Was a customer for a long time and they where good but now they have changed. Im getting double billed and receiving half the minutes in other words they are scamming me. They never answer there phone or return calls and Ive sent 4 messages to customer support and they dont reply they probably dont exist. Stay away from this service they are no good. I will finish my minutes that remain on my account and I will never use them again. WANT GOOD ADVICE DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I used to enjoy 011Now. In recent times it has acted up quite erratically. After I enter the international number I wish to call, either one of the following happens:A wrong number recording comes up, orI am told to redial the number I wish to call, orSome strange voice mail answers but not the number I rang.I have asked for explanation but have received none.

They deserve no star- but the system does not allow for rating without a star hence the one. They defrauded me of close to $100- do not use their service.

All of a sudden I couldnt I couldnt access my account. When I asked to reset password-No email was sent. When I called-NO answer! I have $$$ on my account...so now what? Avoid using this app!

Dont use this service they are horrible

A scam, they stole $100 credit and shut down our account, no feedback from the support after several request.

Wrong number voice and they dont update the app
