on it the Truck literally Shines as if it were NEW! I give them THE BEST recommendations of any Car Wash Ive been to. A GAZILLION STARS.

We had our 2015 mid-sized SUV detailed on the interior after two years of taking our puppy to and from the dog park. There was mud stains and dirt all over it. After Buncas detail service, the car looks and feels like new! They truly did an excellent job. Plan to take our other car there in the spring.

My truck still needed to be washed afterwards and there was still residue on my vehicle, employees seen me still wiping down my exterior and didn’t offer to help after it went through their wash

Didnt do the job they was paid to do. I got the best package they offer. Seats Still had stuff in the creases. Glove Box and consul still had dirt in dust in them, only cleaned front tires and rims done nothing to the rear, Air vents still have Dust in them. I emailed them and they did not even bother to respond. I pick my vehicle up after hours because I live over an hour away . I feel I got ripped off out of $220 only got a $100 were the work they did do some stuff and what they did looks pretty good but they did not do the complete job

I bought a brand new vehicle in April. In July I bought a 100 lb slobbery dog who I take to the park every day. By the time I realized I should get a seat cover for him, it was too late. Or so I thought.Bunca did an amazing job at getting the smells and stains of dogs, soccer cleats, mud--you name it--out of my car. It looks and smells the way it did when I bought it.Great price, great service, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Love this place, my go to car wash spot. They got me in really quick for a quick interior detail, and always suds the car off before sending it through the wash. Never had a problem, good price.

Wnated my wifes car done, so I paid a lot of the money for the package 3. They left streaks on the windows, dirt on the floors, they said they shampooed, but my floors were dry and dirty? The outside of my car was washed but there was bug guts, tar, and soap marks everywhere.

For a long time & still is the best car wash in Kalamazoo. Their Detail Shop is also great. Great job & fair prices. Great personal service.

My fave car wash to visit! Been a customer for over 14 years!! They typically have adequate staff to get a detailed wash done. Two at the beginning of the wash, and for a small upcharge- one who can offer tire wet and supplemental drying at the end. The owner and his wife are great people! I love the make-up of their staff.

They got the stains out of my headliner and did a great job on the upholstery and carpet. My car looks new! Very happy

No one wears masks here. I was told they’re “not required”. It appears they are trying to make a point about masks. The point they made to me, though, is that during a time we’re urged to support small businesses, they couldn’t care less about the health and safety of their customers.

I usually go to this car wash in central Kalamazoo. No real complaints but the three vacuum cleaners are a bit past it. Friendly attendants although the boss can be grumpy for no reason, he probably thinks he is doing you a favor.

The owner is clearly using this business as an ATM. Came in for a car wash only to have two staff members beat our car with their brushes. They scrubbed so aggressively and harsh if left hairline scratches and deep scratches on the tailgate down low. As they loudly slammed their brushes into the paint so hard the plastic/metal part of it hit the car you could feel the vehicle move. This CANNOT be the type of wash service you really expect people to come back to. We will NEVER use this facility again. DO NOT bring your vehicle here unless you want adults to smash, beat and tear your vehicle up with their brushes.

This place will break your car, and tell you it was your fault. This is the email I sent themOne of your technicians cracked the plastic on my rear bumper while kicking it to get the snow off. They will not admit that they did so, and both the manager and owner are trying to say they did nothing that it was already like that. The owner rudely said there’s nothing we can do and simply walked away from our conversation like I did not exist. This is extraordinarily unprofessional behavior and the worst example of customer service I have ever witnessed. I have been a loyal repeat customer for a couple of years now and I can tell you confidently that I will never be coming back to this establishment and I will refer all my friends to different areas warning them to never use this car wash. You break vehicles, don’t admit it and act like it was someone else’s fault. This is childish behavior, something you would not expect from grown men.

Decent car wash, its quite pricey. There was a bit of soap residue left on my car afterwards.

High priced for my mini van. Still have dirt on the back of it. Does not clean very well.
