Went yesterday and had to have a major fix from another salon last week. I dont know his name but the guy on station 3 was beyond amazing.

I usually have no problem with this spa…but today I called to inquire about availability for pedi with dip “polish” manicure…the woman who answered the phone acted like she had no idea what I was trying to schedule. I felt I was pretty clear, but I broke it down in that I would like a pedicure and a dip polish w a manicure. However, she proceeded to explain to me as if I were slow and having difficulty understanding, that they do not do “dip polish manicures”, they only do “dip manicures”. 🤔 My thought was, the dip process becomes polished nails, so why would you make me feel as if Im stupid over semantics? Very poor customer service, imho, and my opinion of theirs is no longer what it was.

The best ever..I wouldnt go n e where else... von takes care of me.... my feet feel like Im walking on clouds... been going there for years

I have been going here for some time. I love they offer free water plenty of sanitizer, they are priced reasonably, and professional, and always make you feel good when you leave. Thanks so much. Will always come back 👍🏼

I frequent this nail salon once every month for a basic pedicure. Every manicurist has been fantastic. 45+ minutes is devoted to each client for the basic pedicure. A leg and foot massage is included. I am always satisfied. It is the ONLY place that I will go to in this town.

I was a loyal customer to Bella until they were closed one day and I was in a pinch to get my nails done. I tried Elysium Spa and Im NEVER going to another salon EVER again! Kieu kills it every time! The staff are all so friendly and willing to help anyway they can! Best salon Ive been to!

Nail places can be hit or miss, but a friend recommended this one, and Im glad I tried it. They were packed when I got there, but offered me (FREE) bottles water while I waited. One of the most obnoxious things I find in nail places is when the staff talk to each other in a foreign language that you dont know while youre just sitting there, but not here. Kim carried on a wonderful conversation and did a great job on my nails. Ill be back for sure!

Had a great experience. If I didnt want something I just spoke up and they changed it to the way I prefer. Very professional and took pride in their work.

I called and made an appointment to get my eye lash extensions done. Left a $50 deposit which must be paid at least 3 days prior to your appointment to keep it.I got there 15 mins prior because I knew Id have paperwork to sign. I had a full set done once before so I was a little familiar.Once I finished the woman doing my eye lashes walked me to a private room (I forgot her name and she is the only one there who does them now).While the procedure started and she had started taking off my lashes from before, she explained to me what they did. I told her how I was charged $360 for a long and miserable 5 hr appointment in Austin. She explained what they did wrong and what to look out for. Since I travel she explained to me the right people to find so I can get a fill and not a full set again saving me $$$.After all was said and done, $200 and a little over an hour later, I was a very happy and will he a reoccurring customer!!!Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

I went here with a friend who had talked me into trying somewhere different. The pedicure was extremely short and the massage chairs were uncomfortable and thats my favorite part! I asked before I even sat down at the nail ladys station is they could do powder dip with gel on top. She said no but they had a gel powder she could use. I said ok and my friend and I were confident we were going to get something close to what we normally get. The same lady who told me the had a type of powder did my nails and refused to do anything but acrylic. She was trying to tell me it was something different but I was very aware of what it was. My friend got what she wanted and her nails looked ok. My total was just $10 less than I normally pay and I get a deluxe pedicure and my nails the way I want them. I will say they speak good English and what I can tell it was clean but they had most of the lights off.

Elysium Spa is the best spa in Texarkana,TX.Its clean and the Technicians really care about you. If you have a problem..just open your mouth and ask one of the nice ladies to help correct it.We are all human and sometomes you have to understand that people can not read your mind.Chi and Kim are the main ladies to talk to if you have a problem. These Ladies are awesome!

What a joke!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!I came with my friend, who is a regular customer of this salon for years, for an acrylic fill, gel polish over and matching toe nail color. They had a vastly limited amount of matching colors for the toes nail if you wanted to use gel polish on your finger nails. The closest to the toe nail polish was about 50 shades off (the gel polish was a magenta). I then opted to take the acrylics off of the nails to give my fingernails a break.The pedi technician who did my toe nails applied clear polish to my toe nails. When she left, I noticed she had left the previous color (deep blue )on the sides of my big toe and on the top of my small toes. She never came back; therefore, I asked the technician who had finished with my friend’s pedi to take off the blue color. She took it off all right – right along with the two coats of clear polish and never offered to put the clear polish back on. I was thinking to myself I wonder how the fingernails were going to go…Well….The finger nail technician who took off the acrylic asked if I wanted to trim down the nails. I replied yes, she cut the nails down, applied the heavy gauge nail file to already weakened nails and that was that. UNBELIEVABLE!! I went home and filed my own nails down and shaped them. They failed in all avenues from providing a wide arrays of colors, customer service, and the work product a five year old would have been more diligent. $45 for a rotten job!!! STAY AWAY!!!!I had to give one star to post this - in reality they deserve a 0.
