Staff is very nice and patient. Very clean and sanitizing. My nails are very beautiful, I love this place. Will definitely come here next time!

I went in for a manicure and asked for shellac. This place broke my personal record of fastest chipped nails. In less than 24 hours all of my nail polish had come off. Like it peeled off. It was the weirdest thing. I was furious. Even more so that I live an hour away and I wasnt going to waste my gas to back there and demand a new manicure. Im not sure if theyd even do that. I will never go to this place again. What a huge disappointment.

As a guy I get my pedicure once a month and I love this place. Fast and easy and the ladies always do a great job.

Not professional at all, i called to make an appointment to go in a get a pedicure, and man answered, very unprofessional and when i told him that i had called to make an appointment, he answer Ha? not huh?, Ha?, and i told him never mind i will find someone else and he hung up on me. scary person

Thank goodness for all these reviews I had a bad feeling about this place and I googled this place and saw all of these reviews and the man was going to charge us 50$ for just a shellac and he broke my sister nail too and was going to change her on that on too

Good service & friendly...

I just got my pedicure with my mom and to be honest, I did not expect much based on the ratings but Im one to try things out first myself before I judge. So anyways, unless there is no other place around thats convenient for me I would go elsewhere. The ladies seemed rushed to do our pedicures plus it was so short and I saw a missing spot on my pinkie toe without a nail polish and left over previous peel. Also they charge pricier than other nail places Ive been to. However, they were friendly enough and offered us a water/beer drink. Overall, this place can improve more & perhaps learn how to do nail art like other places, but I feel like it couldve been worse so 3 stars is justified IMHO.

Very fast service

When i first went in, the man in front was very polite. Wonderful scent of incense to greet you. As usual the first language of most people working there did not seem to be English, so its a little difficult, but very polite employees. They opened tools from sealed packaging and have plastic liners in water basins, so everything is clean and hygenic. Very important for me as I dont want to just go get a pedicure and end up with fungus or an infection. My pedicure and manicure both turned out beautifully, and the price is average to everywhere else around.I was very pleased and will definitely return!

Great nails

This place sucks. They dont do a good job with acrylic nails. Dont have many options to chose from. They make fun of you for a deformity. They are very rude always in a bad mood. Arent professional. I dont recommend this place at all. Never going here again.

The one star is only because the employees were nice. The pedicure that I got done there was the worst. There is literally a piece of skin missing that was cut off close to the cuticle area. Four other toes were cut as well. The way the nails were cut was just done poorly. They also use a tool that is for scraping the feet which is illegal to use and they left my heels feeling terrible. I hope they follow the disinfecting and sterilization process because I am very concerned.

This place is trash. Staff is rude. Literally my nails only lasted a week till one popped off. They dont even do their work correctly. My nails look grown out bcus the guy didnt fill all my nail. I would put no stars but it didnt let me. Prices are also very high for such poor work.

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. My nails look horrible now & the nail polish was messy. The water for my feet burned me and they chipped off one of my nails. Everything felt unclean & I wouldn’t suggest to get a pedicure there. Never again will I go back.

Just got my nails done today...paid $65 and they look horrible and have bumps on the nails if I would i wouldn’t have given them not even 1 star, VERY UNSATISFIED!! 😤😫

I have gone to this salon for at least 4-5 years but this is the last time. There is one woman there who is EXCELLENT, but the rest of the staff are hit-and-miss. Too many misses. They have done a bad job on my nails a few times, and every time the manager has been there. Each time he refuses to admit that anything is wrong with the job or somehow manages to blame me! My nails today, for instance, are extremely uneven. Some are crooked, cut at weird angles, the lengths vary between nails and the color is uneven. He said I could get them recut when I come in next time, in a few weeks. There wont be a next time. If you cant admit someone at your business made a mistake and then make it right - especially for a long time customer - you dont deserve my business.

This place is just absolutely horrible, extremely expensive.

The equipment was dirty and smelled bad. The polish doesn’t match the swatches they show you as reference. When I pointed it out, they became rude and pushy. I would not recommend nor will I be returning.

If you do not want to get FUNGUS on your hands and feet. Do not come to BONITA NAILS at 2111 West Trenton Rd, the OWNER there JOHN & KIM, they are recycleand re use the paraffin wax on every customers on everyday. I saw their staff just rinse the nail nippers and nail clippers and use on customers, my pedicure was so bad got a deep cut on my toe nails. I will never come there again.

The staff is rude and I went in for a simple Shellac manicure. The nails are uneven and crooked. What is worse is they charged me $30 for this shoddy work. Will not go there again.

I got shellac manicure and in two days three of my nails were totally peeled off.

Was super bad the people are rude they were not professional at all ...it is so worth the money and drive to get them at the mall I hated bonitas nails never going there again dont recommend at all to anyone
