Not to pleased. My wife and I walked into the store the clerk was assisting another customer, so we walked around and looked at things on display. After about 10 minutes we had not even been acknowledged by the clerk not even a we will be with you soon (how rude) so we left.We then went home jumped on amazon and found the same phone case for $6.98The store was asking $19.99. So I guess I should thank the rude clerk he saved us money but lost our immediate and future business.

Phone smashed on highway into 4 pieces. Carlos upgraded me to new phone and after many hours on and off throughout the day he retrieved my contacts and photos. He went beyond what he would have had to do. Another reason I have Boost as my shop. Thank you Carlos your one in a million.

After being told by another local Boost store that I wouldnt be able to use the new phone I just bought I was discouraged and irritated in general. However, Carlos was very pleasant, helpful, and was able to set up my new phone fairly quickly. I will continue to drive past the other store for Carlos customer service.

Boost Mobile in Edgewater, is an awesome place to go. Carlos, is the man. He can solve any phone issue you may have. He has a heart of gold and will not quit helping you until you are well pleased.The drive to Edgewater Florida is definitely worth it.

Made the switch to Boost today, the sales rep Carlos was nice, knowledgeable and made the switch easy.

Carlos is the man i was having some problems setting my new phone up so i went and seen CARLOS literally took him 2 seconds to change my account i would highly recommended everyone to go to boost mobile and most definitely see Carlos:)
